How do I delete an Adobe Fresco file from my iPad but keep (do not delete) the same file in Adobe Creative Cloud?   My iPad (not iCloud; not Creative Cloud) keeps running out of space; so I want to remove the local files, but keep the same files in the cloud.    I was actually able to do this by deleting the entire Fresco app (and all of its data) from my iPad and then reinstall it. That, in and of itself, is not a good user experience; plus that hack “solution” removes all of the user’s application preferences and the user has to deal with the new user on-boarding experience again.     When this happened the first time I lost a large document I spent hours on because the app got hung up after I actually did make room on my iPad.    Please help.  I know this has to be a common problem.    Thank you, Michelle

Hello,   I'm using Adobe Fresco in Windows and holding the touch shortcut button and drawing only trims the drawing if I'm with the round brush. I wish I could trim with the "Terminal" (in Portuguese) brush and with other simple line brushes.   The only one that trims is the round brush, as you can see in the attached video.   Any help will be appreciated. 1. I spent about an hour on a project 2. I stopped and went back to the gallery 3. Fresco told me I had to sign in again 4. I have Adobe Account Access and checked my device 5. Account Access did not work 6. I had to check my email for a code. 7. It had not arrived after 5 min. So I sent a new request. 8. It eventually arrived and when I entered it it said invalid code. 9. So I requested another. This process repeated several times until I was locked out. 10. Then another code arrived! So you can see what has been happening. 11. I shut down, restarted everything, waited and started the process all over. 12. This time Adobe Account Access worked. 13. So I went to the gallery AND THE PROJECT I HAD SPENT OVER AN HOUR CREATING DID NOT LOAD INTO THE GALLERY. Add to this the time I wasted trying to sign back in. That is almost two hours of my life I will never get back, and a creative project I will never be able to repeat. 14. SO I WILL NEVER TRUST FRESCO AGAIN. 15. Bye. [Renamed by Mod]

Hi there, My Fresco work on my iPad is not syncing to my files on my iMac. File synching is said to be up to date but when I check the files on my iMac they are not appearing. The only way I can get the files onto my iMac is by exporting them as a jpg. I'm unable to export them as a psd file. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I was using the sqaure drawing guide and it locked onto some cyan guide line and messed my square up and now it's permenatly off kilter by a few degreees. Who the hell thought that was a good feature? My settings are set to lock onto to every 45 degrees, and when the outline for the guide is plumb square the actual guide (the dotted line inside that the line is drawn on) is not. Is there a way to reset this insane feature?

Hi Adobe ! Windows first for Fresco! May be it was more complicated to release it ? 🙂  But have you got a Mac OS version in your Roadmap for 2023 or 2032 ? it would be very useful and more UX friendly on Monterey or other Mac System, very soon ! Best regards  [Renamed by Mod]

I used to be able to use the "drawing aid" to make a square/rectangle with rounded corners by drawing inside the template, and straight corners by drawing outside the template. Now I can only get it to draw straight corners. I would have assumed basic shapes like this would be included in the "shapes" tool but no.   Does anyone know how to make squares/rectangles with rounded edges? [Renamed by Mod]

Hi, when working on a large project that involves multiple files, I collect them in a folder. But then the folder gets moved down as other files are created outside of the folder. Is there a way to pin or fav the folder so that it's always visible?   If not, this would be a great feature for Fresco. [Renamed by Mod]

Hi Community 🙂I have a macbook Pro for "work-away from office" and a Mac mini for office work. When I export from Fresco to illustrator on computer it by default export to my macbook and not to my Mac mini. I am logged in on Creative Cloud on both computers and ofcourse on my Ipad Pro as well. Question: How can I change the default export to my mic mini - or why doesn't Fresco export to both computers? Hi, The first time I used Fresco I succeeded in colouring my simple children's books images. Yesterday I wanted to go on and I had this message: " impossible to fill this kind of level So I cannot color at all. I have not set any level, though it seems so. Could you please help me? I have tried to color again the first image that I was able to color, but I got the same message. I've even disinstalled and reinstalled the app on my pc Windows but nothing changes. i'm having a problem with the original vector round brush, when i the use a ruler to draw a line, the line is no longer equal thickness, straight & oddly tapers to a point at the end, there is no taper settings selected and i havent adjusted any brush settings unless it has done it automatically which i'm not aware of and i cant figure out why i no longer have a equal straight line with round tip ends?   this doesnt happen with the brush when not using the ruler...   any ideas? thank you. I'm working on an oil painting in fresco and want to paint within the same layer, however, something happened and now, whenever i try to paint - as soon as my pen touches the surface - a new layer is created for what I'm painting - which i DON'T want as that makes it impossible to blend the new paint with the paint on the layer I actually want to paint on. There seem to be a few posts around drawing lag over the years, but I have a slightly more annoying problem in that every time I touch the colour wheel button with my Apple Pencil (to either change colour, adjust sliders etc) there is a good 3 to 4 second delay until it appears. I tried undocking it, and whilst I can immediately select a new colour etc. there is then the same lag when I apply the Apple Pencil to the screen (usually follow by a load of random pixel dumps).   As someone who uses the live paints and likes to work quite quickly this can be incredibly frustrating. Is this a known issue?   For information, I'm using a 5th generation 12.9 inch iPad Pro with the M1 chip with plenty of spare capacity   and the 2nd generation Apple Pencil. [Renamed by Mod]

I already have the Photography plan, have been a paying customer for many years...but I would love to have Illustrator and Fresco, alas, it all adds up to a lot of dollars especially from a South African Rand point of view...so my question: why can’t Fresco be included in the single app subscription for Illustrator? Why only Photoshop? You can work with vector in Fresco, so they must be designed to also work together?

I'm new to Adobe Fresco. Is the Merge Down option the same as "Group" in illustrator? I'm also not quite understanding what is a reference layer. Is this almost the same thing as uploading an image as reference? Thanks [Renamed by Mod]
