Is it possible to import an SRT file to adobe rush, so that I can subtitle my video? Please advise.

Hi, Just now i restarted my Adobe premiere rush, it crashed and not showing the project which i was working on. Please help me how to recover that project. 

Is it possible to set up an multiple subscription account for Premier Rush with multiple users, or do they have to have individul monthly subscriptions?

I imported a number of photos for making a video. However, all photo shapes are square, not rectangle like 3840x2160 pixels. It probably started after the recent update. Before that, all imported photos look exactry like original. Does anyone have the same problem and know how to fix it?Thanks,

Hello everyone, I upload .MTS files on my mobile and try to import them on Premiere Rush but it doesn't work. I can't select them. Does anyone have an idea to solve this problem please. I use an Iphone 8.Thanks a lot

Please help! Ive followed the instuctrions to get a solid background and searched under titles and get no results. Please help!Im running Version 1.5.38 (Build 84)

After creating a video and then exporting, Rush says its completed however the file is nowhere to be found on my mobile device. I'm using Galaxy S9 and the app and phone is up to date. 

Hi there,  I am no longer able to import MOGRTs into Rush. I have tried existing ones that I had created as well (but hadn't moved into Rush) as making a new one today to see if that worked. There's a number of UI changes here, and perhaps I'm missing something about how this needs to be imported now. The ones I had already saved are still there, but I'm not able to add new ones anymore.  Thank you for your insights. 

Hi. My Premiere rush keeps crashing. I have an iPad 14.2 and i even deleted Rush and lost all Work and reenstalled it but it keeps crashing.

Titles are not loading

I'm a paying customer for adobe cloud suite so I have and pay for adobe rush but cant use it! I cant get the tool to work and add text, keeps spinning so I never get to see nor select my titles, transition graphics, overlays etc,

Hi, my Adobe rush on my iPhone 11 does not render the video. It is a 720 video, clocking in at 4:04. I have version 1.5.38 (1040). I have music and video with some transitions. How can I fix this problem. It doesn't have a problem rendering a bigger file. 

I got the free version of Premiere Rush with my illustrator subscription, and wanted to try it for editing videos from my s10. Cant do it. I take all my videos in HDR and they all show up as blank. Kind of hard to see if we want to pay for it after the free trial if we cant even use it. Were supposed to have 3 exports beofore having to pay. I was looking forward to testing out the program, now just kind of bummed out.    Title edited by mod

This is my first project.  When I insert the video clip, they play in fast motion.   How do I import without the cartoonish effect? Thanks!

Hi, I just upgraded to the iPhone 12 and now my videos are not uploading into Rush or any of the other Adobe apps. I get an error message that says my files are in an unsupported format. I pay for the Adobe Creative Cloud service and I'd hate to leave but if I cannot use any of the content that I recorded then I'll be forced to leave. Will Adobe be updating its apps for compatibility with the new iPhone 12?  In the meantime, is there a way to convert my files into a compatible format?

I was just wondering how long it would take for videos from my new iPhone 12 Pro Max to work with Adobe Premiere Rush. I understand Apple is using a new codec for Dolby Vision HDR so I'm not entirely surprised but I've found that the videos do work with Adobe Premiere Pro but I prefer using Premiere Rush because I like lying down on my bed very comfortably with my iPad Pro instead of having to sit up on a chair in front of my windows computer. Apple does make it unnecessarily hard to transfer files from an iPhone to a windows computer so I can't say that's Adobe's fault but Adobe does control which codecs Premiere Rush supports so yeah. It's just really bumming me out my old workflow of airdropping videos to my iPad from my iPhone and then editing them on the iPad doesn't work with my new phone. Right now I'm getting an import error if that helps at all.

Adobe has a few outro templates that have squares for you to add your photos or videos but HOW? i cant find any clues. Please help!

Hi everyone, I've been trying to open my Adobe Premiere Rush for weeks now, but it won't show my project. It only loads and not open at all. What do I do? 

Has anyone had the issue that a saved template in Rush will not show in the video? I have saved them templates and made all the changes to them I wanted. They save just fine and then when I go to use them to don't show up in the video. Driving me nuts having to adjust the stock templates every time I do a video. 

Every time, without fail, when I try to run Rush, one, if not all files are missing. It's either all red like in the picture attached, or a dull red with an exclamation mark. My files are never deleted from my laptop, so I don't understand why this happens.I know how to fix it, but it's very tedious and I just want to understand if there's any way to stop this from happening!

It would be useful, when altering the size of an image or clip on the timeline, if you could see on the image the length of time. You can see the Transitions length of time, top of Efffects list. But it's mainly guess work for the clips, going on the Timings below the play control buttons.Sorry, but I really don't like the way you've handled the Zoom and Pan tool. Without KEYS, as in Premier Pro, you can't control the effect as accurately. Keys would also be more accurate for the Audio Tracks. Allowing you to gradually raise and lower the volume as it fits.

I recently have installed Premiere Rush 1.5, but it will not open up. It keeps saying MFPlat.DLL was not found even though it is on my computer. I am using Windows 10 on a Dell laptop.

 How can I insert an audio from our phone storage? . In this app there is no option to insert an audio from our phone storage. Hope there is a feature update for my problem. 

PR crashed about an hour ago, when I relaunch and go into the project the media files are still in there - shown on the left hand side - but the actual movie I've creating - all the edits, tranitions, music, everything - is gone. Just a black screen. Any suggestions on how I can get this back wwould be greatly appreciated because if I've got to start agian from scratch I'm going to explode. ThanksSi  

My Adobe account has just had an update. I now have no Adobe Rush projects available in the program. Can anyone tell me if they are retrievable, or do I have to start them all from scratch? Thanks
