I am trying to combine 4k 60fps video from my gopro hero 8. I am not trying anything fancy, but do want to keep 4k 60fps quality. I combine the video clips and then set them to render and the result is only a 24 byte file. I am on windows, with an i7 6700k, 16gb of ram, and gtx 1080ti. Please help me.

I made a video on adobe rush 1.5 under the wrong user name that will not export. How do I transfer the project to my actual adobe rush account I use? I can't seem to find the project file anywhere. Thanks for helping out an idiot!

After a recent update of Adobe Premier Rush (some weeks ago), my video project suffered some changes in sound quality. I do not quite understand what the problem is and was wondering if anyone has experienced the same and found a fix for it. 

I paid for the pro version weekly. I cant seem to figure how to start music from a certain point i want to ....its so complicated on the phone ...can someone please tell me how to start music of a particular track from the point i want to ??

Windows 10 ProVersion 2004OS Build 19041.685GTX 2080 SuperAMD 3900X CPU32GB RamRush Version 1.5.40 Build 35 Trying to edit in Rush on my PC, and it keeps crashing after anywhere from 5-90 seconds usually into editing. I have maybe 30 seconds of footage, and am just scrubbing the timeline when it is crashing.  Tried the Beta version with similar issues and frequency. I have some of the crash reports as well if needed.  

I have a project I'm working on. It is currently about 8min and I'm chopping down some LONG GoPro Hero 7 Black files from a bike ride. So I probably have a project with like 30 segments of a handful of long mp4 files.  I'm working on an iphone 8 Plus (because my iPadPro doesn't have the file space to hold the clips I want to edit in Rush... Next time I'll record in smaller segments, perhaps?)I just updated Rush to version 1.0.1 (339) today and opened the project to continue working on it and I was playing one of the short segments and the playback was jittery. it would pause for a frame and hold it for like 10 seconds and then jump to a frame 10 seconds ahead and then pause... and so on and so on.  I hadn't seen this with the version that was released initially with the exact same video files and the same project file.

When my wife tries to edit videos she imported it freezes then crashes.  I just updated my graphics card so I'm curious if that is the problem.  Windows 10 is up to date, and my graphics drivers are up to date, Rush is up to date as well, I even tried to roll back the the install to a previous version but that didn't work either.  The computer has a Ryzen 3800x, with 32 gb of ram, and a radeon RX 6800 XT.  All other programs on the computer are working fine since the upgrade.  We even tried Devinci Resolve 16 and that works fine, but she like using Rush better.  Any help is greatly appreciated. Every time I save a file locally, it saves as a quicktime file in a .mp4 format, but when I click on it, it won't run at all, saying that the file is not compatible with quicktime. Then after a few days, it does? I don't want to wait every few days just to veiw a file.

Hello, I recorded video on my iphone. Then loaded it into premiere rush on the iphone. Then I moved to my desktop or laptop to further edit. This is my typical workflow. Running Big Sur. Everytime I try to play back the app crashes on both laptop (2019 macbook air) and desktop (late 2015 27" iMac). I tried to clear cache to no avail. Anyone know what's going on? Is there a way to disable the pan and zoom feature by default? When I add a photo it is automatically on and I would like to disable that.

Ive been using an account that I had payed a yearly subscription for but was now changing ot an account thgouht my empoyer, when making the switch all projects I had includeing 3 that were being worked dissappeared. I tried looking for anything explaining this and didn't find anything, looked for a chat fuction to talk to a adobe rep but apparetly my system doesn't show any of the adobe chat options, (works on other sites just not adobe's) so I waited to talk to a rep who just told me no there is no way to transfer over all of the work you've done on the platform you paid for. I asked for a supervisor, was told I would receive a call, have not, and now got an email telling me my support ticket will be closed in 3 days if I don't take further action. When I tried to reply to the email I got an automatic bounceback that said that the email I sent went to an unmonitored account. Hi Im trying to use title graphics on a new project on media that I imported from my camera roll. As soon as I try to type in Arabic letter the whole app crashes. I have tried starting new projects, deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone (IphoneX) and the same issue persists. kindly advise how this issue can be solved and if Rush does support Arabic. Is it possible to add such feature? 

So on Thursday, I started editing a video for Instagram that needs to be published today. For some reason, nothing is opening on Rush 1.5.    I click on a project.  The window goes black like it is loading and then it brings me back to the main menu.   Everything is up to date. Running Windows 10 on a new computer. So strange.

Unable to install Premiere Rush on Galaxy A71

Hi there, New to the forums. Have read a number of similar stories Rush deleting project files. Any way to recover those files? Not saved back up to the Cloud. Surely there must be some way this project can be recovered? If not then 2 weeks of my editing has gone down the drain. Thanks

Sometime early last week, I went to work on a video project in Premier Rush and the playback was choppy and stuttering badly. I noticed that the playback marker on the timeline was randomly jumping backwards a few frames for no apparent reason. I've made no significant changes to my computer except a couple of video card driver updates, but I've already tried reverting back to the version of nVidia driver that was installed before this playback bug started, and it did not solve the issue. I"ve recorded a short clip of the playback bug as it is happening, which you can see here... https://youtu.be/hsUIDxkgls8 That raw video clip is just one of dozens that were previously used in several Premier Rush projects that had no issues with playback at all, so I know there's nothing unusual about the clip itself. Hi there! I'm making a movie with photo's. In Premiere Rush its looks all fine, but when I rendering the movie and watch it back on my computer there are missing parts.. Some photo's are not vissible at all. I have try to open the missing photo's in a another program and export it again to JPG. Then I upload the new photo to the video and render it again. Still the same issue.. What is the problem here?

Helllo, I have just exported my video and the audio is out of sync, I tryed a second time and the video was also shorter then it was in the preview. I recorded the clips on a gopro hero 9. would be great if someone could help me figure this out. thanks.

Hi,I have recorded a video with my new iPad Pro 12,9. Now I would like to export it to You Tube. What I do is I go to Share, I rennder ut which takes quite a lot of time and than a I get to choose which social media I would like to export it to. You tube is not among them. Why? Could the reason be beeing recorded in portrait mode? The smallest size I can export it to is 720x1280. Is there a way to put it into You Tube obligatory landscape mode and have black margins on left and right? Please not that cropping is not an option as everything what was recorded on the screen should be seen. Last but not least, I do not even know where in Rush to do that - increase mz portrat view to landscape bz adding black marings to left and right. 

Hi,  I'm using the most up to date Premiere Rush on my iPhone 7, and am having issues rendering my video. For context, I'm adding captions to a video to be uploaded to IGTV. When I edit and playback in the Rush Pro app, I can see everything. When I click to export and render it, only the audio of the video, plus the captions I have added, is exported. It's a big file, about 28 mintues long, so it takes about an hour to export and save onto my phone. The actual moving picture of the video does not export, the screen is just blank/black apart from the captions I have added. I have also tried this on my laptop with the same issue.  I have noticed that when exporing on my phone, it says Sequence One (when I click on the properties of the file, it comes up with the original video file and Sequence One as separate parts of the document), which includes the captions and extras I have added. I can't see how to combine these properties together, or click to export all. I don

Hi I want to make my video finish on the end of the clip and not end on a black screen, how do I do that in Rush?

I noticed in a lot of videos being able to access Adobe Stock. I have an account but for some reason  my view isn't the same.It looks like to access templates you go to the themes/style area and when you click the "Adobe Stock" icon appears. I can't find that button anywhere. Attached  is a view of what I see vs. what I see other folks having. Probably an obvious thing but what am I missing?
