Bonjour, lors d'une création vidéo sur Adobe Rush, je n'arrive pas à ajouter une 3ème piste audio, elle est grisée et j'ai le message d'erreur:Erreur de playerVous ne pouvez pas enregistrer parsque l'une des pistes activées pour l'enregistrement est désactivée dans la fenêtre de montage. Je je comprends pas le problème, pouvez-vous svp m'aider afin de pouvoir enregistrer une 3ème piste audio?Merci d'avance,Sébastien
Bonjour, lorsque je souhaite ajouter des animations graphiques par exemple des titres qui sont déjà par défaut dans Adobe Rush, ce message s'affiche : Erreur d'importation modèle d'animations graphiques : Une erreur est survenue pendant le téléchargement depuis le serveur Adobe Stock. Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution ? Merci beaucoup !
Hello All, If anyone out there knows the answer to this question, I'd greatly appreciate your feedback. I am using Adobe Premiere Rush on my Android cell phone. I have a project open that contains several video clips on the timeline which I have already trimmed. Is it possible for me to export a specific "work area" or video "range", rather than the entire video sequence on the timeline? I noticed that when I am ready to export a project, I am essentially forced to save the entire video timeline as opposed to a "section" which I want to pick and choose. Do I basically have to export the entire timeline of video content from Rush and import into Premiere Pro, and then select a "work area" using the normal procedure in Premiere? Thank you!
Hi everyone, I have a professional Adobe account that I use in my job for my daily video creation tasks.My company recently acquired a professional cell phone, in which I installed Adobe Rush on to produce quick edits for social media. On the phone app, I log in with the same email (Adobe ID) as the app on my desktop computer.However, it turns out that the "Premium" content and options are not available for free on the phone (Adobe proposes to pay a subscription) while these same features are included for free in the desktop application. Do you have any idea what is causing this problem? It's the same Adobe account on both machines.Thank you very much in advance for your help. I'm looking forward to hear from you. Estou fazendo um projeto de vídeo no RUSH e não encontro o arquivo do projeto. Diz que está sincronizado, mas não aparece no creative cloud. Quero poder enviar o arquivo do projeto, mas não o encontro.
Is there a way or it would be nice if there was an auto generation video like iOS has with memories. Just add all your videos and pictures and a video is made with transitions and effects. Then you can go in and tweak (something iOS version is missing) and a suite of royalty free backing music to choose from. thanks
Rush works fine on my phone. But, when I try to use it on my pc it won't load at all when I open the program. It just hangs out with a blue thinking circle and won't progress past this point. See image below. I've double checked that it is up to date in creative cloud. It is. I've restarted my computer. I've logged out of cc and back in then tried to open rush again. I've double checked that I have enough available space for the program to work. I've closed all other programs to give it more working space. None of the normal things seem to work. I have one project that will not open... other projects will open, but not this one.I was editing the project, exited the program, went right back in and it won't load. When I click on the project it just shows a grey window, nothing else.Is there anything I can try?
Unfortunately, Rush (mobile) is no longer available for me because it won't pass the opening screen.When I run the app, it just showing an endless blue rotating circle, that said "Fetching Projects" forever.I also can't crete new project. I'm getting an Error. Needless to say that I tried to sign in and out, re-install clear my phone cache, etc'.On my desktop version, it works. I bought an amazing new PC Tower, had it configured to where any graphics software could run on it. However, Adobe Rush.... the little blue circle keeps spinning. From 2pm to 2:28pm. As you can see there has to be something wrong for it to not open in 28 minutes. Accroding the Creative Cloud installer... It should work on my computer. So what can I do to correct this... or is it an issue with the latest version of Rush? Windows 10.................
Stays at the load screen with the blue loading circle and will not load. System set up is more than adequate and all drivers updated. I have unistalled PR & Creative cloud and re-installed twice now and still will not run. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. title edited by mod
I had a trial that I let expire. A couple months later (a little over 4 days ago) I subscribed.When I open PR, it loads but only a black screen with the blue loading circle. I can see the create a project button to the left, but it is greyed out. I do not receive error prompts of any kind. I've uninstalled, re-installed, updated, logged out and in, restarted many times. Nothing changes.The few times I've talked to support they say that "Engineering is working on it". "Engineering has been notified" "This is a known issue". But I can't find anything about this issue online. When asking how I would receive notification that the issue was resolved they said "mail, or there will be an update at some point" Doesn't sound too promising. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm holding off on canceling, but am concerned I'll get hit with a fee when I do cancel if this doesn't end up working. I use PS on my windows 8.1 pc just fine. CC never boots me. When I open my Premiere Rush desktop app, the clue cursor keeps on loading for infinity time and nothing else happens. I have tried restarting the app, restarting my PC, but it is not helping. Any suggestion?
I have been working on a project and all went great until two days ago. Every time I move something around in Rush I get the spinning blue circle. I have to wait and wait and wait for it to stop. I have plenty of space and memory on a huge computer drive so I know it is not that so how do I make this stop? Is it going to crash on my project?
I'm using an IMac running version 11.3.1 and trying to use Premier Rush but I only get the spinning blue circle. I've uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled and nothing changes. I've signed out and signed back in again.There is plenty of free space, 64GB RAM and the IMac is only just a year old.Please help.
I have a new iMac 2020 with upgraded graphics card and 1TB free space. Premier Rush just shows the blue loading circle. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 time and get the same issue. I cannot create a file or anything.
Most of the times I try to open Rush on my ipad mini 6th gen or on my iphone 14 pro max i get a small blue circle spinning for hours. Rush doesn't meant to be a "rush" app. It is so frustrating. I pay a lot on adobe cc and I don't understand this kind of issues.
When I open Rush, it stays on the loading screen permanently. I'm running the free trial version to test it out to see if I want to subscribe. I've looked across the web and this support forum for what to do to fix it. Running the program as Admin does not fix it.Switching the display adapter does not fix it. (Nor do I think that's a good fix in general)Signing out and then signing back in will get me to the tutorial, but then I get stuck on the preparing video loading bar. I really want this app to work for me. I have 32 gb RAM, i5-10600k, Radeon RX 480 gpu.Please help. Thanks.

Hi Adobe, ich vermisse in Rush für noch schnelleres Editing und eine komfortable Bearbeitung, dass man über den Mehrfachselektor Parameter wie Dauer und Geschwindigkeit und Filter etc. auf alle ausgewählten Clips anwenden kann und das nicht bei jedem einezelnen tun muss. Und was auch cool wäre, wenn man die Standarddauer von importierten Bildern bzw. Freezframes wie in Premiere in den Voreinstellungen festlegen könnte. Danke fürs Zuhören, liebe Grüße.
I was working on a project on Premiere Rush last month and now when I tried to open Rush, it is constantly stuck at the blue loading circle. I have tried logging out, uninstalling CC/Rush and running as administrator but nothing works. I tried deleting the Premiere Rush/1.5 folder and I was able to start Premiere Rush but it is like a new account and none of my previous projects are there. They are not sync-ed to the cloud because I have 9GB of files there when I had a subscription before but i didn't bother to delete so it was always full. Please help me recover this project.
As I learn Premier Rush, I was losing track of which media files I had added to my video. So I created a new folder called "added" and moved any media files to it that I had added. All my media links in the project disapeared (syncing was not on). I moved the files back to the original folder but it doesn't see them.Is there a fix or do I need to start over?
