I just visited the CC desktop app, clicked on Apps (left side of that interface) and I no longer see a "Beta" category in the list across the top. I believe it was second from left. That's what I would click on to get access to any of the betas I wanted to participate in. Including Ps beta (I have rel. 27.2 Ps beta installed on my Win 11 laptop and see it listed as an "installed app" on the far right column of the CC desktop app). That whole tab category of 'beta' is no longer there as of today. Was it removed? Interestingly, I never see the word "beta"  (upper left of the UI) when I launch the Ps beta. Though it does appear in the Help menu listing for 'About Ps'.  I watch enough videos to see that others who present YT demos do show the words Ps beta in their UIs. There are other weird things happening with my email system, so I'm wondering if something is corrupting my laptop. I added a drop shadow to a single layer with a transparent background and get incorrect results.  When increasing the spread slider past a certain point it creates random drop shadows for parts of the layer.  Lowering the spread to zero or very low value eliminates the error.   This happens in the beta release and the production release.    Beta 27.2 m3292.  also production 27.1.0 See attached psd where I have circled the random shadow.  The original layer is just the black flower.  The screenshots show the settings and results.

 

I am curious if there is a way to copy my photoshop preferences into Photoshop Beta preferences? My screens & tool preferences are in different locations ( see photos Below ) I am just wondering if there is a quick way to do this rather than rebuilding the betaThank you

Pure gramatical: Are there spelling mistakes in this?Please correct, but keep the same words.—When I'm working wih adjustement layers, I always make a rough selection (mostly lasso tool) for the part I will be working on.Then I fill the mask completly black (fore-or background color, depending what is what (Cmd-D)And when the mask is black I do the finer painting in of the mask in a white brush.65% of the time I get the 'Bump' sound, so Photoshop can not exectute my command. (To fill the mask black). ...Because there is something selected for typing, somewhere!? (Either a hue/saturation value, a Color balance value, or whatever that automaticaly selects the parameter value of that adjustement layer. I can override this by switching from one tool to another.Or by switching to another program on my comuter, not Photoshop. But this is SO-VERY-annoying, and I loose time.Is there a solution to this please??It's the same problem in Photoshop Beta as in Photoshop v27.0.I m

generative fill ignores prompts completely. and many times it will repeat the same variant endlessly without any alteration. completely useless.

I keep getting this issue where I open a photo from Lightroom Classic into Photoshop Beta, and my left panel icons (like layers) won't open. So I have to switch to a different workspace, then back to get it to work again.

for example, in the layers panel, if i select normal, i can no longer use the arrow keys to highlight down the list normal>disolve>multiply>etc. meaning, i can no longer see the effects before choosing a selection. also, now i have to go into a dropdown multiple times just to see different effects. very time wasting. not intuative and very counterproductive. the ability to use keyboard navigation has diminished greatly. clicking on things with the mouse is clunky and inprecise. this issue is in any dropdown including looking thru fonts in the type panel. this bug is also present in all release or beta versions of photoshop, illustrator and indesign.   

I was trying out Nano Banana Generative AI in photoshop beta and It is telling me I am out of credits after 2 generations but I look at my credit balance and I have 246 credits available. I cannot figure out if I need to buy credits or if its just a bug not deducting my credits properly... Any advice before I buy credits to see if that fixes it?

I have a room I'm trying to insert specific pieces of furnuture into. When I google I keep finding turtorials about adding a "modern sofa" for example but not about a specific one.  Does anyone have any tutorials i could reference to learn how to do this?Thank you! 

I am experiencing a serious issue with Adobe Creative Cloud. When I use the Save As option in Photoshop and save my files to the Creative Cloud Files folder, the files do not appear in Creative Cloud Documents. Additionally, thumbnails for these files are also not visible, which makes it difficult to identify and manage my work. I have already checked Creative Cloud Sync settings and ensured that all apps are up to date, but the problem still persists. This issue is affecting my workflow and causing delays in my projects.  Hola. Se actualizo Photoshop a la versión 2026 y ahora aparece este aviso en el apartado de neural filter y no puedo usar ninguno. Aparentemente cumple mi equipo con los requisitos de sistema. Tengo una Alienware 17r4 core i7 / 32gb ram. Grafica Nvidia de 8gb espacio suficiente en disco. Windows 11 actualizado. Que podría ser y como repararlo. Ya desinstale el programa en repetidas ocasiones y no da resultado. Muchas gracias por su ayuda! 

Image - Analsys - Place Scale marker  brings up a box asking for a length.  No matter what I enter, it returns a warning that says "A value between 0 and nan is required. closest value is inserted."  When I hit "OK" it just reappears. The only way to get out of it is to force quit Photoshop.

On Monday, my LrC and photoshop Beta were working as normal.  On Tuesday, PS Beta would either not open when importing from LrC or crash at splash screen.  I uninstalled both programs, and uploaded the latest versions, but still didn't work.  After trying several things, I opened a chat with tech support.  The agent took over my screen and poked around a bit.  Made a few changes to my graphics card which caused Nvidia to ask me to put my security key in a usb port.  I had no clue what Nvidia was asking for, and I had never seen that on the website before, although I don't go there often.  Suddenly, the agent left the chat and disconnected.   I requested another chat, and got a different agent.  I explained the issue I was having to this agent who promptly left the chat.  Thanks Adobe tech support.  Appreciate the help. I finally called my computer repairman to come help.  He was not able to resolve the issue, but gav

Hello Everyone! I would like to ask that if it's possible to use the standalone installer for Adobe Photoshop without getting the error 21 code? The notebook I'm using is a ProArt PZ13 so it definitely has all the requirements that needed for installing and using the software. Also as I saw on the links shared in other discussions, Photoshop should be natively supported on ARM architecture. The standalone installer works fine on a standard CPU but on ARM, I always get the error 21 screen.Is there any way to make it work or the only possible way to install is online via the CreativeCloud app?I currently have a really slow internet connection, which is why I would prefer an offline, standalone installation.

Hi,  whenever i try to recreate an image using nano banana the image get disoriented misaligned. But Flux maintain its position. Is it a bug ?Thanks.

I've just updated to PS Beta 27.1 and I've attempted to export a file from LR 15.0 as a smart object and PS wont boot. I get a pop up stating 'preparing smart object' and nothing happens. I've had to shut PS via Task Manager. I've rebooted twice and still have the same issue so I guess its back to the previous version of PS Beta for the time being? Edit: I've since rolled back to PS Beta 27.01 and thats working fine. Anyone from Adobe care to comment please?

Dear Adobe team,   I'm currently having trouble accessing the new "Nano Banana (Beta)" feature in Photoshop, even though my permissions allow me to access it.   I use Photoshop through my school account, but we do n't have a central administrator to manage accounts or licenses. I received permission from my school to participate in the beta and use the feature, but it doesn't seem to be enabled at the moment.   Could you please check if my account can be granted the appropriate access or if there is a setting that needs to be enabled manually?   Thank you in advance for your support 🙂MfG  Louis [personal information removed as per forum guidelines]  

Nano Banana suddenly removed from Contextual expansion, while my colleagues is still operating. Last Beta build.

I’m using Windows, and each time I try to open Photoshop Beta 26.10, the loading screen appears for about five seconds before the application closes automatically. There’s no error message — it just shuts down unexpectedly.Please help

I tried to install version 27.1.After that, Creative Cloud gave me a download error. Then I tried to open Photoshop Beta itself, and it immediately crashed during startup.I reinstalled Photoshop Beta, and the crashes during startup disappeared.But now I can't even upload a photo to the workspace.The program just freezes and displays an error window.What should I do to fix this?UPDATE: I saw that the version of Photoshop I have installed is now 27.1. But Creative Cloud still says that a new update 27.1 is available.
