Why do I get this error when trying to download updates: "Error could not open key" I have a licenced version of Adobe X

Hello,we got some CC licenses in our company and most of the user don't have admin rights to install the updates. I tried the Remote Update Manager but he didn't found the CC updates. I tested it with a CS6 installation and there he found updates and installed them.Is there any way to deploy the updates to the user without create a new package with the Packager?Best regardsKai

Hi,I have successfully packaged Audition, Photoshop and Illustrator CS6 for Mac using AAMEE 3.1. I deploy these packages via Altiris 7.6.However when I come to try and do the same with Acrobat Pro X it will not accept the package, either the DMG I have downloaded or the extract contents i.e. the CD or the PKG file within this.The DMG I downloaded is:AcrobatPro_10_Web_WWEFD.dmgI can deploy the PKG inside this with Altiris however this then requests its serial number. I want to be able to embed this within the installer as I have for the other CS6 products.

We just had an initiative to get my peer group upgraded to Acrobat XI Pro, prior to that the team was using 9, 10 or 11.  I did all of the testing of the product features and put together some hints for the team.  It has come to my attention that when some (not all) try to convert emails in outlook to a pdf they get message that they need the latest version of flash player to run and are given the option to download it.I work for a large company so everything gets certified and tested etc before it is ever allowed to be used enterprise wide.Our help desk it not having any luck figuring out what the issue is so I thought I would look to this community.  I subscribe to Rick Borstein legal blog but cannot find a way to post the question to that group.I use this feature to then run the portfolio filen of email and related attachments thru the Evermap AutoPortfolio Plug-in for Acrobat to flatten the PDF and convert attachment and solidify parent child relationships etc. .Any

We order Dell computers with Acrobat X Std and Office 2010 pre-installed. We do not get media, but we do get the serial numbers on cards with each PC. We create an image of a PC the way we want it with our most commonly used programs, settings and customization. We use Windows 7 sysprep with a unattended.xml answer file and some scripts when we are done. When this is finished we image the machine and deploy it on others so everything starts with the same configuration.When the PC is freshly imaged all we have to do is name it (we use our asset tag) and join it to the domain. Then we go into appwiz.cpl (add/remove programs) and click on Microsoft Office 2010, then the change button then choose enter a product key. We enter the key from the card that shipped with the physical computer.Now I don’t see a place to do this for Adobe. We are legit and pay extra per PC to Dell so we get the software license code on a card, as we do with Office. I just want to ensure that everything is kosher.

We are creating images for our lab of iMacs. Can I install the adobe products I'll be teaching/using once on a master image, rather than use remote desktop? I have 18 device licenses.

In my current organization we've been using single license installs for adobe acrobat. Everything was fine at the time.. but now that we're growing larger our department that does a lot of print-to-pdf functions has been asking for standardized settings in the adobe printer object. We could nightmarish-ly set each one manually but we want to avoid that. What are our options to move to an enterprise managed product.I'm the lead on the particular project and i'm just looking for some guidance. How to we go about making the change?Can we keep our existing licenses that we've paid for or is that considered a loss? Are the adobe printer object settings something we can manage?

I used the customization wizard to make my transform file but after the installion of Adobe DC it asks the user to log into his Adobe ID.So I figure I'm suppose to use the Adobe CC deployment tool to make my deploymen, but how do I use the MST file with it?

Hello,I am Administrator of a Citrix Terminal-Server Environment.Adobe Acrobat X and Adobe Reader XI is installed on our Terminal-Servers.Of course we use Roaming Profiles saved on a central File-Server.I'm trying to optimize and reduce the size of the User-Profiles.I found out, that most profiles are big because of Adobe Cache.Below you find a Screenshot of a user-Profile:As you see there are big files saved in the Location:%AppData%\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\10.0\Cache%AppData%\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\11.0\CacheThe biggest files are: AcLang_exlang32.deu (10.0), CPRdLang_rdlang32.deu (10.0), RdLang_rdlang32.deu (11.0)My Questions:Could I prevent Acrobat / Reader to save his Cache in the user-profile? (through a registry-key, or something similar ...)If it is not possible to prevent it - Could I reduce the size of Adobe Cache? Hallo alle zusammenIch versuche den Creative Cloud Packager zum laufen zu bringen, ich kann mich auch mit meiner ID einloggen, es kommt dann die Meldung "Initializing Creative Cloud Packager. This may take a few seconds"  aber nach einer Weile kommt immer die Fehlermeldung "Oops something has gone wrong, please try again".OS ist Win7 64 bit.Wäre super wenn mir da jemand weiterhelfen könnte. I want to update Adobe Reader 11.0.09 to 11.0.12 on my Remote Desktop Servers. We have installed version 11.0.09 with an automated script. Update 11.0.12 can be downloaded as an MSP-file, but for ease of automation I want to use the same deployment method (exe-file).I notice there is a redistributable version of 11.0.10 available. When will this be available for version 11.0.12?

I work in local government, Norway and need to work on 3 different pc's - one desktop, one home office and some times at my portable pc (to show proghress and development). Can I install all these 3 places with my team account? (i never work simultanesly on either of these 3 pc's).

Adobe crashes periodically, with an un-recoverable error. Anyone seen following error with Acrobat v9.x - "Fatal Error: Acrobat failed to connect to DDE Server"

We are using  adobe  licencing for education. I have previously packaged CS6, CC without problems many times.Now planned to create new install 64bit Windows install package for this summer CC 2015 applications including Acrobat DC .I select all current applications, without any archived applications.Packager (version 1.9.1.6)  tells that build is successfull.How ever there's no acrobat dc in Exceptions folder, even I can see that packager is  downloading it during the build process.Trying "exceptiondeployer --workflow=install --mode=pre" does not install anything at all. Just showing couple of skipped items.I have trien to build it on old macine that worked before, and on new reimaged windows workstations (8.1 and 7) , but build resultsare same on. Sometimes I have disabled even antivirus during build, but no difference.Any idea whats going on with CCPackager?

Is this possible via the Customization Wizard or registry changes?
