I realize 'Bootstrap 5 Beta 1' was only just released a week ago. That said, what's a reasonable guess as to when Dreamweaver CC 2021 will support Bootstrap 5?
I have a FW inspecting SSL with own cert in front of Win10 machine running DW 21.0. So I imported the cert into Windows Cert Store under Trusted Root Certification/Certificates. But DW's Git access fails with "unable to get local issuer certificate" error.After Googling some, I tried "git config --global http.sslBackend schannel" to add this globally in .gitconfig but still doesn't seem to look up the cert in the Window's store. Do I need to configure something in DW to make this work?By the way, when I use Github Desktop to push the same file under local repo, it completes successfully. Toshi
[Link removed.] I have used the FTP Client program known as Cyberduck. One of my new year's resolutions is to stop using Cyberduck to update my website and completely shift to using Adobe to update my website. I already know how to code (to an extent) and have handy knowledge of how to use Dreamweaver. But to my knowledge Dreamweaver is not an FTP Client like Cyberduck is. Now of course I could be wrong and if I am I would love to be corrected and educated. But perhaps there is a different Adobe program I need that works a lot like the FTP client Cyberduck, I use to update my website. If there is in fact a way to use Dreamweaver as an FTP Client like Cyberduck is then please leave detailed instructions or a link to a "How to" article as that would really help my situation. The way I do it currently is I update the website source code in Dreamweaver and then delete the old file in Cyberduck, then transfer the new file I edited in Dreamweaver to Cyberduck and it auto-updates my we
Real-time Preview brings me to a 127.0.0.1:61772/preview/app/index.html instead of opening the HTML directly to the browser. Please help me, I have been looking for answers on how to fix this but I cannot find anything and nothing seems to work. I want to view my HTML directly into the browser just like CS5. Please provide a step-by-step instruction for me to follow. I am using CC 2017. Thank you.
I have Mac OS X 10.7.4 on a MacBook Pro. The menu bar is getting cluttered. I have Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop (and Reader). Is it necessary to have the Adobe Updater icon on the menu bar? If it is not necessary (if its function can be otherwise accomplished), I would like to remove it. How is that done? Thank you.
I'm trying to create a factorial calculator in Dreamweaver using HTML and Javascript.I'm encountering an error when I preview the code and try to use the calculator, the error message "NaN" pops up instead of a number. Hallo,ich habe eine Downloadseite mit mehreren Links zu Ankern auf einer anderen Seite. Der Link springt zwar zu dieser Seite, aber nicht zu den einzelnen Ankern. Out of the blue the code color has switched to black and white blocking my interactions with the app!I'm ttoally blocked and can barely edit my codes as everything is black and white. For a number of years I have used the following code to display a blank page containing a specified image when clicking on a thumbnail image:<a href="blank.php?img=path/photoname.jpg"><img src="thumbnail path/name.jpg" /></a> It now calls up a totally blank page. Has something changed in php? html? When code has worked for a long time and suddenly breaks, I assume something in the system has changed that I'm unaware of. Thanks for any information.
I have a display page which shows 6 records at a time with First/Prev/Next/Last available as appropriate. When I navigate away from the page to add a new record, delete a record, or edit a record, I come back to the first page. Is there a way to return to the same page? I have tried using session variables without success. Is there a way to send TWO variables to the next page? ie Show.php?var1=$var1&&var2=$var2? Thanks for any advice!
Have an account with godaddy for our domain and web hosting. Our webhosting was updated and after the update the nav bar was gone. We use adobe contribute (Yes I know it is discontinued) to keep our page updated, we use dreamweaver very little but our site when built in the late 90s was coded. In our index page (Home page) this is the code for the nav bar <td><!--#include virtual="/includes/nav.php" --> I can't seem to edit this line of code... I have never done this before, we are a not for profit organization completely volunteer, and I was handed this, the person who use to run the site is no longer with us. Any assistance at all would be helpful, I just need the nav bar back. Any questions please ask, I will try to give as much as I can.

Hello to all, I have an html website that was made from a Template Monster template, in one of the pages I have a video that is hosted into the hosting server (not from Youtube or Vimeo), the video is mp4 and webm and ogg, 750x422.The video plays nice and smooth on a pc/Mac and it also plays nice and smooth on mobile devices when using wifi from home/office but it won't play and won't load on mobile devices when using cellular data from the cellular company.I tried 3 different pieces of code for the player and currently I'm using the player that www.linkedin.com uses, when watching video from www.linkedin.com on a mobile device using cellular data all videos played nice and smooth and they loaded fast, when I tried to watch the video from my website on a mobile device using cellular data it won't play, it won't load, it can take several minutes to load, it can play but buffers for long time.I contacted my hosting provider tech support and they don't have explanation for that problem, I

I'm editing our staff page using dreamweaver. The staff images are in a table. The images have a width of 125px. The column the pictures are in is wider than the image width. I am unable to click and drag the column border to snap it to the image. I have also tried using the table properties to resize with no luck. Any idea?
While editing a file in code view the lower right-hand portion of the screen will flash white while typing. This ocurred in version 20.2, and continues in v21. The machine is an iMac pro (2017), 3ghz, 10 core, 128 gb ram, vega 64 w/16gb,, MAC OS 10.15.7
Hey everyone! I am completely at a loss as to what is happening. Responsive websites are killing me! 😭 I have attached screenshots below of desktop site and a video of what is happening on mobile site. So.. All text and images EXCEPT home page and footer are not showing on mobile. Backgrounds are still there though. However, I can copy text that is supposed to be there, so it is there - I just cannot see it. Desktop is fine - screenshots are what it looks like. Video is of mobile site not showing elements. Any help as to what this may be? I can't find anything in the code or figure it out. Any suggestions and /or advice would be much appreciated!! Jess
A client of ours wants to know if Dreamweaver is the right tool for them, I thought of sharing the client's requirements here may be some one can assist since Dreamweaver isn't my arena. Here is what I received that didn't make sense to me… Adobe Dreamweaver with working server behaviors & database for (asp,php,coldfusion). Will it also comes with adobe exchange? I'm trying to train on creating a web site and mobile apps using adobe Dreamweaver Apparently, the client wants to be sure that Dreamweaver provides the above before bying it.
My era 2013 Dreamweaver app is refusing to open on this Mac Book pro using OS 10.6 says I must reinstall. Message says Resouce folder has not got configuaration file to start.I do not have original disc or access to download, maybe 2013, what can I do ? Help Chat suggests answer may lay here.......
I had an older website that used Flash. I used Flash to pan and zoom a map. I want to replace that code with Zoomify. I make all the necessary changes on my computer and using the preview button the resulting page looks great. I've tried this with Chrome, Firefox and IE. I upload the files to the server. When I display the webpage that contains the map, everything displays except the map. That area is blank. I do not get an error message, e.g. 404 file not found. I then went to the html file on my computer, right clicked, and said to open with Firefox. The page opens but the map is not shown. Everything else looks good. No errors displayed. I tried clearing the cache but that did not help. The perplexing thing is that I don't get any errors like 404 can't find file. Do you have any suggestions as to what I might try? Marcus Libkind
Hello -- So I know this is a Dreamweaver forum but there is no Adobe Portfolio forum. I am trying to find out if anyone knows how to manually add or alter the code in Adobe Portfolio? In Dreamweaver you can switch between code view and design view, but in Adobe Portfolio you cannot -- or am I wrong about this? thanks in advance!
Hi, I have this weird problem.When I try to create or even edit a recordset, automatically all the tables I can select once I choose the connection are reported to me with "Null." before the table name. Obviously if I go for a test I get an error on the string syntaxConnection: Conn_1Table: Null.Orders Null.User Null Vendor Null.CountriesI connect with ADODB to accdb access database.From code then I go to change all the names, but I did not understand what the problem is due to.Can someone help me?Thank you
