can not install flash player
I'm getting very regular update proposals of my installed Flash Player.Sometimes these update proposals are so frequent that I suspect some of them can't be serious ones..Everytime I see the same window without any information about the update this isproposing me:I feel it is pretty too easy to make a fake window of this Flash Player update proposal window. To build a virus which will pretend to be a Flash Player update, a cybercriminal just need to makea copy of the always identical Flash Player update proposal window, and fire any sort of crapware downloadfrom there.I imagine the worldwide success of the Flash Player false updaters is coming from this much tooeasy window without any version or new information.Isn't there a potential target of 1.3 billion connected PC?How may I recognise if a Flash Player update proposal is an official one or any fake?

Dear allI've recently had to rebuild my PC and reinstall all my programs. Since doing so, I can't play .swf files locally on my PC. I'm getting the usual 'Windows can't open this file' dialog box and when I search for a program the Flash Player is not shown in the list. I've also tried downloading the Shockwave Flash Player and this doesn't help.I do have Flash Player installed, which plays swf's in my browser, but can't open them locally. I'm running Win 7 Professional.I'm sure this is a simple thing, but could someone advise please? Many thanks

as shown in the picture, fp is not using hardware rendering in youtube windowed mode(fullscreen is working)running on IE11 Win7 64 bit, AMD HD7770 with latest driver.any idea why?
I had a previous version 19 and had problems when I would go to a web site to play a video and they would say that I need to install flash player and I had it installed. So I decided to install the newer version of flash player and I deleted the older version and tried to install the newest version. I tried many times to install with multi problems ONE- doesn't install and says I do not have the proper priviliges. TWO-active x is not registered and I don't know if I even have it installed since it doesn't say it was done. In the older version I would have to re-install flash each time I visited a web site to watch a video and I would check n\my add-ons and it was enabled. I don't know why I am having so many problems trying to install or use flash player
Had encountered this issue since FP18, so I reverted back to previous problem-free FP17.There is new v19 update recently and I was hoping that this version will fix the issue but turns out it doesn't as well. The issue goes this way:I'm using custom zoom level(110%) on IE11, everything's fine before FP18.After updated to FP18, the videos looked pixelate/blocky on youtube, I've try many things ranging from uninstall/reinstalling FP, display driver, ditching settings in IE and FP but still no cure. Finally, I found the cause of it, it was the zoom level on IE11 created this issue.FP versions after v17 doesn't seem to like the IE11's custom zoom levels ranging from 101% to 117% and this exclusively happened only on 480p video clips, there is no issue on other res.110%130%Please do something to fix this, Thank you.
Which is the latest version of the Flash Player that I can load into Firefox on a MacBook with 64mb VRAM?
I have windows 8.1 on my laptop and a few days ago it told me I needed a new flash player from Adobe. I installed it and it showed up in my control panel. I still can not play music, read my ebooks. When I search for it on the Adobe website, it showed up as not installed. Any one have any ideas?

After I've used flash player for awhile (different streaming videos), it uses more and more memory or just crashes. This seems worse the longer I've been using it, and the longer I've had firefox (v 27) open. Turning off hardware acceleration in either flash or firefox (or both) seems to make no difference. It often gets up to over 200 mb memory usage - and when it gets over roughly 150 the video stream becomes hesitant/jerky - the worst I've seen was a few minutes ago it was over 1,000 mb. I used task manager to close it, and it relaunched itself and was very shortly over 900 mb. So I closed and re-opened firefox. It's only been reopened for a few minutes, and I only have one streaming video loading (not even playing), and it's already over 800mb again. In the time it took to type this, it's climbed over 1,000 again. I've also noticed that task manager often shows not only 13.0.0.214, but also flash player 11.x.x.x (I can't recall the re
FFX even freezes. Finally uninstalled Flash and now everything works fine. I have no plans to reinstall. This has happened before. Why does Adobe tolerate these constant failures?
Trying to get information on fixing a large memory leak with the 19.0.0.226 Flash Player Plugin when running Firefox (current version 41.0.2.5765). Problem started about a month ago (not sure if plug-in version has changed since then as I uninstalled before trying to install again today). When I launch Firefox and open five or six tabs, I notice that performance slows down immensely and task manager shows FlashPlayerPlugin_19.0.0.226.exe *32 ballooning in memory usage, sometimes to 1.5gb or more. Firefox itself uses quite a bit of memory but nowhere near the plug-in. I can end the process to restore performance, but reloading flash in one of the tabs starts the problems over again. Note, the task manager lists two instances of FlashPlayerPlugin_19.0.0.226.exe *32 under processes, but only one uses a lot of memory; the other stays steady around 4mb. The only workaround I've found has been to roll back to an earlier version of Flash Player (18.0.0.203) which obviously isn't an ideal solu
When I play various brain-training games on the Lumosity website, a white box pops up from Flash Player with a check-box about 'accelerating hardware'. The box is already checked and cannot be unchecked. The pop-up won't go away without repeated clicking on 'Close' by which time the game is spoiled. A similar thing happens on a Just Words, a Scrabble type game on Games.Co.Uk. How can I stop this interference?I have checked that I have the latest version of FP installed correctly on my Mac and that these websites are permitted access. Thanks for any suggestions.
I play hidden express - and along with hundreds of others, have not been able to play since the security update on 16/10 - have tried chrome, opera, firefox and candy - the game is so sluggish - with responses to clicks coming around three/four seconds later - making the game impossible to play - PLEASE HELP
Okay, first and foremost, I have scoured the internet for this specific issue, and every post I have found (this forum included) addresses something related but not exactly like what I'm dealing with. So here goes.I'm experiencing slight 'blips' in sound when playing streaming media. I notice this mostly on youtube, but it occurs on other streaming platforms such as bandcamp, facebook, etc. as well. The 'blip' is usually very short, and it's not necessarily scratchy, or static-y. It just sounds like a slight distortion in sound. They're fairly frequent, although not frequent enough to make the streaming audio completely unrecognizable. Just enough to be incredibly irritating. By the way, this only happens when I'm visiting my brother at his apartment, where he lives with three other people, and has a slightly slower internet connection than I do. There's two other people at my house (although there used to be four other people), and I have a faster connection, and I pretty much had no
