Questions

User design requests: wish it would highlight the asset in the project folder when I click on the file in the video. Should be able to search for file names in the asset library. Should be able to see the entire file name in the asset library (right now I have to click on each file to open it then click back out and keep opening files until I find the right one). Should be able to search for a file name when trying to add a new image to a video.  And some sort of guide function, at the very least a center guide.

When I record video using Adobe Rush with my IPhone 14 Pro, I usually use the phone in landscape mode. But as soon as the phone is in landscape mode, the interface disappears and you only see the video preview of already recorded content.So I can't add media (pictures recordings, audio, voiceover, etc.). I have also not found a way to manually access the settings / Interface in landscape mode. The interface is only brought up for me in portrait mode.Since I record longer videos with a tripod and always have to pause / re-record in between, it unfortunately makes the app almost unusable for me in landscape mode at the moment.Anybody else has this problem? Thanks in advance!

Hi, Can you link to your iCloud Photos Library directly from Premier Rush to access your images and videos?

Is there a way to create folders within Premiere Rush to organize projects? I have been searching and cannot find how to add a folder. Would be helpful to organize instead of having all videos in one spot. 

this app needs some serious updating and features to be added. Almost every app on the market today has transcribing along with many other "standard" mobile editing software features. Adobe is the world leading in editing software but their app is literally at the bottom for features

I'm a teacher at a school with 1:1 iPads, and we're considering purchasing Adobe software. In my review of Premiere Rush, I was surprised that Chromakey was not a feature in 2023. Even the iMovie app, which we are using currently, has this feature, but otherwise is very basic, hence the move to some other software.Please consider adding the Green Screen / Chromakey feature to mobile apps. Thanks. 

I don't see an option to have variable speed changes in a single clip?  Why not?  Sure, I can select a section of the clip to have a constant speed change, but the transition is to abrupt.  I could also cut the clips and change speeds but that is time consuming and not smooth.   I want to have the ability to perhaps start a video slow and gradually speed it up and slow back down again with a gradual and smooth change.  The speed and point the point of the video speed should be adjustable.  DJI has such a nice feature for this on the Ipad, but their software is buggy.  You can add anker points and slide the speed up and down and it will create a smooth transition.  Imagine a drone shot flying in on a point of interest quickly than slowing it down as it circles the point of interest and speeding back up as you fly away.  Can't do this with Adobe Rush.  See image on how DJI does it

Quand je reviens dans l'app pour ouvrir et continuer mon projet, cela affiche ce message à savoir "impossible d'ouvrir le projet ". Ce que je ne comprends pas c'est pourquoi ? Et pourquoi l'app ne donne aucune raison ?  pouvez vous m'aider s'il vous plaît ? 

hi all, im using a 1tb iPhone 14 pro max with more than 500gb of storage available - yet rush is telling me I have insufficient storage available for 4k export ive rebooted my iPhone and various other things and I can't get a 4k export - any ideas folks?

Request for a new feature- while using mobile App it kills apple iTunes audio. This should be a preference that you can choose because I don't always need to listen to the project I'm working on and it would be nice to be able to listen to music so I don't die out of boredom. 

it crashes so bad after ios17.1 on ipad

Videos die mit dem Handy aufgenommen wurden lassen sich nach der Bearbeitung nicht bei Rush freigeben. Es erscheint eine Fehlermeldung bezüglich HEVC Codierung. Ich habe ein HEVC Plugin gekauft und installiert (Windows) und trotzdem geht es nicht. Ideen? Lösungen?

I've created a video in Rush on my Mac. It's comprised of hundreds of still images mixed with short videos. I've added music as well. It all plays just fine in the app. But when I expport it, the exported video has lots of freezing at various parts of the video. I've tried re-exporting several times - same thing. I've tried watching the video locally and several other ways. So I've eliminated the player and the video itself. The issues seems to be with the export encoding.  Any ideas?

iPhone 15 can now shoot Apple ProRes Log. It would be nice to be able to import it into Rush and edit it.  

Windows 11 PC - Renders video as one file. The audio is rendered on a seperate file. Anyone had this problem?

Can someone please explain this? There seems to be zero documentation on it.What exactly is a "Sequence" in Premiere Rush, and how are sequences intended to be used as part of a video production workflow please?

Hello. I'm having issues on Premiere Rush (ver 1.5.25) on my iPad Air (3rd Gen). I'm trying to add a title to my project but everytime I drag it to the timeline nothing happens. I also tried selecting the title that I want and pressing "Add" and still nothing. I re installed the app, made a new project, and used a different video but it still won't let me add a title. I'm not sure if i'm doing something wrong but all the other features of the app works perfectly fine. Here's a screen recording https://streamable.com/xn67gj  Thank you.

iOS app is taking up more than half my phone storage, and I have no saved projects. I've deleted every last one from the device. Any idea why or how to clear it? Thanks!

Exporting compromises video quality and there is no way to make any better settings. I'd like to be able to decide the codec or at least to be able to match source quality when exporting. I'm going to download cupcut because as a professional I can't afford this 

This needs to be fixed ASAP.  I am a paid subscriber to both the Premier Rush Android Mobile Version as well as the Premier Pro and Premier Rush Windows Desktop Versions.  Adobe claims that the Rush versions should be able to edit the project back and forth.  My mobile video assets will not sync to my desktop versions.  It appears that Samsung Galaxy S23 isn't supported.  Very upset that I spent the money AND considerable time on this program. Here's a chat with support: Me: My media files from my mobile Android Premiere Rush projects aren't syncing to my Desktop Windows version. The project opens on desktop but I get empty frames with an exclamation point where the asset should be. The last agent told me to close both applications and to create a duplicate on the mobile and let it sync. I lost all the projects when I open my Premiere Rush. I tried to log in and out again and reinstalled the app.My subscription is still valid but I couldn't find my projects back.What can I do? How can I connect back the cloud and get my projects back?
