Hi,I need help fast please! Adobe Rush is very very very glitchy. It crashes, chucks me out regularly, doesn't always download assets even though they are synced to the cloud. It tells me there isn't space on my iPad when there is heaps of space. The ABSOLUTE WORST thing though, is that after hours and hours of editing, it refuses to render and export my videos and this happens regularly. I use an iPad Pro (2021), it is up to date with the latest software, I have tried resetting, deleting and reinstalling the app. Re downloading every last asset from the cloud (which took several hours!) I close and open the app, turn off and on the iPad, I have tried using different wifi networks. I have tried the changing resolution trick. Nothing works, it renders until 21% then chucks me out. I have told all my subscribers on YouTube that a video will be out and it still isn't. I'm starting to panic. It is so frustrating. I pay for this, why the heck doesn't an app that is made to edit and export v
Hi everyone, This is not the first time this has happened in Premier Rush and it is very aggravating. It is also a major reason why I stopped using this program for quite some time. But unfortunately, I like it and it works well except when it decides to 'crash' or make my project assets 'disappear'. Major bug, if you ask me. We all put a lot of work into our projects and I consider this to be a major downfall with Adobe that really needs urgent and final attention. I found several threads of this stupid issue but not directly applicable to the issue I am experiencing and also mostly in Adobe Express (which I also no longer use because I found a better program that does not crash). See screenshot below. I have many projects and only in the most recent (from yesterday) have the project assets disappeared. As with all of my projects, the method of saving and accessing files on this project are identical to all other projects. That is, my files are saved/stored on the One Drive
Every single video I export has these gray frames and becomes extremely saturated. The app used to work perfectly fine and now all of my exports are trash... so frustrating. How do I fix it? I'm editing on a Google Pixel 7 Pro.
Hi,I use Adobe Rush for class projects on a regular basis. Most of which are group tasks, I wish there was a feature like Imovie where you can add people to your project. It would mean that we can all work on our little bit. I have tried Adobe Premiere Pro but I find it confusing. I understand that it would require a lot of work to add this feature to Adobe Rush but it would be very useful. Kind regards,Hugo
Apparently, in Windows 10, Adobe RUSH always wants to start maximized. It does not remember last Window size and position. Very annoying. Marc
I love the Adobe suite of apps, but I find adding text to videos using the Premiere Rush mobile app so frustrating. Not being able to copy and paste text into the app seems like a simple solution, and I can't find a way of adding simple text (beyond the title graphics) without adding several steps along the way. Annoying to have to rely on other apps for this.

How do I turn off Advanced Audio Editing so that I can export the project without having to upgrade it (because I apparently am using it as a premium feature?)
Hallo zusammen. Habe ein Sony Xperia III. Sobald ich den Exportbutton drücke, stürzt der Export ab. Entweder stürzt die App komplett ab oder es kommt die Fehlermeldung: "Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten. Öffnen Sie das Projekt neu."Ich habe das Handy neu gestartet. Das Projekt neu gestartet, neu erstellt. Nichts hilft. Kein Export möglich. Auch nicht bei anderen Projekten. Bitte um Hilfe. Vielen Dank.
Hallo, hab die Adobe Rush App auf einem Android Handy. Wenn ich benutzerdefinierten Export machen will, stehen nur NTSC Frameraten, also 30fps und 60fps zur Verfügung. Ich brauche aber Pal, da das Quellmaterial in Pal (50fps) ist. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit das irgendwo einzustellen?MfG
Rush keeps freezing and becoming unresponsive as it has started not loading videos and instead is just a blank black screen. It's beyond annoying for something I pay a monthly subscription for.
I have the dreaded red screen on all the media I tried to sync thru the cloud to my desktop from my phone. I wasn't able to access the media on my desktop - it shows the files but all of them have a red screen with an exclamation point. The files are still on my phone in Rush and don't appear to be affected, but nor do they resync even if I make changes (I still get the red screen on the desktop). The cloud shows my files on the home page, but then when I go to files, it says I don't have any mobile projects or synced files. If I go back to home and click on a file, it says it is unavailable on the cloud. I don't get it, my first few projects worked fine. What am I doing wrong?
When I import a video made with my iPhone the voice goes out of synk and stays out of synk when i export it back. I alteady enabled the Use cellular for synk, but it didn't help. What is the reason and how can I fix it?
Im trying to edit PS5 clips on premier rush and im running into issues. I converted the MKV file into MP4. The audio works on my computer for the clip but when I import it into Premier Rush. The video pops up without any audio? can someone please help

Hello. I would like to be able to switch my default photos app. (e.g. Samsung Gallery to Google Photos.) In Adobe Premiere Rush on my Samsung Galaxy phone. I'm not sure if this feature already exists, but if it does I have been unable to find it.
I've been editing a video on desktop with no problems, and all of a sudden the scissors are grayed out, and I'm unable to cut my video. I closed the program and reopened it. Same. I don't know exactly what I was doing before this happened. Nothing obvious stands out. How do I enable the scissors?
I understand Rush doesnt save project files, but how can I return to the pre-exported sequence to make changes? I have sync to cloud enabled (and paid for) but I see none of my projects there. A local save makes an .mp4 file.
I have several videos I have been working on and when I open all of my projects the video display at the top of the screen shows "!" and I am not sure why.
Why am I being asked to start an additional subscription now for graphics in Adobe Rush mobile when I have a subscription already and have had since subscriptions started.
