So, I am trying to upgrade my video editing program. I have been using Microsoft Movie Maker because it was free and is easy to use. I am upgrading because it does not translate the HD video too well. A couple of website recommended Adobe Premium Elements 15. I downloaded the trial version to see if I like it before spending money on it. First thing, will the see through banner, made in trial version, stay on my finished video. I haven't gotten to the point yet because of two major problems. 1. I have tried adding a video clip to the timeline, the two other editing programs I use say the video is 17 min long. Adobe says it is 7 secs. Huge deference. What the hell? 2. Because of this I decided to add the media directly from the camera, a GoPro Hero+, as I am JUST looking at the possible files to add Adobe crashes. This has 3 times now. I am about ready bail on this already.
Is it possible to copy the complete timeline with text in video 2 (length 80 min) from a projekt-2 and insert this at the end of the timeline of projekt-1?If yes - how shall I do?The reason is, I have 2 projekts ready, each 80 min, and want to combine them, and than shorten them some more, to burn a DVD.Thanks in advance.WERNER
I have recently upgraded my Première but the accompanying Organiser 15 doesn't have my photos and videos catalogue or albums. Have tried all I can, but can see no way to restore my original catalogue to 15. Any suggestions please? Terry Harris.
Hello, thank you for looking on my post!Okay, to start, you'll need a little "back-history." My mom bought me Premier Elements a while back, maybe about 3-4 months I speculate, or assume. I also convinced her to get the Photography plan, so I could advance my skills in photography and editing, as a whole. Now, I know there's the policy where I could've return Elements after a months purchase, however, a month is long gone. So here's my question, or request, if in any way possible.'If, somehow, I could return Elements, or know if you could give me this possibility. It would be too much to ask my parents to get me Adobe Premier Pro (I want Pro because color grading, advanced editing, etc.). Plus, not only did I get them to get me Elements and the Photoshop plan, I got a Steadicam, Rode Mic, and so on, so forth, which amounts to a hefty, hefty amount. Haven't really bought anything since (this was a few months back). Here's a test video (this video is from my project I'm editing, wa
I have recently upgraded (on the same machine) from PE7 to PE13. In 7 I always burned a disc image and used ImgBurn to burn it to DVD. However for both the projects I have done in 13 this has proved to be impossible. Clicking on the Disc option just starts the Windows wait wheel, which will not go away until I exit PE. No option window appears to let me move to the burning. One project is simple, three clips, one audio track, an hour in total and it does the same thing when I click on burn as the other five track 2.75hr beast. I have tried putting a blank disc in the PC burner (though I never burn directly to disc) and that has made no difference. I can click on the other publish and share options, but I don't think they are going to let me make a "proper" DVD with menus like I have designed. My PC is Win 10 Pro 64bit, 2.5G Intel Quad core, 8Gb RAM, 250GB free on main HDD, 450GB free on encoding HDD. Any thoughts greatly appreciated
How do I subscript the 4 in NH4Cl in elements?
When I load video clips into the elements program and try to play the clips to review prior to editing the Audio plays correctly but the images play as a series of stills. I am at a loss as to what to try, I am only just starting to use this software so am not proficient.
My Premiere Elements 11 used to work fine under Win 8.1. After the OS upgrade to Win 10 it crashes the OS (Blue Screen) randomly. The memory dump analyzer (MS WinDbg) reports pre11 is in violation of memory access.I have a lot of .Perl 11 projects, and I want to make sure that I can open them with Elements 15 before I buy it.Thanks,
I have one clip completely behind another clip, showing up through a transparency in the clip in front (for instance, the Pan & Zoom Frame from Titles & Text). When I try to adjust the clip in the back so it will align better, the focus immediately switches to the clip in front, so I wind up dragging and resizing the wrong clip. The only way I found to move/resize the clip which is in the back is to move the clip in front out of the way, do my edits, and move the clip in front back into position. There must be a better way, but I haven't found it!Example:Go from this:To this:
royj20579441I have been successfully editing and burning to DVD on my current PC running Windows 2007 since 2011. Around July last year I took the Windows 10 update and continued to edit with no problems encountered until I tried my first burn to DVD. The share panel operated as usual scanning and recognising the blank Disk. The burning began and continued through the lengthy encoding but halted at the final burn stage with message "Access denied". Any help please?
I use Premiere Elements 10 and have recently purchased a Nikon Coolpix A900. The 4K video clips will not display in Windows Media Player when the blue slider moves from left to right. 1080p clips will play. Sometimes the upper half of the cip will appear when playing but not smoothly, and the lower half will be a solid block of green, then I receive a message " Windows Media Player cannot play the video because there is a problem with your video card". 4K clips will display inside Premiere but do not play smoothly; they stop and start. I can render them down to 1080p but the time taken is much longer than with original 1080p clips.I contacted the manufacturer of the motherboard which included the graphics card. It is the AMD Radeon HD 7000 series graphics in A-series APU. The motherboard is the ASRock A75M-ITX. The replied that the mainboard doesn't support 4K. They said that I should check with Adobe regarding the most suitable card that will work with Premiere so I would like to ask
Hi, am going slowly crazy here. I am working on a Mac, and need to transfer the whole project to my boss' PC. I send her the Prel files and she has all the supporting media. One project seems ok, but she cannot render any files...and the other project won't open AT ALL! What am I doing wrong? This is the message we get! Is it because of Mac to PC? But then the other project would not have worked either....I appreciate any inside info and help!
I have a clip (jpeg) in timeline in PE 15. I want to change the "size" of the clip, but I don't want it to stay in it's 4:3 aspect ratio. How do I do that? It's got to be simple! I have a real problem when I search for this answer that Adobe PE ALWAYS seems to think I mean "project aspect ratio." Nope. Just want to do a "free-form" size change of a clip. Any help would be appreciated.
Hello to whoever is reading this and/answering me,I thank you for it!As the title suggests, I'm inquiring on how I can export to YouTube (in absolute highest quality) the best way. If you go to the 'Export and Share' on Elements, you see 'Quick Export,' 'Devices,' 'Disc,' 'Online,' 'Audio' and finally but not least... 'Image.' Now, why have I stated that above? Simply because I'm questioning the best one for the highest quality YouTube uploads. You see, if I go to 'Online' and upload directly from Elements to YouTube, I'm extremely limited to my abilities to maneuver what settings I'd like. In fact, there's no custom or advanced settings to choose from. Now, lets say I assume exporting from 'Devices' suits best, as I can go to advanced settings and so on, does that I mean I have to go to 'Audio' and 'Image' to put in the settings best suited for YouTube as well before I export? And even if I do not, each of these have their own limitations, 'Audio' has a few more advanced settings then
How can I fix the sound when editing in Adobe Preview 15 using Windows 10? Sound is broken up in editing function but makes perfect DVD.[Moved from non-technical Forum Lounge to Premiere Elements forum... Mod][Here is the list of all Adobe forums... https://forums.adobe.com/welcome]
Windows Vista 64-bit. Used to work fine, no longer can I hear an added audio track while editing...Yes the speaker is active, sound works everywhere else...I can see the audio levels pulsing on the dashboard, video plays back fine, no audio. No settings changes were made, just doesn't work anymore.Ideas? Thanks!
When I try to make a screen shot--either by using Freeze Frame or Export, the frame I get is not the same as the one I want. For example: I cue up frame 12018 and the frame I get a jpg of is frame 12024 (6 off). To get the frame I want, I have to cue up frame 12012.If I cue up frame 25057, the freeze frame I get is 25069 (12 off).I've tried 2 different projects and had the same results.
Hello, Im having a problem importing sound into a project. The sound is music from a download that works in itunes but doesn't work in premiere and I don't know why. All of the files are .mp3 and it will take some but now all. The music will work but it's stuttered and doesn't go the full length of the song.

HiReally practical to do lots of things with discs with chapters which navigate in a flash etc and no issues with DVD RW media being crap.I do this easiliy in Nero Video 2017 and PowerDirector 15.But find no way to do that Premiere Elements 15, or?You can write files to devices etc but that is not the same thing as with menu and stuff.Navigation need to read through media file to locate a chapter marker etc.Or did I miss something? Are there tools that write from iso images to SDHC cards or usb drive - like from iso disc image that PRE do?Physical disc and iso I manage to do in PRE.Thanks.
I saw a video where a person was using motion effects to move a still image across his video. He was able to click on the image and move it to the grey part of the work area outside of the actual video. when he did this it still show the box with the adjustment tabs on the corners like it normally does. When i move the image outside of the video portion it just disappears. I'm left with having to leave some part of the still image in my video window if i want to use motion effects to move it.Hopefully this doesn't sound too confusing.
How do I fix the source/preview window from being washed out and reversed? Happens on all M4V and MP4 but not on AVI files. Did a search but didn't find the answer. On Windows 10 running and Adobe Premier Elements 15.MP4AVI
I have 59fps GoPro footage in my timeline, but when I go to export, and set the output to 59fps, it says the source is 29fps, what is wrong here?
