My flash player does not save .sol files. I know, where must they be stored, but I can't find them there

Trying to get help for Flash Player not working in Firefox I have had three and a half hours of conversation with five different agents. during this process I have been mislead, told repeatedly to download and install the application Was assure the whole conversation would be emailed to me when I closed the session. No option to get this came up when I closed the help session. Ofter around two and a half hours finally was told no live or telephone support for Flash player. rest of time was trying to get a link to submit a complaint to but instead the link finally supplied was to report Bugs in the application or suggestion ti improve it. No option to put a complaint in unless you used one of these where it would undoubtedly be dimissed as irrelevant. Only record I have of converstaion was capturing in in text pad so no doubt that will be dismissed as fabricated. We have about a dozen computers that were on Windows 7 and upgraded to Windows 10. With Flash being built in to Windows updates on Windows 10, we need to remove the previous versions of Flash that were installed when the PC was Windows 7. I have tried the flash uninstall tool with no success. What other options do we have to get the old flash from Windows 7 removed?

I am trying to look at some video saved clips on my alarm website but it says that I need to have adobe flash player 9.0 but I already have windows 10. Does my laptop already have Adobe flash player 9.0? and if yes, i am having trouble allowing that website to use it. Help ASAP!!

i have the latest versions of all, safari chrome and flash. I did allow flash in preferences in safari and chrome but everytime i try to open the video that im suppose to do for work, the icon get adobe flash will show up in a black screen with the white dots that keeps turning, looking like its trying to open the page. please help ASAP. thanks.

i have set flash in chrome, but this MUST be done each time i play a game from facebook..   in settings i want to keep from being blocked.  how do i prevent chrome from blocking flash player on a permanent basis. Your Flash settings will be kept until you quit Chrome.

5-6 times I have downloaded & installed Flash player. Step 3 of 3 has only 1 option the only option is to purchase for $9.99 some cloud product, which I do not want. (There is not option obvious to finish the installation without the purchase.) Hi, I am trying to get flash player working in internet explorer on windows server 2019, how can I do this? I have got it working in Chrome but I need it in internet explorer for an application.I ran command: /packagepath:"C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\Adobe-Flash-For-Windows-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.17763.1.mum" According to some bloggs I found on the subject but it does not seem to work correctly. If I go to site: helpx.adobe.com/flash-playerand look in manage add-ons I can see flash plugin listed with version number 31.0.0.108, and ActiveX filtering is disabled.So it seems like it should work, but when I press "check now", it still says "Sorry, Flash Player is either not installed or not enabled." Am I missing something? Any advice? Anyone got this working?

This issue is now over 6 months old.I had hoped that when Flash Player 11 was released it would address this already known issue.Why hasn't it been resolved? After a long time, during wich your program has been working properly, some days ago I've been notified , in different games and videos, that I had to install Adobe Flash Player if I would have play/seen its.Then I've provided to install your program (Adobe Flash Player) but, on my preferred browser, Mozilla Firefox, I couldn't reach this task, because after the appearence of the first file to be saved, I didn't receive the next file to be executed for installation of your program.According to your support note, I insert  "<filename>.exe"  for searching the installation file, I found it and I tryied to complete the installation.I have reached the end of the download, but your program didn't result installed; and your contact page - as soon as I acceed at it - message me to install AFP.So I havn't the program installed on Mozilla Firefox.Then I tryied the same installation on Google and Safari and on this browsers it was correctly downloaded.I don't know why, but things

I continually get Update reminders from Adobe for my Flash Player. When I try to Update the Update Manager ends up just a blank silver pop-up window. Although still using Vista Home Premium I found a "weird explanation" as to when I check my Add-On settings and see red "Update Now" andwhen I try I get another screen saying: Flash Player Plugin 21.0.0.242 to 22.0.0.192 (click-to-play) has been blocked for your protection. ??? Say "what?"  How am I supposed to get around "this one"? A browser can't block what you want to 'Run', can it? Steve G. (quite peeved!)

Requesting that Adobe finally create an official program to convert AS2 to HTML5 in a 1:1 manner. No more 3rd party suggestions, they don't work, period. Adobe made flash, they should have everything they need to make such a converter.A lot of us are left scratching our heads here. See I was never savvy with AS2 to begin with. I simply downloaded a website template, dissected it (learned how it worked) and made it into my own. I improved it from the original, changed a lot of things, revamped it or w/e. It's basically mine now and I'm comfortable using it... before that though, I would NEVER have known how to build such a site from the ground up.
