Askinkg me to update windows explorer, that is the worse joke ever. 

I currently have a indesign subscription monthly annual, but I also had a trial Cloud subscritions which I did not continue after trial.I now want to cancel my indesign subscription, but it would not allow me because of the trial cloud subscription. So I put in my payment details as I could not continue untill entered, now I am paying for cloud as well I tried to cancel its now saying I will have to pay for the rest of the year?I cancelled as soon as I put the details in.Can someone help please

This is all that management has given me to work with is this single statement.  I do not have an Adobe Pro license for myself, but I can pull one from one of my users, if necessary.  So I guess there is something in Adobe Acrobat Professional that allows you to sign documents?  We are wanting to change this or remove it, so that we can use a different program.Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.  Also I apologize in advance for the limited information.  If anyone wants to know more, then I will kick it back up the chain to see what I can find out.

We are a school we have 100 pcs with adobe on and 125 licneces, when trying to start photshop 2021, we some times but not all the time like 3 or 4 out of a class or 32 get the message,“Sorry, something went wrong”? after putting their password in, they will then not be able to log into their adobe cloud account no matter what, but if you put in some one else adobe cloud account it works, thou not all the time the only consistant work around seems to be to put mine in, but we are lossing the 1st 20 mins of most lessons, and we can not go on like this, in the past we just had devices license and it just worked, but now we are forced to have a AD link and azure and every kids is sysnced for single sign on but it just does not work at all, in any consitant manour and error messages that just say “Sorry, something went wrong”?  are useless!   It can not be the computer as this issue will follow the child round from pc to pc once it starts, in the past deleting their local profile

I have a subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, which uses my business email as its log in. I also have a separate subscription for Photoshop, which uses my personal email as its log in.The Creative Cloud has me log in and out to use the subscription I need.Why can I not have both these subscriptions working separately, can I not download a second Creative Cloud for each subscription?PLEASE HELPCarolyn

I have an Adobe for Enterprise account with WSBCTC - Bellevue College that I would like to cancel. I have not been able to cancel my plan so far, how can I get support in canceling my plan? I have no idea who that is and where to find that information. Please help me with how to cancel my account as I don't wish to be billed any further. 

Iwas charged 32$ 4 days after I canceled the free trial and I'm having trouble finding a way to get refund.

I purchased the "for business use" plan, and I added some of my team members to the users page just how it mentioned in the video "Assign a license through Admin Console" and so far, I know that I will need to buy more license per user, however, my question is how can I let then sign in so they can use the applications required for our company? 

I manage a business-planned account with multi-users on it. Some of my users (Me included) have received an email with the subject line "Your subscription is about to expire" and the key point -Your Creative Cloud All Apps subscription will end on 06/10/2022. Buy a new redemption code today to maintain uninterrupted service:I am set up for auto-pay, so I am unsure why I would receive this message. 

I'm using the Acrobat Customization Wizard DC to deploy Acrobat DC and the only piece missing is configuring it to open PDFs in separate windows as opposed to in separate tabs within the same window.  I've been unable to find a registry key to copy or a line in the direct editor.

We just upgraded to Adobe Acrobat Professional 2020 (which is the Classic version).  The first time a user launches Acrobat Pro, they are greeted with a Acrobat Licensing Application telling them "Sign In Required" and that "Signing in with an Adobe ID is required to activate the software".  There are two buttons: "Skip" and "Sign In Now".   Our users do not have Adobe IDs, so we tell them to choose "Skip", and that takes them to Acrobat Pro (and they dont see that message ever again).  Is there a way we can activate the software in advance of the user using the software for the first time?  So that the user doesn't even see this message?  Can we license it via a registry key pushed out via GPO? or place a file on each client machine with the licensing info?  or license it via the customization wizard?

With python being eliminated in the next dot release of macOS Monterey (12.3), will Adobe be updating any currnet packages to eliminate python scripts.For example, when expanding the latest package release of Reader (version AcroRdrDC_2100720099_MUI.pkg)we detect a python script at --pkgs/application.pkg/Scripts/Tools/mergeplists.pyWhat immediate action can be done to identify and mitigate the use of python embedded in Adobe apps? 

As part of the upgrade of the Creative Cloud plans to Business storage, we had introduced Personal and Business profiles for users and organizations to manage their apps and assets.   Some users who were part of multiple business organizations, were given a complimentary 60-day All Apps subscription. This was applied automatically and was provided to ensure that these users have adequate time to transfer their assets to the correct profiles.   These promotional codes are now starting to expire, hence users are receiving “Your subscription is about to expire” notifications on their apps.   Users can safely ignore this message. Users can sign out and sign back-in with their business profile to access the apps provided by the organization. If they haven't already transferred their assets, they can use these instructions to move assets from their personal profiles to business profiles.

I am wondering if there is a way to hire computers remotely onto which you can login with your laptop and control them from a distance so that you can work on 3D modeling/design and game developing without having a computer that has the required processing power.

Hi, I just buy the student plan with my "school email" which turned out to be wrong. The payment went through without any form of verification. But I did not receive an email for confirmation. Later I found out that I misspell the email. The email does not exist. What can I do to cancel it because my card is charged twice. 

Hi there,   I'm having difficulty with intune that's attempting to install the apps when they're already installed.  I created the app package with the MSI installer and already have the detection rules for that created.  My users are receiving notifications each day that Intune is attempting to install Animate, acrobat, etc and an additional notification saying it failed to install.   Any help is appreciated and I thank you in advance.    

After experimenting with the 50 licenses granted to test Adobe Sign Enterprise with the Biopharma settings, I haven’t figured out how to prevent the use of the e-sig feature of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC from consuming the transactions from Enterprise.  We have many people here at Puma that only need the Pro DC version since they don’t have 21 CFR Part 11 concerns and don’t need the Bio-pharma settings.  This means that instead of getting the free e-sig with Pro DC we would be paying with the limited Enterprise transactions. Is it possible to prevent Pro DC from taking transactions away from Enterprise, or is it simply technically impossible to separate the two if a user has both a Pro DC and an Enterprise account?

I'm bumping this thread because I have a relevant problem. I'm getting a bunch of pressure from an Adobe customer services rep (I assume from an overseas location) to change the individual CC licenses we have at our small sign company to more expensive teams licenses. At first we had only one CC license that I used on my workstation. Then one was added to my co-worker's PC some time later. We both use our individual licenses on our work desktop computers and personal computers at home (when we have to take work home or just want to practice and learn). We added a 3rd license more recently on a production computer that other shop people can use. That third license is "on the bubble" for being discontinued though. Our company is not a big firm; we have less than 20 employees and most are fabricators or install/service people. We're paying $54.99 for our licenses. This person from Adobe is offering a price break from the $84.99 rate for teams licenses, but it's still a good bit above the

the user licience shows active in the admin console but in the creative cloud desktop app and the photoshop program itself, the licience is expired and needs to renew.
