Questions

I finished about 29 illustrations for a book in Fresco on my iPad. After they were done I put them into a folder in the "Your Files" tab. I went back later the same day to access one of the files and the folder said it was empty. I quit Fresco on the iPad. Then went back in. All the files showed in the folder and I was able to access the file I needed. The next day I went back in to double check that the files were there and they were all gone again. I went to the Cloud app and they weren't there either. I can see about half of them in the recent files on the home tab. If I continue to Use Fresco, I fear I will loose access to all of the files. I cannot see any of them in the "Your files" tab any more. How do I get them back?

I just found out today that Adobe Sketch isn't available anymore and even though it says I can continue my projects in Fresco, I can't find any of my projects there. All my 5+ years sketches and ideas are gone... I don't know what to do. Please help.

Hello, in ADOBE DRAW you could use "vectors" from ADOBE CAPTURE and then you could draw on them, not in FRESCO. Why do they say that it is an improvement of ADOBE DRAW if it limits you so much? in which adobe app (iphone, ipad) can I continue doing this? Or did they just remove that option? step back after step back..

Hi!I hope there is a fix for this...JUST in the last week, I have had a new issue/seen a change in Fresco on my iPad. I have always enjoyed having the ability to "stage/store" items (drawn images, talk bubbles, etc.) just OFF-CANVAS. I keep all sorts of things there while I'm working on an image. It's important to me because I'm showing my screen in live meetings while I'm working, and I like to be able to quickly grab assets I've already drawn so that I can pull them onto the canvas real-time. As of the last few days, when I go to put a pre-drawn asset off of the main canvas/page and off to the side, IT DISAPPEARS! And oddly, even though i can no longer see it to know where it is, if I lasso tool the area, Fresco recognizes an object there and I can grab it and pull it back on...but that doesn't help me if I need to use it real-time since I can't SEE it. Any ideas on how I can make this work again? Was this a planned change or just a glitch I'm experiencing?!

So I just subscribe to the $9.99 upgrade so that I would have more cloud storage. Before I deleted all of my files and for some reason it doesn't say that I have gained the 100GB that come with the upgrade? I can see that I am subscribed and under my account, but then it says I only have 1.2 GB? Please help

Fresco 3.4 brings to you the ability to edit Text layers & Fonts on the Windows OS.       Now, you can add/edt text layer, change the text size, font, align text, change text color on the Windows Operating system in Fresco as shown in the above screenshot.   For more details, please refer to this Helpx link.   I am locking this post. Fresco 3.4 provides you an option to resize your documents on your iPhone more easily with direct access to your custom document presets or the built-in presets.   1. Tap the three dots on the top right-hand side.                             2. Tap the settings icon.             3. Tap the Change option.                             4. Performance Booster:  Hide/View multiple layers with a single click You no longer have to manually hide each layer to focus on a particular layer. Fresco 3.4 provides two powerful options to manage this problem i.e "Hide all other layers" and "Show all other layers".   Hide all other layers When you tap on a layer, the option for hiding all other layers appears. Just got my apple 1 pen and newest generation iPad 10.5 and am having issues with the pen while using Fresco. Because the pen lags so much, I have to go really really - and I mean REALLY - slow when even making a simple line. At this speed it’s impossible to even consider using it for note taking or writing of ANY kind. I’ve tried to adjust the settings and nothing seems to work. I’m using Fresco for iPads, both the iPad and pen have 100% full battery, and are paired correctly - Nothing can change the speed of the pen!! I bought these items to draw with and it’s faster for me to use a touchpad than this dang pen! I’m ready to return this apple pen and get a $10 replacement if it will be faster. Is there a known issue w/ apple pens and Fresco? Is this just some sneaky way Adobe tricks you into buying the full creative suite instead of the “free” Fresco - by forgetting to tell you that Fresco is 20x slower than illustrator or photoshop??

Adobe can't control internet access or speeds but it seems Fresco is governed by this. And the lag is shocking when there's any interference. Traffic. Thunder storms. Etc. I know every business wants to tie us into subscription cloud based services but this is compromising the speed of our inaginations - exactly the opposite of what Adobe's mission is. I switched from ProCreate to Fresco for vector. But ProCreate allowed me to create offline. I know Fresco has a make file available offline feature but the speed of the application is still governed by your internet speed. Come on Adobe. We're loyal customers. We aren't going anywhere. But don't take us prisoners. That won't end well.

My iPad updated Adobe Draw to the "newest" version and it no longer works. Seems like a Trojan Horse update from Adobe to force users to Fresco. What a terrible way to treat your paying customers. I want to download the years and years worth of original draw files from Creative Cloud and I am not seeing anyway to download anything except for low-res JPG or PNG files. Almost ALL of my professional illustration work from Adobe Ideas and Adobe Draw is sitting in Creative Cloud and I want to download a back-up copy to my computer. What do I do?I am aware it is possible to import the art to Fresco. That is not what I am trying to do. I am looking for a solution to download my original Adobe Draw files. 

Is it possible to combine 2 seperate drawings? Like I did one on one canvas and another on a seperate. I realise I should have just done them on different layers but got carried away. I need the backgrounds of each to remain the transparent one.

Hi, I am using Fresco to draw and I usually export them to PDF and open the artwork in Illustrator on my iMac to continue editing them. But everytime, I will have to cleanup the layers first by removing all the 'clipping paths' that is auto generated in each group of layers you have. So imagine if you have 30+ layers< you will have to go one by one to remove the clipping path manually. Is there a workaround this? 

So I made a few small images in fresco that are separate files that I would like to print onto one sheet of paper so I'm not wasting paper. I know I can print actual size if I export it as a pdf, but I don't know how to control where on the page it will be printed at or how to add another image from fresco onto that pdf. Then I tried to print from photoshop and exported the images as psd to photoshop. I was able to control where the image went on the page and it printed the actual size, but I could not find a way to add another one to the same page so they can be printed out together. Can anyone give me instructions to print several fresco images onto ONE sheet of paper, but in the original sizes I made them? 

Hello, I've moved from Draw to Fresco, but am struggling to access recent work because the order of all my previous project files has been completely jumbled in the proces. When I open Fresco, my Draw projects aren't listed in 'Recent' either.  I've always accessed my projects based on the thumbnails in Draw, but those are gone now too - they're just blank folders (see screenshot attached), making it nearly impossible to locate certain work.  Is there a way to have my entire back-catalogue of work ordered as it had been on Draw?  S x

The title should say it all. I just discovered and started using Adobe Fresco today. after a few hours it seems this will be my new favourite art program!I am working on vectorizing work imported from Autodesk Sketchbook, drawn using "mirrors". As Adobe is trying to make more Painting and Illustration friendly applications, and expanding on both Mobile and Touch Laptop and 2in1 devices, a new plan might be a good addition. I'd love a plan that covers photoshop and Illustrator + fresco or add Fresco to the Photography plan. Right now it being available with the Photoshop plan makes little sense when it's not part of the Photography package.

I often like to print quick sketched.  When I click on Quick Export and then print, the print preview on the ipad shows exactly what I want - the image centered and fit to page.  When I click print, what I get is the image taking up about 1/10 of the paper.  Any way to make it fit to page when printing?  Thanks

My pixel brushes have stopped building on top of each other. No matter how many times I go over it, it won't get darker. Any way I can help this feature?

I've done an illustration exclusivly with vector brushes, size of the canvas is 100 x 150 and original drawing was probably half that.... size is never normally a problem as all my canvases are the same size for work purposes. However when I got the export page my drawing automatically becomes pixelated and goes on to export pixelated in all possible export settings.   I have updated Fresco, I've enlarged the original drawing so its the full page size and I've demerged all the layers but im still geting the same pixelated result. Its very frustrating as this is my job and I dont want to spend another day drawing the same thing.  I will be so grateful for any help or advice, Thank you!  

Hi all, hope someone can help. I use Fresco on Surface Pro 8 and it was working fine. But now it crashes whenever I try to use a watercolour live brush. Another odd occurence is when painting with a live oil brush, a fine grid of lines appears on the canvas meaning I can't use those brushes either. Fresco was working flawlessly...whats happened?! 

I'm trying to get my sketch files to my fresco app but they aren't showing up anywhere. I've looked everywhere in the cloud but they aren't there. Does anyone know if I can still get them?

Hey, is there a feature to make lines snap to the grid in order to work very precisely? Or is it possible to snap the ruler to the  grid? So far I have only been able to manually place the ruler on the grid, which results in lines, that don't exactly meet, unfortunately. I know that the perspective grid allows to draw these straight lines but I would love to see that with the drawing aid or the two-dimensional grid.  Thanks in advance 🙂

Will adobe fresco also come for the Harmonyos operating system?

I've just installed Fresco no my desktop and I'm getting the following We can’t verify your subscription status. I'm connected to the internet and have a full CC subscription, all my other apps are working fine so this is limited to Fresco, in addition Fesco is working fine on my (second device) Surface pro 🤷‍♂
