Hello, I’m having real trouble with Adobe Premiere Elements 14. I’m trying to edit a short film with a very close deadline looming, and when I open up the software to continue with the editing I have been doing for last week I now find that it has all disappeared saying ‘media offline or unavailable’ – with large chunks of film on my timeline missing. So far there doesn’t seem to be anything I can do to restore it. Please help!

Hello, I have a problem with using the dream effect! 9 times out of 10 when I click on the dream icon my computer freezes! Is this a software problem?

‘Your Computer is low on memory’.After I’d recently resumed Video Editing [quite normally] for 3 days using Adobe Premier Elements 14.1 >  I began to receive this Error Message from Windows 10 Pro.  Windows is now soon spontaneously shutting down this program each time I try to do more Video Editing, making it unusable. Uninstalling/reinstalling the program did nothing to help.My Computer had 8 Gb R.A.M and c half of my H.D.D is still vacant.So far I’ve received no replies/responses at all to my 2 requests for help to tcssup@adobe.com  over the last 3 days. In view of the good reputation of the Adobe brand, in good faith I purchased this product on Sat 28-11-15, and it initially functioned quite normally for a few months.I’d greatly appreciate any suggestions which might help.   Richard K

I can record narration on the Voice channel, but it will not play back unless I move it to another audio channel. The voice channel worked fine for awhile, then just stopped working. I've read that others have had similar issues, and I have tried every solution suggested. I can create a new project, and the voice channel works fine. I have Premier 14.1, running on Mac OS Sierra.Is there anything else I can try? I have a long video, and do not want to re-create it.

Heya!So I have put together a video of a recent large vintage video game pickup.  The main focus of the video is talking about the value of the games I purchased to see if I got a good deal or not.  Ideally, I would love to put a running dollar amount in the corner of the video that shows the value of each game and adds to an overall total.  For example, if a game was worth $200, the counter would go up by that amount.  Since the video will show roughly 1,500 games I don't see an easy or automated way to accomplish that.  I am wondering if there is an easier way to get a similar effect.  I know the overall value of the lot I bought and was thinking I could just have a running dollar counter that starts in the beginning of the video and eventually hits the overall number at the end.  I could time it so it hits the final number as the video ends.Is there an easy way to do this?  Does anyone know of an overlay that was already created that I could e

I purchased it earlier this year and it worked fine. Haven't used it in a while and now it won't even start. No error messages, no nothing. I've gone through all the fixes on the forums except to remove all Adobe products and reinstall them. That would be a very last resort since I have several Adobe programs. If anyone has anything that has worked I'll give it a go. Windows 10 is up to date. i7-3770K CPU @ 3.5GHz, 16 GB RAM,  NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 video, 64 bit, C:=Kingston SV300S37A240G 240 GB SSD. I find that my duplicate button is greyed out under edit and when i right click  text  on the timeline the edit button is greyed out. I am using premiere elements 14. Why are they greyed out?

I purchased Premiere Elements 14 and installed on my old computer. Old computer crashed and every time I try to install on my new computer I get an error message. It says installation failure. I restarted my computer and it still won't install

HiI read in other thread "Facebook kills audio quality" that solution is to fill one channel with the other - making it mono.I've been doing audio recordings for decades, and know about that certain spatial processing can result in poor sound as mono.So the mono check is mandatory to do - to know how it will be if a mono device just mixing the two channels together.Does PRE do things to audio creating different phase than original tracks?Just suprised that it is was an error to have stereo, and you should make it mono by filling one channel with content of the other.I used an editor in the 90's doing tuts to my products, and there was various setting regarding audio interleave and such in the stream - which affected lipsync etc.Anything audio settings like that to think about in PRE15?Haven't used PRE15 for some months now, since I am waiting for an update for crashes I had.But evaluate editors also by reading forums to see what I will keep and use in future.Best regards

Corrupted files with Premiere Elements are an ongoing problem for years as far as i realized. This is the first time i experienced this problem. With no actual reason my previously saved file was not opened, along with all the backup files. This is the error i have been getting:Actually Adobe has a solution for this error: Keyframe.h-142 error | Opening projects I followed the steps here, and generated a new file. However this new file was not opened either by PE with a new error message: "An unknown error occured while opening the project."What i had to do was contacting the "Adobe Customer Care". I was told that my file is corrupted, and there's nothing to do. The worst part was the disappointing technical staff. I think that was the worst customer care experience i have ever had.So i decided to try my chance in the forums. Hi I am creating a slideshow through the Organizer SlideShow Creator. I have selected Classic Black Theme but am having a problem. The pictures that slide left to right and the ones that slide right to left are cutting off the top and the bottom of the picture, which in many cases cuts off peoples heads or other key pieces of the photo. Basically the photo is zoomed in on permanently so the top and bottom of the image are cut off. Is this a known issue, or is there a way to change this. I didn't see much in the way of slideshow options. Thanks.

I've been using Premiere Elements since version 10 and there is an interface bug thatremains unfixed.  It is so maddening that I'm on the verge of abandoning the program.If there is a workaround can anyone tell me?I'm doing motion graphics with images on many different video tracks.When I want to adjust an image I open the Applied Effects/Motion panel.But when I go to adjust the motion of another image even on the same video track,the Applied Effects/Motion panel snaps shut -- and I have to reopen it again.How do you keep it open?Is there a keyboard shortcut to snap it open again?Why all the snapping?  Just let it behave and stay open.

I've created a video of our recent holiday and burnt several DVDs but would like the option of creating an ISO file to keep on the hard drive. So far I've managed to keep the video under the Elements option to 'burn to Folder 4.7'. I'm running Windows 10. Also if I do manage to create an ISO how do I then make a DVD from that please?

Adobe Premiere Elements 11 on my PC does not recognize the DV file (iMovie event files) from iMovie 09 created on a Mac.        What is the best way and best export format to convert the Mac iMovie events to files for editing on a PC with Adobe Premiere Elements 11?      I have tons of these iMovie events, many of which are broken into small clips, so a streamlined way to do it would be preferred.

Just got stonewalled trying to upload a PE12 video of 24 min in length to YouTube because PE says it's longer than 15 minutes.  Apparently it has been a request for years to Adobe to increase this, as YouTube has no such limit.  Just checking to see if this got fixed in PE15, which I'd buy if it did.  Starting to see this is some kind of revenue generator for Adobe.  Another product to buy fixes this?

It use to work - easy to export my video files. Now it exports audio only and I cant get the video to play or or download. The video plays fine in all my video players but I cant get it to export the video portion so I can edit it.  HELP!

After each trip we produce a DVD of the trip.  We incorporate both still images and video.  Rarely do we use the images and video chronologically.  So far we've used the Windows photo application to sequence images and video by labeling them 001, 002, 003, etc. and them importing the images into Premiere Elements. This works fine except I'd much rather use Elements Organizer if possible.  Can I re-arrange image sequence in Organizer? If so, how?  Thanks

I have both Premier Elements 9 and 13 loaded on my PC running W7. In trying to burn a DVD for about 200 images (approx 1G to size) with either PE7 or PE13 i get the "encoding error" message. I have tried disabling my file protection software (Norton, Malware Bytes), but still am unable to burn a DVD. I get the same error trying to burn to a folder. Any suggestions for a work-around?

I've been waiting until CES announcements to decide what to replace my current computer with. Due to my extensive travel, my only computer these days is a laptop. My current laptop is several years old, but it is a behemouth: Alienware M17x that weighs about 10 pounds, gets so hot (quickly) it's tough to hold even with a pad, and has a battery life of about an hour which makes it worthless on a plane or in an airport with few outlets or on a long car trip. I no longer play games on my laptop (all my gaming is on my PS4) so I mainly use it for Word (Excel, Word, PPT) and internet and work type "stuff" - I also use it to store all my music and movies for my Plex server (cast to Chromecasts.) The ONLY things that requires some decent power is video editing. I've been using Cyberlink Powerdirector for years, recently purchased PE15. But even with the video editing, my work flow is usually taking HD videos, 1080p or 720p (not 4K for now), editing them down to smaller pieces, then combining

I have been on the Chat Forum tonight for over 3 hours to be told that Adobe does not support Premier Elements via phone or chat.I have downloaded Photoshop Elements and got it fully installed. I am using Premiere Elements 14 to capture live video from a webcam and would like to get my audio thru an alternate interface (tascam US-16x08).I am able to find and select the interface in the capturing source but when I hit record, no audio gets recorded. It also seems like Premiere keeps crashing when i try this method. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Installed my old Elements 7 on Windows 10.  Slide/video project went OK, but I can't record it.  Then a window pops up with a link to an encoder webpage, that just shows a 404 error.  I did pay and register for this way back and still have the box.  What can I do?LB
