I just upgraded to 2017 and now, when I double-click to replace and image, nothing happens! What can I do to get this feature back? Otherwise, I'd like to revert to 2015. This is a thing I use a hundred times/day building emails.

I use Dreamweaver CC 2017 on MacBook Pro (16 GB, 2,3 GHz Intel Core i7, 15-inch retina, Late 2013). And the app launches incredibly slowly! It so long, that it feels as if Dreamweaver launch is something like 3D rendering. Do you ray-trace the code in multiple passes, or what? Look at the screen-recording I attach below — it took 1 min 20 sec for app to launch and show me just four html and scss files I have opened.Dreamweaver CC 2017 launch time - YouTube Please do something with that.

Please tell me they did not remove Design-Time Stylesheets during my hiatus from development.How do those of us that use header include files (among other includes) during development supposed to see the content in anything but raw text? Design (or Split) view used to offer a pretty fair representation of the end product while working directly on one of the included files.Are we expected to just start working from the container file (the one doing the including) from now on? That's the only way I get to see some kind of formatting.

I have it on one computer but I want it on a different computer what should I do ?

This website appears to have some sort of coding which optimizes for hand-held devices:The Hill - covering Congress, Politics, Political Campaigns and Capitol Hill Whatever it is, it makes scrolling using a mouse a very frustrating experience, slowing down the process. Using the pg up and pg dn keys is also very slow. Is there some code in place affecting vertical scrolling?

Hi,Each div is a container, and then with a div row, and then the div class containing content blocks.3 sets of content blocks like this, and then the <footer>It is only Safari that renders the last div container so that its content is overlapping the previous div container block. Hi everyone! I'm currently working on a site and I've got a visual issue going on here. I'm trying to design it to fit the screen exactly width-wise while being scrollable lengthwise. I'm not very far into the design so things are still in the rough. The issue I'm having is that the site is scrollable width-wise and has these tiny spaces showing- as if the background image doesn't fill the space... But it should as far as I know because its width is scaled to 100% of <body>, and my menu extends into the negative space. Is there something wrong with my meta-viewport? Is the padding in my menu pushing something?I need to stop the horizontal scrolling and get rid of the weird gutter space on either side of the background image. Hope my description helps! I have the new Dreamweaver CC update, I click to open & it gives me a "not responding, DW will close" error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled DW with no success.DW gIves me the opening loading screen and then even the frame of the workspace, then it crashes.

While working in Dreamweaver 2017, it got hung up temporarily (windows blanking out and back on, spinning cursor, etc.) and ever since, I have been unable to connect to any of my FTP servers. Dreamweaver 2015 is still able to connect. I've uninstalled and re-installed Dreamweaver 2017 and imported .ste files that I exported from my 2015 version, but still no go. I'm on Windows 10 and I've been running Dreamweaver 2017 without any issues since its official release.The FTP servers in question are hosted by the company I work for (I can connect to them OK using Dreamweaver 2017 at home). I have one additional FTP connection to a remote site that works fine. Any suggestions?

OK, this is a relatively new problem, maybe since I got CC (or maybe from a more recent update) and I've decided I can't live with it anymore.When coding an email with lots of nested tables (or anything with a few levels of nesting) my code, with Word Wrap enabled eventually starts showing as a column of one character down the right hand edge of the page:I've tried Word Wrap on and off and although turning Word Wrap off at least solves this it does mean I have to use a horizontal scroll bar when I'm sure older versions used to just bring your code back to the left when it stopped fitting in.Has anybody got a solution to improve this situation. It's pretty much impossible to work on when it runs down the age in single characters.

In the original 2015 version (and previous versions) the properties window would show links that were defined. That is no longer the case and I find it difficult to track links in the design view. Am I missing something?

In a twig based bootstrap site I'm assisting with I keep having to add the link to the boostrap core css on each twig file temporarily while I'm making changes to it and then remember to delete the link else DW does not pick up the classes to assist me with completing them.  Is there a way to make dreamweaver always load and assist with BootStrap css classes without having to include that <link>  in the current page?

One of my webpages includes a php form with fillable fields and I get a lot of spam responses. All of these spam responses include http addresses in the field marked "Miscellaneous Info". How do I prevent any forms with "http" in this field from getting sent to me?

I am trying to edit the code for a link so that it's underlined as standard, and when the mouse is put over the 'hover' function changes to text decoration none.I had this sorted last year, the plugin theme has been updated and it's defaulted to the reverse again. I can find the style sheet and looks like it should be behaving correctly? Hi there,I have a question. I would like to save my Dreamweaver site in a folder located on the cloud (Creative Cloud). Problem is that if I want to access that file from another computer, the root folder is broken because is not the same path. Is there a way where I can save the site on the cloud and access it anywhere else, say like I do when working with a Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator file?Many Thanks!E.Cast

!@Hi,I'm trying to help make the process of moving content from word into the CMS as easy as possible for our content team.Usually we will get a formatted word document. Just updated to the 2017 DreamweaverLooked under keyboard shortcuts and it's listed under site as Put but does not upload the file.  Other shortcuts work.

Quite a long time ago I created a website without knowledge of HTML quite successfully in Dreamweaver.  Adobe tell me that this is not possible.  I did not imagine this and I would know if I knew HTML. It seems though that in order do use Dreamweaver now,  you really do need to know HTML.  All I can think is that it has changed massively over the years.  I am also wondering if Muse is very similar to Dreamweaver but with no need to know HTML, although it was definitely Dreamweaver I used.  Confused

I use the common PHP site file structure where include files are store above the web root. Pre-DW CC I could get round this in a clunky way by deleting 'public_html/' from the URL generated in the Live View address bar.  However this wasn't ideal and doesn't appear to be available at all i
