The cursor oftentimes won't change to the tool that I want to use.

.......why is it still in Beta?  Look, I'm impressed with all the neat features, but I use Photoshop as a tool.  I don't do betas!!  Yet almost every post in YouTube on Photoshop suggests we all go to the GREAT beta version.  Why?  I'm not impressed with a version of a product that we are supposed to load onto our computer and spend our time helping Adobe iron out bugs in their program.  I don't have time for that!  My one terabyte drive is almost full.  If the beta is so great, RELEASE it as the next version.  Stop dangling it in front of us as a great version that we all should switch to!Gerry

I wanted to try Photoshop Beta. The instructions I read indicated it would install along with Photoshop and you could run both simultaneously. Instead it replaced Photoshop and it didnt work ass a plugin from Lightroom. I had to uninstall the Beta. Where did I go wrong with such a simple process?

- Photoshop Beta- Windows 11 / Windows 22H2 (build 22621.1702)- Open a new project (1000x1000 pixels), select a big white part, and try to generate AI, in my case : "alphabet".- Waiting for an An Alphabet / There is an error : no space in hard drive to generate When I launch Photoshop and try to generate AI in a empty selection, my main hard drive lost 100 Gigas capacity.So the  disk is full and photoshop cannot answer.

The program locks up and has to be reinstalled. 

...are you using a Personal OR Company/School account?Because I'm on a team (Company) account, I wonder if this is the issue for me because 24.6 is still unavailable after 3 days of uninstalls, checking for new updates, etc. Two others I know have the same problems and are on Company accounts. Our IT permits beta downloads, so I don't think that's the issue. I can download 24.5 just fine. This might also address the "solution" to change your age in Behance. Under the company account, my personal profile doesn't seem to have age settings -- is it just for Personal accounts? Just trying to troubleshoot this with the community at this point

I want to try the photoshop beta version but it does not appear in the update tabs.

I'm concerned if I sell my photo, I will get sued because Adobe might be sourcing someone else's file. Is Adobe sourcing its own stock images? Is it inventing these edits on the fly? That brings up another question: If Adobe is sourcing its own stock, what about making an application that will let me source my images? I mean, source all my photos that are on my hard drives.

Hello,I am a long-time photo editor. I have used PS for over 20 years and Capture One for nine years. I am very familiar with the functional operations of both. I have never made a comment or complaint in my years of using PS. This week (May 29, 2023), I installed the Beta version (24.6.0) on my Apple iMac desktop computer. I need to adjust some images shot at my factory. As soon as I started making adjustments, I discovered not only a bug but a bug that I could trigger by a sequence of mouse clicks. Ok, so here is the little parasite:  When operating the slide controls, such as Brightness/Contrast, Shadows/Highlight, etc., you can drag the slider knob or click anywhere on the slider path, and the knob will jump to that position. I edit quickly, so I like to click along the slider path to save time. When using the Beta version (I also have PS 2023), I noticed that when making adjustments, after manually moving the slider, if I click the pathway three (3) times,

The AI function after a promt changes the background but generates also part of the unselected subject which ultimately should be protected by the selection... Therefore I have to repair with extra generation after manual selection. Or even other ways of repair.

When I attempt to use the application, a warning sign appears indicating that I am under 18 years old and therefore ineligible to use the app.

I'm hoping someone can help you with the Remove tool not active in the latest Beta update version (Windows). I downloaded the beta version some weeks agao and the remove tool was not working for a couple of days then it began working for quite a while. It stopped working and the updates have not made any difference. We have updated the driver and used the "Learn how to fix" area when the message comes up "Could not complete your request because of a program error".Any suggestions are welcome.

I was testing the new beta and while using it the Top Bar just crashedv 24.6.0

I would like to be able to add a layer, generated by AI, but which will not change the selected image, but will overlay something on it. For example, I can add the effect of falling rain to the selected area of the photo. The original photo remains in the background, there is only rain on the layer and possible editing - blurring etc. Or the ability to change the colors of the photo, e.g. to change the colors of the photo as if it was taken at sunset. Now typing the command "change colors to the same as during sunset" I get... a generated sunset.Great option! A huge step forward for us creators! I'm testing further, thank you, I will share ideas, comments.

My mixer brush tool isnt working for some reasons on this beta version of the app, I dont know if anyone else is going through the same

The proportional scale does not work very well, when trying to scale the image or text, even though the parameters are correct, the scale loses its proportionality, I hope you can solve it soon, greetings and thanks for this Beta

I just download the AI photoshop version but my generate fill option is not working. Can someone please help me.

When you start a generative fill process the progress bar is missing. It just shows a dark gray rectangle.
