Hi, I just bought the phone to use content creation and while trying to install Adobe Premiere Rush I see the error that my device is not supported? if this app supports Android then what is the big issue not supporting with Sony Phones? Please Help Me. 

I wish they added rolling shutter repair to premiere rush and clip. Anybody heard anything regarding this?

Hello,My Rush is showing up this message "Unabe to load preview" in half of my pics. The files are jpeg, the size is about 130K and the version of my Abode Premiere Rush is 2.6.0.

Did I miss something with my CCAccount?  I don't have the Starter Version.I used to be able to automatically adjust the audio in a video and now it is a pay upgrade.Seems to me that a feature you have always had should not require a fee.That is just common sense.  Help!  Thank you!  

I'm unable to upload the images from my device since this morning. Tried multiple times, but it isn't working. Any idea if there's a solution for this. I have tried restarting my device as well, but to of no use 

Okay for what I am using it for, but, I would like to see more format options, example, size of file, height and width.

Wish the sides weren't so prevelant. They're disctracting. Hard to visually manage the splices and frames that are within the project I'm working on.

How can I make the padlocks appear in the video clip timeline please? 

Very annoying problem after I add my footage it's not visible in the playback screen which is just black. I don't know if the footage is rendering or if it's some other problem but it was happening on my old iPhone X and continues to happpen on my 14 pro. Makes the app unusable.

Ru I think a very nice mobile app of adobe used on few galaxy even modem and a iPhone 1 pro max and Shaper flours only trouble loading large fill at the wrong time as can take a while sometimes x 7 out 10

Hey there, in the past couple of weeks Premiere Rush has started to have severe CPU usage issues for rendering my videos that I have been doing for YouTube for 3+ years now. All of a sudden with the newest updates, I am hitting 100% CPU usage when rendering with the YouTube 2160p 4k Ultra HD setting. This has never even come close to this before. I jump over to Premiere Pro, and I get my usual 3-4 min render that only takes up 20-25% CPU. This 100% usage is literally causing tons of frame drops in the rendered file. Any idea what this could be? Even going back to an older version of Rush is still having this issue. (I also repaired any issues in system files, did scans etc to ensure nothing was wrong). All drivers and updates including BIOS are up to date. Accelerated engoding enabled in both programs. My setup:AMD Ryzen 9 3950X Processor64GB DDR4-3000 RAM NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER - 8GB GDDR6 ASUS TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI)1000 WATT PSU

Please help! I am creating a music video with lots of quick back and forth clips. It looks great in my Rush window, but when I export it, almost all the clips are completely shifted to include pieces I deleted, and the whole video gets messed up. Is this a syncing issue, like I'm not keeping the files in the sequence long enough to let them sync before I start trimming them? Or due to my using an old laptop (which created video files from Rush a few weeks ago with no issues) and using many quick clips? The entire video is only about 3 minutes long.

It would be great to have this feature added. Or if the gallery items were dated when you scroll through so it's easier to find the clip. Thanks!

What happened to the traditional hierarchal structure when choosing from albums to load data? The code has been written for decades. What or how, exactly, did Adobe...  ABCDs? 12345? Date? Place?How? Is there any order or completely random?Where is the search tool?I've been organized with metadata and the hierarchical file system for 30 years.Is Adobe abandoning Rush too? Sorry for the inconvenience. This is supposed to be feedback to Adobe. If one has more the 500 folders and figured out the seemingly random order...LMK Thank you!Adobe WWWU? Did you bail on the hierarchical file system? What's the new one? 

Does anyone know how to save to hard drive once edited in Rush?

Please add subtitles to the premiere rush app and premiere pro , please.

I just updated Rush. When I try to import or drag and drop my MP4 files it is importing the audio portion of the file only. I use Rush extensively and this has never been a problem prior to this update.  Need a solution.    

I first noticed this error yesterday. When adding a transition graphic or a title graphic to my timeline, it does not preview and only shows a black screen. I'm not even using large video files, just stills with Pan & Zoom enabled. In my previous saved projects, the same issue is happening. It will even preview the videos and stills, but when it comes to the point that a title or graphic is in the timeline the screen goes black (screenshot is attached). None of my saved Graphics are working either. I've signed out and back in to Adobe CC, restarted my machine, and the problem remains. Adobe CC is up to date, I'm working on a Dell Precision 7550 that is less than a year old, fast and capable with all other programs. Never had this issue before. Any help is appreciated! 

Everything that works great on the desktop does not translate properly on the mobile version. I have a transparent video that I exported from after effects and it works great on the desktop version of rush but the mobile is not working any ideas on this or is this a known bug?

You'd think by this point Adobe would have a simple fully functioning video editing app for smartphones. Adobe clip works but is way too basic and Adobe rush crashes can't save a 1:12 video without it crashing the interface is not great either I love Adobe but please improve the Rush app. 

Hi all, I have been running Adobe Rush for about a month now on my updated Windows laptop (i7, 16GB RAM). I have rarely seen a software that crashes as often as Adobe Rush. It's a real frustration to "work" with this software - you can barely call it working anyways. It keeps crashing, pretty much independetly of which task I am trying to do with the software. Be it cutting clips, exporting, moving clips, etc. This software is utterly useless like this and is a huge source of frustration. Also, the Adobe support doesn't seem to care to fix this as there are hundreds of people who have already submitted this issue. It is ridiculous that a company like Adobe is satisfied with such piece of crap software. Fix it!!

Bonjour, Je suis très embetée car à plusieurs reprises, je fais un montage sur rush et quand j'y reviens les fichier sont illisibles, à la place des images j'ai des fichiers rouges avec un grand point d'exlamation. Je passe parfois plusieurs heures sur un montage pour avoir ça et du coup devoir tout refaire, c'est vraiment infernal, surtout au prix du logiciel! Donc en gros je devrais tout refaire! J'aimerai comprendre d'où vient le soucis. Je travail sur 2 ordinateurs différents si jamais, est ce que ça peut être ça?Puis-je récupérer mes fichiers sources endommagés?Merci.
