Dear support,Every time that I open my Adobe Fresco app it crashes.It started to slow down around two weeks ago and began lagging. On occasion it would just close the app.Now it consistently closes the app after running for a couple minutes. During the two minutes that it is operating I experience significant lag.Here are some of the details:- Operating on Ipad Pro 2nd Gen 11 inch on software 14.8- My adobe creative cloud shows it is full (I do not have a paid monthly subscription)- My sync to cloud option is turned off-  Ipad capacity available 131.16 / 512 GBPlease let me know how to fix this issue.

I've been checking all my files as part of migrating from Sketch to Fresco. Luckily all my files from Sketch have been imported into Fresco, but in checking the rest of work, I have found that a large number of drawings from 2019/2020, that were created in Fresco have disappeared. Only one remains. They are not in the Creative Cloud, they are not in deleted files. I've checked everywhere I can think of and I definitely haven't deleted them. I have consistently paid my subscription so no issues there and I have only used 20% of my storage space. Luckily I had exported copies of all of them but it means I can't go back and work on the layers. I am concerned that this might happen to other work. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a known problem?  I don't think it's possible to accidentally delete files and as they are not showing in the cloud I presume they are lost for ever. Any suggestions on where to look or how this could have happened would be appreciated.

Hi, when opening the Fresco App on my iPad Pro 2020 (12.9inch, 4th generation, running IOS 13.5.1 with 490GB available space), the app immediately shuts down. This also applies to illustrator draw. Photoshop works fine. I've tried removing apps and downloading but same issue applies. Apps were working fine yesterday without previous issue. I am unable to find a solution online.

I'd like to know if Fresco publishers intend to make the shape tools (ruler, circle, square, etc.) available in iPhone or iPod touch versions of Fresco. Shapes are available in my iPad version, but not my iPhone/iPod touch version. Additionally, if there is a way to modify the iPhone version to incorporate shapes, the author would be interested in knowing. Phillip Gallant

I usually work using Adobe sketch, which isn't accessible anymore. I’ve downloaded Adobe fresco to access my work and found that it’s only transferred a very small number of my work documents, none of which I need. Adobe Fresco says my work is synced but I have lost over a years worth of work required for my university portfolio. 

I just opened adobe fresco on my ipad pro 13" and everything is gone! All of my files and projects are gone, not in recently deleted, gone, and my storage is empty. I tried logging out and in again, made sure I was logged into my personal account, rebooting the app etc. but nothing did anything. The Fresco app looks like I just downloaded it for the first time. The missing files also aren't showing up in adobe icloud files. PLEASE tell me that months of work hasn't been deleted without a trace! Any help at all would be so greatly appreciate 😞 

I have been using Adobe Sketch for the past few years and am currently trying to use the free version of Adobe Fresco since they are discontinuing Sketch. I'm looking to sync my files from Adobe Sketch over to Adobe Fresco. However, when I try to do that it gives a red error message saying: “Your selected project has failed to import due to insufficient Creative Cloud storage.” Is the only way for me to sync my files by subscribing and paying the $100 per year? I understand that in the settings, it says Creative Cloud storage is 2GB. It also lists my local storage. I am wondering if once I use up the full 2GB Creative Cloud storage, will I no longer be able to continue creating stuff on this app? Or can I continue to use it with my local storage?

Cannot import Adobe Sketch files into Fresco. Keeps saying insufficient cloud storage when I have 99Gb of 100Gb available.  I also have over 40Gb of local storage available on my iPad. I also rebooted and re-installed Fresco with no success. With 90Gb of Cloud Storage and 40Gb of iPad Storage, how can I have insufficient storage? How much more do I need?

I have installed Fresco to my iPad.initially it seemed all my sketch files migrated across,but only just over 50 out of approximately 450.I then went to my creative cloud.I then attempted to convert all my sketch files to fresco! I now have hundreds of empty files in my creative cloud and in Fresco on my iPad!I am now fearful that I have lost years of artwork!Other than manually going into sketch and exporting each layer individually before it expires in a very basic format I can't see a way to save my work.I had only used about 50 % of my CC space, but since the conversion to Fresco it tells me I'm over the limit! Please tell my there is a way of saving my files!

Hello. I don't understand why Fresco is crashing when editing mask. It's doing every time on windows version on two different computer. Thanks a lot

 My once vector layer has turn pixelated it has happened before a few times it might be over loading size as was running slow. Frustrating any ideas how to turn it back can I do a history on only that layer.  I’ve got to get it done tonight? cheers  

Anytime I use the mixer brushes it crashes the whole program. I use a surface laptop. Help! 

After creating an image completely as a vector file in Fresco and then importing as a pdf into illustrator, some layersare bitmap, in fact most of them are?? Anyone have some suggestions? 

Hi,   Today I receive my iPad Air with Apple Pencil . I download fresco but my Apple Pencil isn’t working . I can’t drawing  with it because  fresco doesn’t recognized it. I try with another drawing app and I don’t have any problem.

I read that I'll be able to edit only vector layers made with the vector brushes in Fresco when I import in Illustrator. But the only way to export the file editable was as a psd file. In Illustrator it turned pixelised and blurry. Does this mean we have to Image trace every time?

When I export from Fresco to .psd the vector layers show as Smart Objects. If I edit in Illustrator then reopen the file in Fresco it loses it vector qualities and demands pixel conversion before editing. This is not the case with pixel Smart objects in Photoshop.How can one get an Illustrator file as a vector into Fresco. Surely this should be possible because the best thing about Fresco is the ability to use both graphic formats at onceIt would be good if there was a workaround for this. Stephen

Hi,does anyone know help for this?I have this situation this evening now very steadily... as soon as I want to create an empty mask, my Fresco Froze the frist time... every next time it crashes and closes by itself. It is a pixel layer.I have had this situation now about 10 times. Did restart my PC several times. Nothing helps.Any hints for me?Thanks a lot.

Currently, my co-worker and I are using Adobe Teams (two different user accounts) since we both use the CC apps for various work-related things. However, I also use apps like Fresco, PS, etc for personal artwork.  I started using Fresco not long ago for personal digital artwork, and I was told by my co-worker that they could see the Fresco files show up in their Photoshop "recent files".  I know it does this for my Photoshop, but since we have different users we log in with, why would it show up under my co-worker's recent files? Does this have something to do with being under Adobe Teams? If so, is there a way to stop this from happening?

Hello, I have a toshiba laptop which is kind of old and my graphics card is a AMD radeon HD 7400M and adobe fresco cannot run on it. I have a wacom cintiq pro 24. I also have a desktop computer which is mid-tier and meets recommended specifications for fresco except the graphic card. I want to upgrade the graphics so which one would anyone recommend? Thanks...

 Hello all!I have issue with installing adobe Fresco on my computer.I have this warning: Adobe Fresco is not yet compatible with your graphics card.My graphics card drivers are up to date, i'm not too sure what is the issue here.Those are my cart:Intel® HD Graphics 4600NVIDIA Quadro FX 580Thank in advance for your help! 

Is there a setting to lock the canvas rotation like in Adobe draw? I don't mean lock the device rotation, but to stop the canvas from being able to rotate with your two fingers.

I have imported artwork from Adobe Sketch and would like to add additional elements in Fresco in exactly the same style as the original art. I understand it is not possible to import sketch brushes into Fresco, but is there a way to modify an existing brush to emulate THICK ACRYLIC and FLAT WATERCOLOR brushes from Adobe Sketch, or are there brushes available for download that have exactly the same attributes as these two brushes in Fresco? I really liked so many effects of these two brushes in Sketch and would like to be able to jump into Fresco 100%, but until this can be accomplished I am much happier still using Adobe Sketch!
