Questions

hello I am teaching a class of 20 students with adobe fresco. All are using the same ipad version. 6 of the students have no perspective grid option. When they turn on grid, under "grid type" only graph is available, not perspective. Any thoughts? 

One of my favorite features of Fresco was that I could drag images around the art board to use as references, rather than have all images restricted to the area of the canvas. This was extremely useful and convenient and one of the major reasons I pay for Fresco rather than use a competitor's software for iPad. I can't seem to do that anymore--images disappear when I drag them off the canvas. Was that feature removed? 

I just got Fresco, and apparently people have been asking for these features for at least 2 years, with Adobe claiming they'd be added in a few months, but it's 2022 and they're still not available? I also JUST UPDATED Fresco, and apparently these options are STILL NOT AVAILABLE! We can't wait indefinitely for features we need to use! And people claim even the PAID version doesn't include these features for Windows??? WTF??? Can Adobe GET ON IT, like they keep promising to do for YEARS??? It's a highly infuriating to do artwork in Fresco just to find out you can't complete it because of unavailable features. Is there maybe some third-party option to add it, since Adobe doesn't seem to care to officially add it? Adobe acting like a bunch of boomer politicians taking years or decades to change anything!

I'm still pretty new to digital art and fresco so I'm not sure what the pixel settings should be for different sizes. I'm not sure what ppi is or ppm. I'm trying to make a canvas of 0.8cm x 0.8cm, but it turns into 0.846cm everytime I enter it so it makes me think there's a size limit to how small I can make it. Any help is appreciated. 

I use Fresco on Ipad. I worked on a large scale format. Suddenly the layer visibility button seems to become unresponsive. It is only visible on the canvas (visible or invisible layer) when you press on another layer. I thought this error was due to too many layers but even clearing all the layers the problem persists on this file...(I also tried to duplicated the file and convert it in psd, then in adobe fresco file. It didn't solve the problem )

I recently downloaded a bunch of different brushes on Fresco and I was obsessed with the finger smudge tool from the pack. Anyway, as of few days ago it stopped working properly. I basically need to close the app and re launch it, every single time. How can I solve this? It's slowing down my work flow immensely. 

I would like to check the preview during the animation of Fresco, but it is too heavy and does not display properly.Is there any way to make the preview lighter?Thank you.

Hi, I have a problem where when I try to open one of my files Fresco crashes. This doesnt happen on any other file, have I lost my document?

I need to increase the PPIof some files so they are big enough for red bubble purchases. They are vector based with watercolor layers. I'm assuming I have to just use vector, somehow change the PPI, then recolor. Is that the way or is there a quicker or easier way? Will this process retain the quality? Thanks in advance

Does anyone know when the text tool is coming to the Windows 11 version? I could probably do text in another app and cut and paste in an image layer but that's a tricky way to work around it - any suggestions?

Hi, I have Encountre Problem installing Adobe Frisco , it give me error code 150 which is for graphic card , normally i can run premier, after effect 2022, Photoshop and illustrator no issue however it doe snot allow me to install and run Adobe frisco , i using laptop PC with windows 10 home 21H2 , i7 4700k , GTX 850 M dedicated 4GB and 16 GB of RAM , all driver are up to date and smooth with other software its just this one that i can not install when i read adobe system requirement it does not give me specifically which hardware it can run on, now i come to the point do i need to ugrade my system to use Adobe Frisco or there is a way to install this sftware ?

I have an ipad mini 4 and used to use Adobe Sketch to create some drawings. I want to express my dissapointment with Adobe for "replacing" Sketch with Fresco as it is hardly a replacement when I cannot use Fresco on my device.It has left me unable to continue with a hobby I love. Is there no way Adobe can provide a version of Fresco compatible with older generations of devices? 

Heei, guys! I want to do an animation in fresco, i started the animation in photoshop, drawing frame by frame and now i am trying to move it to fresco, but i cannot understand how to transform layers into frame without drawing again in fresco, can somone help me?

Timelapse tracing in the ONLY way for non-artistic types like me and probably 7+ billion other folks to "draw" while recording. It's not animation stictly speaking...its a great story telling medium that "feels" enough like animation to intregue our listeners. It's worthy of your immediate attention.Timelapse recording of tracing is, I agree,  primitive. It is the most simplistic form of animation/story telling.  But it is effective and most importantly INCLUSIVE of us non-never-gonna-probably-animate-folks.So how hard would it be for the engineering group to give us a private layer that does not show up in the final timelapse video? Is this in the works? I was glad to see that you guys were ambitous enough to state that you have "motion planned."  But by simply building in a privacy layer,  you could put some POINTS ON THE BOARD now, not later.

Hi, Fresco keep crashing when I try to use the new feature to animate my art. I'm using a surface book 2 with a gtx 1060, on adobe fresco 3.0.1(I tried on both graphics cards intel et nvidia, my drivers are on date, tried to install fresco twice, still doesn't work.)Btw, this version seems to be unstable, sometimes it crash randomly Please help, I want to animate potatoe drawings ps: sorry my english is bad, i'm french  

When will Adobe fix its storage message issue. For those who pay nearly $400 for the whole cloud, this is something that we shouldn't have to deal with as customers. Most of us have nearly enough space in our iPad and it is very frustrating that we have to deal with this message and it is very frustrating that we cannot use the app because of the message. 

I recently had to reinstall the app after it kept buggin on me (kept saying I needed x amount of storage to save my files) after reinstalling it my pixel & live brushes dont work with my apple pencil anymore... I can use them with my finger but thats it. As I stated the pencil works for vector brushes and everything else as normal. I have tried re-pairing it, updating my ipad and am still experiencing this issue. My Fresco app is also fully up to date.Any advice would be appreciated.

I upgraded to the paid subscription of Fresco on my windows machine but do not see a text tool? 

Like the title says. It always freezes or crashes upon clicking animation. Any fix for this?

Fresco has a painful lag that makes drawing very frustrating, the live brushes are not even remotely comparable (please make old sketch brushes available for download/ purchase), and I cannot import any of my old sketch files into fresco without shrinking them to a tiny size because they are "too big". I was under the assumption that files were automatically transferred to Sketch - I did not realize I needed to go in and sync every single art work. It is not acepptable to have lost so much of my work. Everything about this is so incredibly frustrating.  Please tell me adobe has some updates and solutions?

When you transfer Fresco files to Illustrator you cannot make individual layers into shapes, or join any paths and when you try to copy and paste elements into a different file, "Paste Remembers Layers" does not work and your paths and compound paths from all of your previous layers are all jumbled up. Is there something I am missing or a way to fix this? I just want a way to transfer my vector drawings and use them in illustrator, but when you send them, it ends up being a big mess.

I have some files i had imported from Adobe Draw / Sketch to the new Fresco. When i try to open them to work on them the files are too large. It prompts me to open Adobe Sketch/Draw and re-import. But I cannot open either of those apps... Are my existing projects gone for good?

is there a work around to open fresco files on Mac Big Sur? Saving files as PS doesn't seem to work?
