Hello! Which is the best project settings for working with gopro hero 7 video (ntsc format)? i think that avchd is good, but why only option for 1080p is 60 fps and not to 30 fps?
I have tried to find the information in the tutorials without success. I am tying to stitch together some mp4 GoPro videos. When viewed as files on the computer they are sharp, however when I import the media into the video editing software, they become pixelated and herky jerky. Am I importing them incorrectly? I am using the add media in the upper left corner. Thank you all for your patience. Ted

I purchased and downloaded the Adobe Premiere Elements 2019. I rendered videos that still shows a "Created with Adobe Premiere Elements trial version" banner I have already tried to remove the banner by going to Timeline-Delete Rendered Files and Delete Rendered Files for All projects. The banner still remains. How do I remove it.
My previous premiere elements 14 will not reload, I get the message 'project not compatible with current version'. Any help much appreciated.

I am working with to cut video and save them in the external hard drive. The video files had been digitized from VHS, Betaman etc., and I import them in Adobe Premiere Elements to separate and save them. Some of files have a Little different quality, but it won't make a big issue, but the problem is editing in A P E, because the frames are gone and I can't make the exact cut. Some of files when export from APE, the frames are losting. It is like jumping over some frames. That won't Work for us, because we need to get all frames. Do you know why?

I want to use Adobe Premiere 1.0. Please help me to install it. It will be a pretty nostalgic experience. If any Adobe employee is seeing this please don't ignore and please help me out.
I apologise for a question that will sound very stupid to any of you who have a clue about any of this. I just got the trial of Premiere Elements after discovering Movie Maker is no longer available. If I were to buy PE, I read online that I can install it on two devices. My question is, if I no longer wish to have it on one of those two devices (Or my laptop dies), can I remove one and install it on a new device, or is it essentially like 'using it up' and I'd have to buy the software again? Thanks in advance
Hi all,I have premiere elements 15 installed onto my Laptop.I have just purchased a new desktop computer with a 250gb SSD loaded with windows 10 and my other programs and a 2TB hard drive. I also have a 250gb USB Samsung T3 SSD onto which I have installed some of my programs and they work fine but when I try to install Premiere Elements 15 I get an error message that says it must be installed onto a a "root" storage device. I presume that it means the SSD with the windows on. Ok, at this stage it is not a big deal but I intend to gear up to Premiere Pro and would like to install, run, use and store using the stand alone T3.Has anyone tried to do this or will Prem Pro also shout for its "root" dummy.Last modified7 days
I'm brand new to Premiere Elements 2019. I have been using Camtasia 2018 but encountered a library disk space issue and switched to PE 2019. I've added my video clip (which played perfectly in Camtasia) to my project. I pressed the spacebar and the preview started, then stopped. I had to press the spacebar repeatedly to continue the preview. I checked the system requirements and my system meets them all. I have installed PE2019 on my E drive due to disk space issues. Not sure if this causes a problem. Any suggestions?
Okay, I'm brand new to Adobe Premiere Elements and am just getting started creating a movie. I promise I'm not a dummy. I've used many different video editing programs in the past and they're all basically similar and straight forward. My problem is after adding a couple video and audio files to my timeline, I can't preview how the movie looks. I click on Play and nothing happens in the preview window. I can drag the marker line and see the video changing frames but again nothing happens when I hit Play. I even selected Render although I thought it would be ridiculous to have to do that every time I made a change before previewing. Am I missing something simple cause this doesn't make sense?
Hi,about a week ago I bought a new graphics card (AMD RX570 8GB on Windows 10 64-bit).Since then my Premiere 2018 won't start. It opens, then loads as usual and when it says: "Loading PlayerMediaCore.prm" the whole process crashes.I read another thread where someone had a similar issue and could solve it with a certain NVIDIA driver:Premiere Elements 13 Crashing on Launch with GTX 1080And this one, though it's 2 years old:Premiere Elements 11 will not open editor - has stopped workingPhotoshop however starts just well. I'm desperate and don't know what else I could do.Perhaps there's a special AMD graphic driver for Premiere anybody knows?By now I tried:reinstalling all Adobe clientsupdating the graphics card driversupdating PremiereI really hope you guys can help me,Jackson
I am trying to edit a video in Premier Elements 15 and the video is not playing.
I'm doing a big job in PE19, but now my PC has collapsed. When I try to open the project on another PC, I get messages that "files are not found."I have a backup of the project and have put it down on the new PC - but it seems like I'm missing someone/something.Where can I find the missing files?Where do PE19 put the different files?
Hi,from one day to another, my Premiere Elements doesn't import MOV files anymore and shows an error: "The importer reported a generic error".With the same PE14 I could import MOV files without any problems earlier this year.I'm using Windows 10 (latest updates) and the Mediainfo tool gives the following output for one of the mov files (all created with a Casio camera):GeneralComplete name : V:\Videos\2018\Nov2008\IMG_021484.MOVFormat : MPEG-4Format profile : QuickTimeCodec
With Elements Premier 2019 can I cut/copy sections of a two hour home video to make a new video and then export that to a DVD? If yes can this be easily done? Would some other software be better for this? Thank you for your help and opinions.
Aloha. I've been using Photoshop Elements for a long time, but this is my first time using Premiere Elements. I have some basic questions, and I hope someone can help me. Last weekend I gave two Christmas harp performances and made videos on my iPads. Both concerts were 90 minutes long. I filmed the Saturday concert on my iPad Pro and it turned out as about 5 MB. Sunday's concert was on my mini iPad and is over 10 MB. Any ideas of why this happened? The only difference I can think of is that on Saturday the iPad was very close to the stage, and on Sunday it was at the back of the audience, and it was zoomed it. Would that matter? The Sunday concert turned out better, so I'd like to use that 10 MB video. I'm only planning to send it to my friends and family members to watch on their computers or iPads. I'm not going to post it on YouTube or any social media. I'm planning to upload it to my DropBox account, or send it throu
