Hello,I am using Premiere Rush on a MacBookPro 2017, 10.14. Unfortunately, the animation is shaky/jerky when using the "Pan and Zoom" function. At any quality level after rendering, there is a slight jitter in the animation. This jerking is extremely annoying and can be seen well. It is stronger with enlargements than with reductions. Quality of the Picturevisuals is perfect as well as the text animations. I have tested it in the IOs version, here it is the same, unfortunately does not shaky as much. Why does it keep saying storage is almost full when I try to export???? I have an iphone 13pro with 256 gb and the max icloud storage available. I have SO much space on my phone yet I cannot export any premier rush videos from my phone. I tried to sync since this app is lame and won't let me export... yet the sync for a 3 minute video has been almost an hour now and not ever 3/4 of the way done!!! Maybe it's time to move on to another more reliable video editing app for my phone. 

Hi, I've been working on a project that has 2 sequences. I went to the "Share" tab on the first sequence, and then went back to the "Edit" tab, and now the sequence is totally empty. It shows as 0:00 in project assets, although all of the audio and video files are still in the project assets. The second sequence still works. Is there any way to recover the first sequence? It took quite a bit of time to create, so it would be a major inconvenience if I had to start it from scratch.  I have cloud sync turned on, and am using the Mac desktop version.

Cependant le montage a été réaliser sur un post avec une autre licence.  Mais le logiciel ne créer pas de fichier source sur l'ordinateur. I have been trying to create new projects in premier Rush my Android phone. The file synch with Creative cloud is excruciatingly slow.  Even on my home WiFi. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled both creative cloud, as well as Rush. Reinstalled. The weird thing is, it was uploading at a normal speed on my cellular data. Thos isn't an option for me, as its a metered connection. I have tested my WiFi data connection on my phone.  It is uploading at over 400 Mbps, so that's obviously not the problem. This was not an issue in the past.  I'm at wits end as to what to do next.

The ap seems to go through all files in my 30,000 file directory before displaying the folders I'm looking for. This is extreemly slow.

Hello everyone,I am writing because I have a problem with Adobe Rush that I cannot solve in any way. When I render a video, the colour of the output file does not match the colour of the file I see in Adobe Rush (I attach an example). Other changes, however, such as changes to the playback speed, are respected.Can anyone help me solve this problem?Thank you

BonjourJ'ai besoin d'une réponse très vite à deux soucis rencontrés sur Première rush :-impossible d'exporter les montages réalisés sur le PC sur lequel je monte, même un montage court, tout simple. Cela lance l'export puis il ne se passe rien pendant des heures... Donc aucun intérêt de monter si on ne peut pas compiler et partager nos films. Merci de me dire rapidement ce qui peut bloquer.-comment désolidariser l'image du son, tout simplement pour faire courir l'audio d'un plan sous un autre. Merci de m'indiquer les boutons à séléctionner. D'une manière générale, l'appli plante très souvent. Je dois relancer Premiere rush à de nombreuses reprises. J'ai pourtant un ordinateur tout neuf, acheté justement pour le montage. Vide. Je n'ai que Adobe dessus, téléchargé il y 8 jours. Autre question : peut-on ajouter du texte autrement que via les graphiques tout faits? Juste un texte classique sans animation, ni couleurs ? Merci de vos réponses rapides

How to link google drive into premiere rush?

I’m using Adobe rush to create videos, I have an option for Dropbox for video etc. but I have no option for iCloud. I would like to import from iCloud how is this possible?Thank you

Rush v 1.5.62 on Windows 10 (Paid)Asus UX330UAK, Intel i5 2.5GHz, 8GB RAM Trying to export ("share") the project to local disk. Rush goes through a full rendering process (approx 10 mins for an 8 min video) and gives export successful messaging. However MP4 file created is only 24kb, when attempting to open gives windows message: Can't PlayThis file isn't playable. That might be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt.0xc10100be Have also tried publishing directly to YouTube, in which case it YT gives "file cannot be processed / processing abandoned" message... suspect it is also trying to upload the same 24kb non-video file generated by Rush. Have also tried with multiple video export settings. Any ideas? Thanks... 

HELP HELP HELP!!! I have been working on a number of projects (6 total) in Adobe Premiere Rush, as recently as a few days ago. I had to restore my device (Surface Pro) but all my files were retained.After re-downloading and installing Rush, only 1 of my 6 projects is still there (along with 3 other older projects that haven't been looked at in ages).  My projects are set to automatically sync, but I can't seem to find anything in my Creative Cloud files either? This is absolutely devastating and I don't understand why some projects would still be there but others are just completely gone?  I have found in my system files the captured audo voice over files, and the video files are all where they should be when they were originally added.I also only have ONE account with Adobe, so all projects were created under that account.  Is there any way of knowing what happened and how to recover my projects so I don't have to start them all over again?

You should add the thing from i movie where you can add just the sound of the video and not the video itself I really liked it and I would use this app a lot more if it had that feature

When I share (or save) the video I created, the thumbnail I see on my local computer is arbitrary and often not a desirable image. Is there a way to specify what image is used as the thumbnail when saving a video in Premiere Rush?

Hallo zusammen,habe Adobe Premiere Rush auf meinen Sony Xperia III installiert. Leider ist ein Export von Projekten nicht möglich. Ständig bricht der Export ab und gibt eine Fehlermeldung ("Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten. Öffnen Sie das Projekt erneut.") ab, oder die App stürzt komplett beim Export ab. Ich habe schon unterschiedliche Exporteinstellungen ausprobiert. Keine Chance. Weiß jemand, wie man dass zum laufen bekommt?Danke im Voraus für Antworten.

Please make an option to rotate the screen ( landscape mode for editing like other video editing apps) and now its only supporting limited audio layers please update to unlimited !

I use Rush on my phone and it used to work great. But since a year or so, it crashes when doing pretty much anything harder than cutting videos or exporting on highest quality. I'm on a Samsung S22+. Very annoying, think I'm going to switch to another editor, because I see many other people have been complaining about crashes for the last two years and nothing has been done about it. So I don't see it improving any time soon. 

I can't create any projects in my actual paid account. It gives me an error. However, on my free university account, I can create them but not export because I keep getting premium pay walls. Ugh. I'm paying and can't use it. The free one works but doesn't. I'm not sure what to do. Using the android app on Samsung s10e.

My rush app just decided to crash all the time. It's very annoying. Thinking about abandoning Adobe forever because it's so annoying. When will Adobe fix rush, it's annoying. Maybe someone knows how to make it not crash anymore?

I have created a short video for social media and set the playback to Loop and it's all as I need it. I've exported the file locally but it doesn't loop? I'm using the desktop version of the app

I subscribed to the app and it keeps saying I can't access any premium features. I've spoke to different customer service representatives but no solution has been provided. Am so tired of this issue happening over and over again. At this point I won't be renewing my subscription again.
