Hi,I was working on an illustration today and after closing and reopening the App all the layers went blank. There was no error message o a strange crash and in the chronology I've 8 tab of blank. Is there a way to retrieve my file?

I erased the background layer in Fresco. How do I add a new background layer? Thanks!

I have the hardest time getting the keyboard to pop up in Fresco. Using a brand new iPad Pro. I press the little keyboard icon below the text and most of the time it does nothing. Occassionally the keyboard actually pops up, but I can't seem to find rhyme or reason. Anyone else? Plus it must be a dumb question, because I can't seem to find any tutorials on using the Text tool, other than being included in basic tutorials where it shows the character settings, which I get.

I've added an animation to my canvas in Adobe Fresco on iPad and changed my mind about it. But I cannot figure out how to remove it. How do I completely remove the animation?

I read that Adobe is also working with Wacom to provide compatibility with its devices as Fresco moves beyond the iPad. Does anyone know when this will be available? Specifically for using Adobe Fresco on a Macbook with a Wacom interface? Thanks!

Fresco compatibility with Wacom Intuos and Cintiq is broken in crucial areas. Many professionals and students use Adobe products with Wacom products. Similarly, Mac support and improved mouse and keyboard compatibility would be welcome.Fixing the following issues should be a priority over fancy features in Fresco: 1) Panning, zooming, and rotating in Fresco with touch on Intuos Pro tablets does not work reliably. Confirmed on many machines2) The touch modifier circle in Fresco is utterly unreliable on Cintiq Pros. The modifier sometimes activates when pressed and sometimes does not. Confirmed on multiple machines.3) The pan/zoom navigation option for Wacom pen buttons is not working with Fresco4) There is no Mac support for Fresco at all5) Mouse navigation options are lacking. Das Gezeichnen wird vom Beamer direkt übernommen, zoomen oder drehen des "Blattes" passiert aber nur auf dem IPad, nicht auf dem gebamten Bild.Bei Adobe Scatch oder Procreate ist das nicht so. Ist das im Fresco auch möglich?I am teaching anatomy by drawing on my ipad and projecting the drawing life with a beamer. The drawing is life visible but the zoom only on the ipad, not on the picture from the beamer. Can this be changed?Thanks for helpDaniel

When I click on the shapes icon I see laurels and other complicated shapes but I don't see the basic shapes selection. I just want to draw a basic square.

  I received a reply that the brush previously obtained from Adobe Fresco Premium subscription can be used for commercial purposes. However, I wonder if Kyle T. Webster's brush that I got from my subscription can also be used commercially. Can I use Kyle T. Webster's brush for commercial use when I subscribe to Adobe Fresco Premium?

I have my adobe draw's works completely migrate to fresco, but I cant open some of my works because it says "Image layer too big", then told me to resize it in Adobe draw or sketch, but both app already discontinued. I then tried to export it to psd but the same thing happened againI found this ridiculous that fresco have limitation which draw didnt.

Adobe Fresco is great, BUT sadly is still not compatible with MacBook Air, when will this happen please ?

Hi if i draw a vector drawing in Fresco an export it to illustrator, it sjows me like one million paths. Is there any way to avoid this, or combine easily. My boyfriend has to work with them and it reaks him out because he alwas tells me that a normal Vector shoukd only have 10-15 paths. How im supposed to draw anythin with 15 lines? help, thank you 

Hello, I am training to use Fresco. I have got Kylies 300 brushes in Photoshop. Whats the reason for that I cannot even find the 50  brushes that come with the free Fresco version? I can see 2 watercolour brushes and 10 pixel brushes. Can you help please? Thank you! Barbara

Can I use the Pixel Brush provided for commercial use when using Adobe Fresco Premium?

I can't see any of my newly activated Adobe fonts when I'm in Fresco, nor the fonts I installed through the Fontbase app. Plus the incapacity to search for a font with a text box is a nightmare when you have hundreds of fonts to scroll down... Please do something!

How can I  use typo in other  Color than Black (normal)?thx for letting me know!Philipp 

Recently when one of my projects started to glitch. When I leave, the work screen is transparent and when I try to open this and all my other works, everything is black and I'm afraid that if I change the works, I'll lose them, just like the project I'm working on. And now?

I have the latest version of Fresco 2.2 but there is no option to load a layer as a selection which I have just seen in a you tube video. What am I missing?

It is very dissapointing and strange to not have proper transform tools in Fresco. It feels like Fresco is missing some of the most basic and necessary features from the more complete apps which make it harder to complete projects. 

I'm truly sorry for all the Fresco users who share their very frustrated posts here.  Meanwhile, I jsut want the Fresco team to know that in my brief months using it, I've had no significant problems. My very minor problems have been due only to my learning curve with its features. I have been using it on an older iPad with an Apple Pencil, and use the CC on same iPad and  MacbookPro to organize files and use in InDesign layouts for a picture book I'm illustrating and designing for a client. I also frequently use the iPad screen cast feature to view Fresco art, as I create it, on a large external monitor. I like the Fresco features. Of course there is always room for desired features in every app, so I've submitted a few requests for Fresco, like canvas rulers and guides that would definitely have simplified aspects of illustrating for the book.  However, overall I'm really happy with it so far, and just hope I don't run into the problems expressed by others. S

I have seen someone post about this already, but I would just like an update about if it was added or not, as it would help alot with my art style. Cheers!

For the last week or so, the sketch pencil brush in Fresco has had a delay/lag issue. All the other brushes that I've tried seem to work fine, with no lag, but the sketch pencil has an 1/8 inch lag/delay. I've looked at the brushes individual settings with no positive results. It's a really nice brush and I'd like to fix the problem. Any thoughts?
