HelloCan you advise which export settings to use in Premier Elements 9, prior to importing my video to Windows Move Maker, in order to be able to export it as an mp4 suitable for Udemy (which requires Video compression format H.264 on MPEG4, Frame rate 30FPS, Data/bit rate 3000bps, 16:9, 1280x720). Premier Elements 9 doesn't offer mp4 as an export option.Many thanks.

Using Elements Premiere 14, slash key does not slide all clips into view when pressed.  It worked when first installed program.  Have deleted and reinstalled program and still no results.  Same problem is showing up on computer lab where I teach.

Hi all,Just recently pulled out a copy of Premiere Elements 13 I had lying around and tried to use it to edit a video. Everything works smoothly...until I try to render. The moment it tries to do anything, it gives up with the message: "Error compiling movie: Unknown error".I've read through various other threads on this issue, but none of them quite match mine - this is a very short project (1 minute 30 seconds), I do have plenty of disk space, there's not much intermixing of weird file formats (MTS for camcorder video, AVI from After Effects for a single animation), and I did make the necessary sacrifices of Coke and pizza to the computer overlords. I've tried rendering tiny work areas, disabling auto-save...the works. No such luck. Hi,I have recently purchased Elements & Premiere Elements 15.Whilst trying to create an instant movie using my own music of 7 mins 24 secs I noticed that the length of film created is 14 mins 48 secs (i.e. double) and it used the same music twice.Any idea how I can resolve this?ThanksJaymin Vajir

I purchased a new CD (Photoshop/Premiere Elements 15) from Amazon and had no problem installing both on my laptop. Recently I had problems with my laptop so I did a Windows 10 reset. I re-installed both Photoshop and Premiere. The first one installed okay but when installing Premiere it says that my CD is counterfeit, so it would not perform the installation!

Hi Russell here,  am using a trial version of this software to evaluate. Seems to go fine until the end. It appears to go thru the process of burning the disc, says it has burnt the disc but there is nothing on the disc !! Tried both my disc drives now and get the same result. Am using win 7.

I am running windows 7 home premium 64 bit system and have upgraded my graphics card from 2gb GEFORCE GTX640 PCIE to 2gb GEFORCE GTX 750 Ti. Following this upgrade my premiere elements 11 application will not load. Any suggestions why this could be? Also failing all else should I reinstall the premiere elements application or is there a risk that could ruin links to previous movies I've created?RegardsTrevor

Hi, my friends and I recorded Xbox One gameplay through Elgato HD 60 S's.We recorded our Gameplay files and used the Live Commentary File Extraction which separates the commentary and gameplay from each other into separate files.The Gameplay file is a .mp4 which works on fine on Premiere. But the Live Commentary file is in .m4a format and I get an "Importer reported a generic error" message.I'm new to Adobe's product. so I'm using premiere elements 15, and whenever I add a video or image into the timeline and start playing it will use close to 100% CPU usage until I render. some sources, like adding GIFs into the timeline will start using all the CPU once I try and move or resize the gif/video on the timeline even after rendering.for those wondering my PC specs are as follows...any help would be awesome, i keep my computer cleaned up and optimized and updated very oftenIntel core i7-4790k 4.0ghz32gb Corsair Dominator ddr3 ramasus founders edition GTX1080 8gb GDDR5 samsung evo 850 pro 500gb SSD (videos and source material and software on this ssd)2TB WD green mass storage800w evga power supply

Hello, So I'm doing an educational video project using video clips which contain both background audio and speech.I have added all the clips I needed in the assets, so when I double-click on a thumbnail to preview the clip, the speech is 100% audible, but when I go to add the clips to the timeline, all audio is audible perfectly, except speech is completely cutout. I haven't done anything that would remove them from my clips, so how is it doing this and how can I get the speech to work in my clips?Thanks in advance

I have an old program of Adobe Photoshop 6/Premiere Elements 4 that I have used for years. I just recently finished putting together a picture/video project, and when I went to burn it to DVD, a box came up and said I have to activate the Mpeg 2 component. The website they gave me is no longer active, and nobody seems to have an answer. I contacted customer support, but after a 90 minute wait, they sent me to the forum, and nobody seems to have a program this old or know how to activate it. I don't want to throw out my project- it's our trip to Europe, and I really want this DVD made. Can anybody help me?

Che cosa fare per eliminare l'errore mostrato in screen shot qui sotto in Windows 10?Dal forum Adobe  ho verificato che questo errore è già stato segnalato ed il consiglio è quello di rivolgersi a Microsoft se non si riesce a rimuovere da soli il problema con re installazione prodotto e installazione *.dll richiesta. Un approfondito controllo del mio PC, in remoto, da parte di MIcrosoft ha verificato che in apparenza il mio sistema non presenta particolari problemi. Librerie Visual C++ aggiornate e correttamente installate, scan disk ecc. Rimozione e re installazione PRE14 senza risultati. Unico tentativo consigliato, se non emergono altre alternative, re installazione sistema con preliminare formattazione del disco !!!.La reinizializzazione del sistema è l'unica l'alternativa? Se aggiorno PRE14 a PRE15 risolvo il problema?

Hello my friends,i have a problem and i hope i can find here a answer.(using premiere elements 14)Proble:on some videos (specialy if they are longer about 11min) i have only on something like the first 4 min sound, after that i have no sound and i have in this soundbar no "bars" that show me that ther must be some sound it is just empty. on vlc player i have the hole sound, so it is defenatly existing.If i put a short video in my programm it works without problems, sound is all times avaliable.Can anybody help me?

This has been a long saga starting in June so here is the short version.  I filmed a school jubilee in March and wanted to edit and burn a DVD for the jubilee committee to sell. My initial attempt included all the clips from two days and came to 2 and a half hours so I needed to change to 2 DVD's to keep the quality.  I kept the original PREL file, saved it as Day 1 and Day 2, deleted the clips that weren't relevant and burned the 2 DVD's successfully using the PAL widescreen and Fit to the Available Space options.  Both DVD's are about 1 hour 15-20 minutes long now.I then went back to the Day 1 DVD to add extra menu markers, add some photos as a short slideshow and tidy up some titles to match what I had done for DVD 2 and have been unable to burn the Day 1 DVD successfully since.  It encodes successfully, then starts the burning process and gets to 99% before it sticks there for a while and then the DVD tray opens.  I get no error messages.  I can burn t

I had to re install PE13 since doing so I cannot open existing files. A message appears cannot open files because of Codecs?Can someone assist me?

I am having the same issue as this previous poster whose question was not answered: film menu - wrong formatted text after opening again The menu looks fine when I make it but when it is reopened, anything that has been on two lines is now on one line, sometimes with other symbols between.  It also really messes up the buttons on the scene selection screen.  Since I am not the only one with the problem, has anyone come up with a solution?

Hi,I am having trouble exporting my finished video file.  Seems to have a rendering issue.  Error message states: R6025 - pure virtual function call.  I have 20GB of space on my Microsoft surface so it shouldn't be a space issue but really I have no idea.  Help! I have premiere elements and photoshop 13 installed on my HP desktop,   I do not use it much but last week i tried to edit some old videos. I  started getting pop ups to say my free trial of adobe 15 is coming to an end and i should purchase it to continue . Plus the video i had spent time completing was overstamped with "this video was made using Adobe 15 - purchase to continue ????Dave
