When I right-click a photograph and select Duplicate 1 Photo, the newly created photo now has "duplicate" appended to its name.I believe that in earlier Lightroom Desktop versions, approximately spring 2026, Duplicate Photo created the second Lightroom image with the same name as the original.Was the naming behavior of Duplicate Photo intentionally changed in a recent Lightroom Desktop release?

Starting with Lr Desktop 9.5 (issue is still present in 9.6) the Constrain Crop checkbox disappeared in the Geometry panel. Meanwhile, it's still available on the iOS versions.The checkbox disappearing was concurrent with the introduction of Generative Expand. I don't always want to expand my image when a crop will do fine. Save the tokens for something else.

For the two  days now I have been trying to import some images into Lr Mobile on my iPad Pro. The images are stuck pending. I’ve rebooted the app. Did a hard reboot to the iPad Pro. Paused the sync and resumed the sync. It usually takes less than a few seconds to import a few images (5 or 6) and it’s taking forever because it’s stuck in pending. I’m using Wi-Fi with a strong signal and everything. I don’t know what else to try. I have plenty of free storage space on my iPad Pro so that is not it either.Within Lr Mobile, I’m using 63% of 100gb of Cloud Storage. I have 36.92gb of free storage. Use cellular for sync is not available (only tried this to see if there was an issue with my hotspot), I always sync over WiFi. thanks!

I want to turn off AI.

I edit photos and then try to save them to my device some photos save and others won't. The app just shuts down. My device tells me there is an issue or a bug and to put lightroom to sleep. I pay for premium why is this happening?

The latest releases of Lr Mobile and Lr web are riddled with bugs. It's so frustrating as I've had photos from August which I'm unable to complete. The share to Google Photos option simply doesn't work at all from the Web version irrespective of what device or browser is used. It works for a single photo but not when many are selected. The box to connect simply doesn't appear. You can replicate by selecting several photos and then choosing the Send to Google Photos option from the bottom right. Nothing happens. I've tried several machines and several browsers including Chrome, Edge, Samsung and Brave.  Annoyingly the option works on my phone but the ability to select multiple photos at once also no longer works so I have to tediously select the photos one at a time. Not ideal when there's several hundred.  It's really not good enough for a paid premium product.

After the latest update, the standard profiles are gone. There used to be many options such as Artistic, Modern, Vintage. Now the only ones left are the Film Inspired. Is this a bug or a choice? 

I wish to add my camera Nikon D7500 and lens 200-500mm f/5.6 in lens profile, but cannot do it. Please help. Thaks. 

Simply running Ai Denoise introduces artifacts into the files periodically - doesn’t happen all the time and not in all files.  The artifacts go away when Ai Denoise unselected.  Sometimes if I shut down LRc and restart (and sometimes reboot laptop) the artifacts do not appear in the same file when Ai Denoise selected.  See artifacts in upper middle and right of frame.

When i try to use some of my presets i keep getting a error that say ”Some AI models failed to download Please try again” But it never loads.

Everytime i try to restore the purchase is says there was no purchase recorded.

Dear Adobe Team,please put an end to this ongoing AI obsession. Sure, AI-powered masks and dust spot removal are useful and popular, no question about it. But it feels like with every release of Lightroom, new AI features are added that are increasingly questionable. Is this still about photo editing, or is Lightroom’s new goal to become a program that uses AI to generate video or images?I’d much rather see you focus on bringing useful and missing features and options from Lightroom Classic over to Lightroom.For example, I'd like to have the option to automatically eject the memory card after importing, create my own export presets, display more EXIF data on the information page (exposure compensation, white balance, etc.), reset only a photo's edits without changing the crop I've made, and so on. I edited some pictures with the removal tool and used the AI assistant. Now I can’t download the pictures because it tells me I need to update the app with AI features. I’ve tried to do this with and without the textbox being checked to download the pictures. 

The system is Windows 10 still. After changing the cpu nothing had to be changed accept some drivers. Starting the Programm only offers a 7-day-test opportunity.

I payed for premium features today but do not have access...I have the receipt 

Matter has been resovled

Lightroom should recognize my camera so that I can add to my library. I can’t believe it doesn’t have that feature. That seems to basic. I have a very low opinion of the product.

Hi,I'm experiencing an issue with Generative Expand in Lightroom Desktop 9.5.1 on Windows.When I enable Enable Expand in the Crop tool and extend the crop boundary outside the original image, both Method and Generate remain greyed out. Therefore, Generative Expand cannot be started at all.The issue is reproducible:On every photo I have tested With RAW and other images Even when extending the crop boundary only slightly After restarting Lightroom and Windows On two different Windows PCsMy Adobe subscription is Lightroom 1 TB and I currently have 249 generative credits available.Other Firefly features work normally. In particular, I regularly use Generative Remove in Lightroom Desktop without any issues.I also tested Generative Expand in Lightroom Mobile using the same Adobe account and cloud library, and it works correctly there.Generative Expand had also worked previously, shortly before this problem appeared.This seems to indicate that the problem is specific to Lightroom Desktop rath
