Hi The left version of the "Jog Backgward Diagonal" animation seems broken when using the "In Place" option. The Character still slides to the left eventhough he should be staying in the same location. The right version of the "Jog Backgward Diagonal" animation seems fine when using the "In Place" option.  Is there a simple way to fix this?

Hi, when I upload my blender character (.fbx) to mixamo it isn't ok. I add pictures how it looks in mixamo below. Do you know how to fix it? 

I've downloaded a lot of animations for multiple characters in the last couple of months and never had a problem with downloading. Yesterday, I started downloading some animations for the child character "Amy", which was fine at first, but suddenly it stopped working, staying at "Preparing download. Just a moment..." indefinitely. No matter which animation I tried, or even no animation at all, this character will no longer download for me. Other characters are still working. I can also upload the character model I already have and then download animations for that just fine.

Hi, I'm trying to rig a textured model downloaded from the web. It opens correctly in Blender and 3d Viewer. I followed the advice from earlier discussions here.My model was already an obj file, I made all the texures into png, then modified the mtl file accordingly (although it still contained folder paths from my PC, maybe that's the issue?), then I've packed everyting into a zip.But uploading the zip into mixamo.com still gives me a textureless model. What am I doing wrong?I can't post links to my model here, as it marks my post as spam. Also can't attach a zip 😞 

Can someone please tell me what is wrong with the Mixamo anim thumb rotation, and how to fix in Blender?  I am using Auto Rig Pro in Blender 3, to retarget Mixamo animations (which I downloaded using their Bot character mesh for reference). #1 First I downloaded their Bot character in Tpose. And lined up the Mixamo armature underneth my Armature (also in Tpose, but my thumbs are rotated different).  So I rotated my thumb bone angles to match Mixamo thumbs. (After this pic, I also twisted my Thumb bones in Edit mode, so all twist the same - while still being at the same angle of Mixamo bones in Y and Z view.) #2 (The only question is what do I do for the Thumb Twist in Edit mode - do my twists need to be the same as Mixamo twists for retargets to work? If yes, then what is the exact degrees that Mixamo twists its Thumb1 vs Thumb 2 and 3?) #3 (And in Blender > Edit mode, do I need to Control + A = Apply the new Thumb rotations of my arma before doing reta

  Let me be extremely clear: I’m furious. I’ve wasted hours trying to upload an FBX that used to work flawlessly on Mixamo. And now? Nothing. No error, no feedback, just a silent failure—and no damn reason why. This isn’t a bad export. This isn’t “user error.” This is your platform breaking what used to work, and I’m not the only one dealing with it. The character I’m uploading—Kintoru from Roblox’s The Mimic—was accepted by Mixamo before. Same rig. Same format. Now? Mixamo acts like the file doesn’t even exist. I’ve done everything: Exported properly with applied transformsNo animations, clean skeletonFBX 7.4 (Binary)Even stripped the model to bare mesh  Still broken. Good day, dear owners of mixamo! I don't want to offend you at all, but unfortunately the site has stopped working 😞Errors about placing dots or loading a model are coming up again, I can't get to the animation window. I really want everything to work again, even if it's a paid app, mixamo is a unique thing. Thank you for it and for paying attention to this problem!P.s for mixamo users: do you have this problem too? Or is it different?Mixamo is the best of the best, let everything work out! Thank! 😄

I have attempted to upload or download models from Mixamo after returning to the site following a seven-month absence. During this time, I have not utilized the service at all. However, I am now receiving an error stating that I have exceeded the allowed number of requests, despite not having downloaded a single model in the past six months. Additionally, when I attempt to access my account page, it fails to load entirely. Please address this issue promptly.

I have been using mixamo for years and yesterday it stopped working. I cannot preview any 3d model/animation, nothing renders. The controls and the bones do render but not the 3d model.  

This is a regression as I think this has worked in the past.The Auto-Rigger joint assignment doesn't react to any touch or pen input, making it impossible to upload and rough a character e.g from iPad or windows devices with touchscreen. Seems only mouse inputs are accepted.In this screen, no user input is accepted on the circles. Sometimes a hover effect appears.Expected: can place those on iPad and continue with the process. Tested with Android phone and iPad , Chrome and Safari

It really feels like this is broken software considering how many people have this issue but yes I am another person with this unsolvable issue. I've already looked through numerous others who have had this issue but my model just...doesnt have any of those problems whatsoever i think??? - this is all 1 mesh- theres only 1 material- theres nothing that could interfere with the body parts like hair- its only 980 kb any help would be great... 

I am making a plugin for Fab and would like to provide a demo level for the features and usage. I would like to use an Animation created by retargeting Mixamo Animation in the Demo Level and include it in the package.Will this be free of license and copyright issues? I looked through this community and it seems that they are avoiding direct redistribution of Animations and simple exports, so I would like to ask about Animations that retarget Mixamo Animations.

I'm having the same issue since last night. I'm also seeing the message: "Something went wrong with this request", and sometimes "Too many requests" when trying to download. It seems like this might be a temporary issue on Mixamo’s end. Hope it gets resolved soon.

Why the MIXAMO is not working?

When I get to the upload a character screen and try to upload the file (I've tried all 3 acceptable formats) The progress bar begins to move slowly and then starts over until it eventually fails, with the message "Sorry we had trouble receiving your upload." PLEASE HELP!

Happy to hear that mixamo is back again. Sad because no one will visit our website Rigonix3D again. Well that's what its all about demand and supply. Happy to share when mixamo is down, we have served 200+ new users and total 500+ free animations are downloaded from our platform. This is a Indie Project and I will continue to add more animations and free content for the community till i can survive the AWS Server bills. Thank you everyone for your love and support. Any feedback is much appreciated.

Here's reasons: Browsing through animations, they repeat endlessly. There's maybe 100 or so animations but when browsing you have to go through 50 pages of 50 samples 25+ of which you've already seen. 99% of animations are useless and hyper specific. 'Golf swing while standing on one leg', 'Waving while doing cartwheel', 'drunk capeira move', 'laughing while holding on to horns of bull that is being ridden', what the hell are you thinking? How about some useful ones?

Mixamo has been down since the night of June 16th. I've been speaking with at least 10 different support people and they keep directing me to post here, and to wait 24-48 hours for responses/ fixes. There has been 0 communication about these issues, and when I press for details or timelines, I get redirected here. I was told yesterday by one support worker that "Mixamo is not supported anymore" and that it "May be fixed or May not be fixed."

I've trouble downloading any animations now. it keeps saying "Something went wrong" or "Too many requets." Hope anyone finds the solution. Please fix this, thanks.
