I can't open the test version of premiere elements 15. I get the error: programm doesn't function any longer.I disinstalled and installed again for 3 times - but every time I get the same result

When I try to upload to youtube I get this. Is this something that will be fixed

why can't I input the redemption code serial number in the boxes? i'll enter the first digit but it won't type the letter following the first digit.

I used before a "de noiser" in PE 8 but am not able to find the same tool in PE 12? Is it still there? I have a very short segment of a audio clip that I want to try to denoise. I have read about Audacity and other programs but this clip is so short that I want to try an easier fix within PE 12 if it exists. Thanks

I am currently using Adobe Premiere Elements 14 and the original footage looks great when opened up with WMP,  the timeline footage looks great as does the Render Preview when I am ready to export.    However, once I render the footage and open the file it is pixelated mostly during moving sequences as well as the frames seem to drop during those sequences as well.  I film on a motorcycle so things are moving fast.  When I stop the footage looks great and clear, when I'm moving it is pixelated.I am filming with a Gopro Hero 4 in 1920x1080p, 30fps, wide setting.   I originally tried to export with the default 1920x1080p HD render and it was pixely, I then tried a custom render in MOV, H.264, H.264 AVCHD, MP4 and MP2.  I rendered in all of those formats in 1920x1080, 30fps and still to no avail, the exported file is pixelated.Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hello guysI instaled my Adobe Premier Elements 13 on my new Computer. He runs with Windows 10.Now my Computer can not open the Programm anymore...?It tells me Adobe Premier Elements doesn t work anymore. Pleas Close...First time i startet the Programm it was opening the Window to Chose between the Editor or the Organisator..If i start this Programm now, it will load for few seconds and then this message arrives.On my old Pc it was running on Windows 10...? Why this time not?by the way Adobe photoshop element is running! why premier Elements doesn t???Thank you for your help

I created an 11-minute video of a parade, in Adobe Premiere Elements 15 (this is my first time using it), by dropping in short video clips from my Nikon digital; camera and editing, rearranging, etc. I then exported the finished video to MP4 format, and wound up with a 574 megabyte file for just 11 minutes of video! Online help tells me I can compress the output file to reduce the file size, but it doesn't say HOW to do that?Where can I find a step by step guide on HOW to compress my video to a more sane file size? Not just that i CAN do this, but actually HOW ro do it!I also found in the online help that once you start a project, it won't let you change any settings. I hope that doesn't apply here; it took me HOURS to cut my 35 minutes of raw video down to the 11 minute finished project.  I don't want to have to redo my whole project just to be able to export to a smaller file size; it ought to be possible to define how I want to compress the finished project before I export to M

Premiere

I have been in the middle of editing a project for the past 3 days. Tried to continue working this morning and the computer does its occasional update. When it finished, I  tried to reopen my project and a box popped up which read "Adobe Premiere Elements 12 has encountered a problem and will have to close".Computer: PC (Dell Inspiron 15)OS : Windows 10I have not taken any steps to trouble shoot the issues because I don't know what steps to take.

I've been using Premiere Elements 14 for about a year now and its worked fine with only a few hitches but all of a sudden the other day this happened:The work area bar disappeared. It's not that it got resized and now I can't find it. I've tried on multiple save files, different import files, no difference. The work area bar simply does not show up when I insert media. I have a screenshot showing what is happening. This all of a sudden happened, as the last time I tried to edit a video it worked fine. Help greatly appreciated.

I bought the Adobe premiere elements 12 when it was new.  I am very stubborn and thought I could make it work, but I give up.  I have 2 different video cameras.  The cannon records in AVCHD and I have no problem importing the videos for editing.  My problems begin when I try to import from my Olympus tough video camera.  I have downloaded the videos from the card to my computer and I can view them on my computer so I know they are there.  When I try to import them to Adobe premiere elements to edit I get this message "pc2000015.mov"  in the box with the error message  "the importer reported a generic error".   Does anyone have any idea how I can get those videos imported so I can edit or would an upgrade tp elements 15 solve the problem.  I have contacted Olympus and they tell me they do not have a program to edit and burn to DVD.  I like the camera because I can take underwater videos, but without the ability to edit and burn

Okay I had been working all morning and had my project set to "save" every 5 minutes, plus I hit save in addition to that whenever I did allot of loading clips to my time line. I have all of my pictures on my timeline and was adding the music, it was playing back, saving and appeared to be working fine. Than all of a sudden the system froze and crashed. I reopened the project and all of my supposedly "saved" music was gone! Can you enlighten me as to what might have happened, I lost hours of work. I am now back to where I was and nervous that this might happen again. Please enlighten me. Thanks

Last night November 11, Audio one worked perfectly. This morning, it doesn't work at all. I've run Windows Update and restarted the computer, and reloaded the project, to no avail. The various settings are the same today as they were yesterday. I haven't changed anything.I'm running W10 and Elements 12. Everything works as it should except Audio 1 and the soundtrack. I've just tested that as well. I have narrations and I've tried audio effects and they all work. Audio 2 doesn't work either, when I shift a clip up one line.I've re-loaded the raw footage as a new project, and everything works as it should.What's the story? Any ideas?I

When you buy Adobe Premiere Elements for $100, does it give you a copy for just one PC, or does it tie Premiere Elements with your Adobe account so you can have it on multiple PCs? I really need to know because I don't want to have to pay another $100 for Premiere whenever I get a better computer.Also does updating Premiere Elements charge any additional money? Like, is the upgrade free or paid?

I am using PE 14.1 with Windows 7.   I added the Family Memories movie menu to a project.   This menu includes a drop zone on the Main Menu Page.  I am trying to add a still image to the drop zone.   It is my understanding when you click on the drop zone a dialogue box should open that will prompt you to browse and select the image.for the drop zone.   When I click on the drop zone no dialogue box appears.  Am I incorrect on the steps to place an image in the drop zone?  What am I missing?   Joe

I get an error message stating that this service is temporarily unavailable.  I remember this happened a couple years ago, is this something that fixes itself or do I have to change something?  YouTube is a MAJOR part of my monthly income so I cant afford to not be able to get videos out there.Please help!Thanks!

Just recently when I try to upload from Premier Elements 11 to YouTube I get the error: "Share to YouTube is temporarily unavailable through Adobe Premier Elements". I can upload to Facebook and save to computer. I normally use YouTube so this is a nuisance. How can this be fixed?ThanksK

My camera takes videos with sound.  In my project, I want to eliminate the sound but leave the motion picture.  How do I do this?

Hi,Last time I used Elemenets 13 it worked perfectly. A week later, it crashes every single time during loading. I figured reinstall would fix it.So I completely uninstalled it, deleted any remaining folders on the c: drive, including those in appdata, and all preferences removed. Once it was completely removed, I ran Ccleaner, cleaned the disk, and cleaned the registry to remove any left over hooks from the program. That done, the computer was rebooted, and the program was reinstalled. It crashed again. It still crashes. Everytime it loads,it just comes up with a message, saying the program stopped working. There was no error message.  I need this program for my YouTube channel, so being without an editor is not good. Hopefully someone can help me to solve this issue. ThanksNeon

Just installed it and I cannot get it to start.  I have a Mac w/OS Sierra...just upgraded.Do I need to reinstall?Sharon

I have unfinished project in my pc (only narration and music remains to be done). This projekt is opend many times in the past correctly. But now it open very curiosly.Timeline shows only all text and frozen clips properly, but all video clips are only a reddish backroun with the next text in five language: Medien offline.I have used also many  earlier Premiere Elements previous version before,  but this is first time that happens such a surprise.

I have Adobe Premiere Elements 9 and I've had no issues with the program (Which I've had for a few years now) until last night. I opened the program and got the message that an incompatible display driver was detected and that I had to update my display driver. So I went under help in the program to update and then I got a message that the update failed and that they couldn't be applied. It provided me with an error log file to check but then it said that the file was not found. Please help, I honestly don't know what to do anymore to fix this.[title edited by mod]
