Would be great to have a time stamp marker in Rush.   Common scenario: you're reviewing recorded footage for editing and noted the time stamps in your original video that you'd like to use, and there's numerous, individual time stamped scenes you'd like to use in the Rush edit. When you split video for clip isolation and creation, then the clip time stamp adjusts for the new clip you've created which makes referring to your own time stamps more difficult. When you've got say, half an hour of footage and noted 8 time stamped scenes you'd like to use it makes locating the later time stamps difficult.   Solution: clip markers that you can apply to an individual clip so you can jump to it / locate it as you wish.

I'm trying to have free range on where I put my clips but they keep snapping to the nearest clip. How do I disable this feature or enable free range on where I put my clips???? Thanks, Schmaz.

I am using Rush on a trial basis for the first time on my iPhone 8plus. (No other adobe apps on my iPhone) I was hoping it can be my new video editing app replacing the limited version of  iMovie on my iPhone.  I love a lot Rush has to offer EXCEPT two days ago the app crashed (just shut down ) and when I opened it up again and tried to access my project I get the message "unable to open project".( The project is just short videos taken with iPhone and some pictures- nothing complicated) .  I have logged out of Rush, deleted and re- downloaded app, logged out of adobe, tried to access it on my iPad, updated my IOS version on iPhone, checked Wifi (strong) checked storage (plenty space) .   Still get same message - Rush- unable to open project- OK.     Understand that I can see all my projects and I can open the other two projects.  At this point,  I am ready to buy a MacBook and just use iMovie on that but I really want this to work beca

Please allow files to be synchronized when synchronizing projectsThe reason why I use Rush is because I use it in conjunction with mobile, but I don't have a file on my PC, so it says I don't have a file.

I need to locate the audio files that I recorded in the app on my phone so I can copy them and save them somewhere else locally. How do I find those files?

I m unable to change font type and font size in graphics

MP4 file imports successfully to Lightroom but does not import to Rush. File is 1.1 GB. Is that the cause of failure?  Thank you 

Before exporting a video I tested adjusting the aspect ratio, which ruined the format of my video. Therefore, like with any application... I used "undo" button to save my file, but even after undoing change in aspect ration the video formating was completely off. I am now trying to revert to a previous version of the file to avoid fully remaking a video I have spend a week editing. After a bunch of research I have been UNABLE to revert to a previous version of the file, which seems like a relatively basic feature among all other applications. Please help. 

I've just downloaded this software recently, so I am learning the ins and outs.  I have shrunk the size of my image, however, it does not retain the quality. Whenever I specifically click on the image at the size I want, the quality is perfect, but when it is inputted in the video on another layer, I struggle to read the image.  Anybody know if there is a fix to this? Many Thanks

Hello, I am trying to export a video on Premiere Rush. I have run into the issue where the rendering process will not start, instead it just is "waiting on rendering". I do have GPU exceleration on, and I have also cleared the media cache. If I have it render to both my hard drive and a media platform, then cancel one, it will give me an error code (-1609629690) and also say it was unable to produce frame.My hardware is an i5 12400f, a rtx 3060 with 12g of ram, a gtx 970 with 8g of ram, 32 gigs of ddr5.When checking task manager I am no where near maxing out any of my components and am instead sitting in the 20%-35% range, with Rush using a majority of it.I have re-installed Rush, restarted my computer, uploaded a different file, exported to a different destination, closed all other programs on my desktop, and followed most other troubleshooting guidlines I could think of. Help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to use the new Premiere Rush Pan & Zoom feature which works just fine in the editing bay. When I try to download the video onto my phone it gives me the error "unable to render successfully" at the exact moment that the Pan & Zoom is used. I know the Pan & Zoom is the issue because once I removed the effect I was able to download it perfectly fine. I would download the video from my desktop, but none of the pictures are syncing from my phone to the desktop, the rest of the video & audio is there just not the stationary pictures (one of which had the Pan & Zoom applied to it). I am using an IPhone 8 Plus and I have not had a downloading issue with any of the other videos. It is a 53 second video, very minimal, no graphics. I've tried downloading in all the different quality settings. The problem is present throughout. Please help me resolve this issue. Hi! First post, wanted to share my experience with a rendering error I've been receiving since the last Adobe Rush update (v1.5.40) for Pan / Zoom .   My Surface Pro's sad specs: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1056G7 CPU @ 1.30GHz 1.50 Ghz 16.0 GB RAM 64-bit OS Windows 10   This is my 5th video in the same format, nothing has changed EXCEPT Rush was updated to a newer version, one that allows the Pan / Zoom feature's start and endpoints to be adjusted (FINALLY!) -- So naturally I decided to Pan / Zoom every image in my sequence.   This increased my render time by a factor of 1000% -- but that's not my issue. At the same point every time in the render Rush would stall. Eventually I would get the following error message and Rush would need to be force stopped before work could again commence:   Error compiling movie. Accelerated Renderer Error Unable to produce frame. Writing with exporter: H.264 Writing file type: H264 Around timecode: 2:51:18 - 2:52:04 Rendering at offset: 17

Good dayIm trying to export my video in 4k but your app is telling me I need to upgrade.So I am already paying for a yearly subscription but when i go to buy the 4k bolt on the purchace fails and says i already have an subscription so why can't I use 4k to export?  Cheers Brett

Please somebody help! I've spent hours editing my videos and when I try to export, without fail there is a glitch, sometimes multiple glitches throughout the video. I'm using an iPad 12 pro with M2 chip and most videos are shot on iPhone 12 Pro & iPhone 13 Pro. Also mixed in are drone videos shot in 4K and 5K and GoPro videos also shot in 4k. I've tried everything that was suggested in previous posts about this topic and changing the files from .mov to .mp4 are not an option for this peticular video because it is already edited and cut and I would have to go back and do a ton of work to get it to an .mp4. The fact that I pay for this application which is supposed to be one of the "best video editing tools around", but can't seem to get past this issue is a little unsettling to me. Adobe, please do better! Help me figure out what the problem here is, and I can promise you it has nothing to do with my videos because a lot of people here are also having this issue besides me and still

Hi, I've been creating videos in Adobe Rush using always the same track as my theme. Since few days the track doesn't appear in search results when I'm trying to find it in Adobe Rush audio search box. It's still active in older projects but I can't apply it to the new ones. I tried to find a way of copying it from the older project and pasting it to the new one but I couldn't.  The track is called "Alive". Adobe Premiere Rush is version 2.8.0 (Build 😎 and it's desktop version.  Is there any way I can get the access to the track back again?   

WHAT? Pay ON TOP OF THE $$ I ALREADY PAY???? To access the BARE MINIMUM FEATURES????? Adobe realizes this app is almost UNUSABLE, right???? Constantly glitching for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON & now they want us to pay MORE just to access features we PREVIOUSLY had access to??????? What the heck are they talking about???? It's insane. I don't want to give Adobe my money any longer if this is how they're going to treat their customers

Lately, I found that the app is adjusting colors and light, etc by itself. There is no setting to auto-adjust. Can I get help with this, please?   Mod note: Edited for content. These are user-to-user forums.

Look at this pictures i add! So i spend a day to make my blog video episode and after all looks good i put it to render and there are these damages appears in my video! And i dont know how to correct it as it doesnt appear in a project!! What did i payed for? Not to be able to do a single video??

Rush is fantastic but is lacking options for collaboration. Please look in too the posibility of sharing a project between adobe users (as in Adobe Spark) and also a adding an option for "quick webbpreview via link" for reviewing/proofing videos. Would make this application usefull for proffesionalls (semi) aswell as for private users.
