I'm unable to use cloud sync on my iPad mini. If I start a project on another device it appears on my iPad but all the video footage is blank! if I start a project on my iPad it will not be available on any other device with cloud sync on   I also can't use rush offline even with projects cloud sync is turned off for.

It would be helpful to have access to my licensed music directly in Rush rather than having to ingest.

iPad Pro, iOS 16.3, Rush 2.5 1128 While rendering it froze, I forced closed and upon restarting Rush will not allow me to add any media. It pops up preparing video and the progress bar never moves. I've tried different videos, signing in and out, hard reboot of iPad, reinstalling the APP and nothing works. Looking for additional ideas, thanks in advance! I see older mentions of the issue  in searching but nothing in a long time. R

Hello. I bought your Rush apps and I regret it. You are the market leader in photo and video processing software, but Rush is a mismatch. KineMaster outclasses your services in this field of video work. Using your product on the IPad Pro 12.9 - 2022 I can't create a library with songs that I chose from your store, I have to browse the entire store each time. Another thing is the number of added files on the video board is also limited. Audio files added after adjusting the volume after finishing and saving the entire project remain unmixed. I run to the Beautiful application and the program which is KineMaster - and although it also has its drawbacks, when it comes to the possibilities of use, it is much more developed.

JPEGs don't show up. Can't adjust the time per slide. Renders program unusable. 

Hi,I initially recorded this video on TikTok, which plays fine when saved to my device and imported to Rush. However, after I remove the TikTok watermark on Snaptik and upload it to Rush (.mp4 file), the audio is slowed down a lot...Thanks for your help.

It would be nice to favorite or at least rank soundtracks while searching this very big list

Mobile downloads informs me I can't install Premiere Rush to my Samsung A33 5G (running Android 13). That doesn't seem right? 

I am currently doing a project which involves video editing and I am using Premiere Rush. However, I can't add any YouTube videos to it. If anyone could help, that would be great.

Hey everyone, not sure exactly why but the PAN + ZOOM does not togle on.It remains ghosted, unclickable, even if I selected and highlighted various mediasections that I want edited with a pan or a zoom. Anyone find a solution for this issue?Thank you. 

I mean honestly, this is a pretty terrible product. Projects on my iPhone almost always crash during rendering, and pictures often drop out and fonts get randomly changed in the process. It winds up just being a big waste of time, and I've seen very few answers to similar issues other people have posted here.

Hi.i have a Rush profile (my job is paying for), and i accedently createt a project under "my profile" insted of my work profile. Now i cant export it, i dont have a personal profile. Is there anyway that i Can export my projekt from "my profile" to my work profile ? I know that i Can export it from my work profile, it has a valid licence.

Just trying to extract the audio from video A, save it in a useful format like mp3, so I can import it as audio in the future. I can do this on some social platforms mobile apps, but I'm sick of having to do it seperately for each company. With YouTube I've been getting by with the screen recorder on the iPhone to record my own shorts and videos I've uploaded to it. Thsnks for your patience   

I am working on a project and I noticed that the further along I get in my video, the audio and video get out of sync.  I've checked my original source and there is no problem on that end.  I uploaded the video fresh with no edits and I'm still having syncing issues as the video progresses.  I checked for Premiere Rush updates and downloaded the newest update, and still have issues with syncing.  I haven't noticed this issue before, but it's starting to be a real problem for this professional development video.  

For some reason, I cannot put youtube videos into the project that I am currently doing. If somebody could help me out, that would be great.

I'm using premiereRush on my iPad. When I put sound using this app and uploaded it to Instagram, I got a warning. It's a song called Classical Autumn Flutes. Is the music free? . please reply

I just put like 25 pictures into rush for what so I recently did my first edit here and it won't render I'm running IOS 16.3 I don't know what's going wrong with rush

It would be soooo helpful if the Logitech Combo Touch Keyboard left and right arrows could control scrolling on the app. That would make life so much better on this app for editing!

Hello, i had a problem with premiere rush - i opened the app and i couldn't create a new project and there were no old projects. I deleted the app and installed it again - but all projects are still gone! 

I was literally shocked when i treid to install Rush in my new phone, many android phones do support Rush and why not Samsung S 21 Fe 5g ??? 

Hi community!I'm having an issue while importing media into Rush.It actually imports the file but doesn't show any image. I have no trouble with the audio of those media though.I have a Moto G22 with the latest android version. (I downloaded the app from PlayStore)Any ideas?
