Pen Pressure stops working when using eraser tool. I remember it working before, atleast with Wacom product.Huion HS611Win 11Illustrator 28

Hi, I'm using Illustrator to write in hebrew. I already turned on the option "Show Indic Options" yet, even though now I write in hebrew, the punctuations are backwards.. so for example: Hello! becomes !Hello. When i check the paragraph options, the option "middle east & south asia" is selected.. so why does it still reverse the punctuations?    

I just updated Illustrator CC (April 2017 / 2017.1.0 Release / 21.1.0) and now I can't move objects, text, etc. using the arrow keys. There is no issue with my keyboard in other applications, and I don't see anything in my Illustrator preferences or any other settings which would impact this. I do not understand - am I missing something? Please tell me this is not on the 'other enhancements' for the program!

What do you call this plus sign and where is it coming from? How can I remove it from Adobe Illustrator? Minor Problem. Which I don't understand. Please help me understand. So at the center of one of my Artboards, there is this plus sign even if I'm not selecting anything, this is still showing. How can I remove it? Thank you in advance.

Hi - i had my AI open on two screens at the office yesterday with AI on my external monitor. Before i unplugged, I moved AI back over so it would be back on my screen when I got home. Everything is fine, but I'm trying to edit a pattern swatch and the edit palette is stuck off screen. I've quit AI multiple times with no luck, changed my swatch workspace, and it's still stuck. Anyone?????

Yesterday I was working happily on a logo project in Illustrator, using the Angie Pro typeface.Last evening I went back to the file to do some more work and am met with the pink boxes around the type which is not showing in the correct font/weight.I am a subscription paid member to Creative Cloud, all apps. I've searched around in the Creative Cloud site, looking for Fonts, etc and see that only two seem 'installed' for my account. All very bizarre and unprecented. Any advice/help??Many thanks in advance to anyone who can assist.Gail 

I’ve been using Composite Fonts in the English version of Illustrator for a long time, but suddenly I can’t use them anymore. I contacted support and they keep saying, “Composite Fonts are only available in the Japanese version of Illustrator.” Is that actually true? Then how was I able to use them before?

 Photoshopで透過処理をした画像をIllustratorで読み込んだ際、画面では問題ないのですがPDF化すると透過したはずの背景がうっすらと映り込みます。Acrobat readerで開いてみると問題ないのですが、Googleドライブ上では映り込みます。試しに印刷してみましたがやはり写り込んでいました。jpegは大丈夫なようです。 ウィンドウの属性にある“オーバープリント”はチェックしておりません。 印刷会社の設定とは違いますがダウンサンプルをなしにしてみてもダメでした。 原因と対処方法をご教示いただけませんでしょうか…。

I'm having a problem with my Illustrator — the files don't finish processing, and I can't open more than one file in another tab. I didn't have these issues before the update.

I am on the latest version of Illustrator on a Mac Studio. One of my most used custom shortcuts has suddenly disappeared (offset path), when I have gone into edit -> keyboard shortcuts the menu command offset path doesn't exist anymore, I can only set a shortcut for 'effect -> offset path', not 'object -> path -> offset path'. Strangely, offset path still exists in the menu commads under object -> path, it just doesn't appear in the keyboard shortcuts window. Screenshot attached. I've checked for updates and there are none and I've tried resetting so I'm assuming this is a bug. If so, it needs fixing as manually going through the menus everytime is tedious and time consuming. 

When I'm coloring my designs, it would be great to have shortcut to quickly choose color from my swatches.When you click shorcut and swatches window will show so i don't have to click to the side to select it on my own.Would save a lot of time!!! Please consider!!!Thanks

Tudo certo? Enquanto eu estaba trabalhando em uma arte, apareceu uma tela branca atrás da prancheta, é provável que eu tenha apertado alguma tecla de atalho sem querer, porém não sei como tirar-lá.Quando está no modo de Ferramenta de Prancheta selacionado, essa tela muda escurece.Alguém sabe o que seria essa tela? e como removê-la? Agradeço desde já!

This behavior causes a loss of formatting when typing or combining words with different styles.In previous versions, it was possible to keep different styles side by side without Illustrator forcing them to unify. This change has made it difficult to work with creative or editorial designs that require style variations within the same text block.Please add an option in Preferences > Text to turn off this automatic merging behavior.Designers need control over how styles are applied and preserved — automation should always be optional, not forced.Thank you for considering this improvement.Best regards,Sopi

Hi I need help with this Issue. I get stuck with this Saving Data Recovery Information. If I click stop, illustrator would go into outline view and I will not be able to save, save a copy or even export the document. I already lost a lot of progress with this issue. And the data recovery doesn't work at all, it will go back to the black document I started with.  

Hello - If I selected a couple of "imports",is there a way to know via scripting which one was selected first? Since I try to do a Adobe Illustrator Javascript that:1. Check that we have 2 selected imports. Note that the order in which they were selected is important.2. Copy the scale, rotation of the import selected first.3. Estoy cansado de que illustrator se cierre inesperadamente, con la última actualización se pueso todo peor. Instalé la versión anterior, la 27.0 y sigue pasando. Es muy incomodo que pagues por un producto cuya versión pirata o ilegal, funciona mejor que la oficial. He pagado desde siempre pero esto ya me sacó de casillas. No sé que hacer para solucionar este problema!Cuando ingreso nuevamente, todo el espacio de trabajo está desconfigurado y pierdo tiempo arreglandolo nuevamente para que a los pocos minutos vuelva y se cierre.
