I recently upgraded my HP 64-bit pc from Windows 8 to Windows 10.  When I got to a web page that needs the Flash Player, it will not play.  I have gone to Advance Settings and the Flash Player is "ON". when I try to download Flash Player, I get "Flash Player is integrated with Windows 10, you do not need to download". How do I get this application to work?
