Hello, I got into the prerelease of ADobe Aero, but I can't find where to download the prereleaseIt says : "Aero desktop (Beta): The latest desktop builds for testing are available in the Prerelease section of your Creative Cloud application.But i can't find it. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Today I got my invite for Adobe Aero Geospatial. I downloaded the aero_desktop_0.20.2-20230510.nightly.23-5329aab-ESD.dmg  file for my M1 Macbook Air (16 gb Memory with 256 GB SSD). When installing it I get 'Failed to Install... Unknown error'. Anybody else seeing this issue and/or know how to correct the install. Thanks,Al

Can I have multiple targets using just one QR code, as opposed to each target having it's own qr code?

Dear Creators/Developers, How do I create a shared AR experience board game with Adobe Aero. I want to create an AR Board games for 3 to 4 person playing at the same time with score board Thank you.

I was tinkering with Aero and it's pretty nice and easy to use. Can Aero create AR ads that can run on Facebook or other socials? Was trying to think of ways to add excitement and more interaction to our ads. Thanks for any input.

I have set up 3 different experiments using 3 different files, all created the in the same manner from Illustrator to Photoshop to export to Aero. The first file works as expected. I load a target. Load the Photoshop file. Adjust the layers and position them as needed. The first file recognizes the target and loads the "exploded" graphic in the view and acts as one would expect (see Working.png). The second and third files, however, just show the target image and asks "Locate this image to view the scene" (See Not-Working.png).  All three of these files were created the exact same way, yet receiving wildly different behaviors in this application. How can we gain consistency in our output to reliably use this tool; even in the "beta" stage"?

Can it be that Adobe aero has limited its functionality because they are launching this new Adobe aero geospatial? The add looks nice, would like to use it. But now on invite only.. So limiting what Adobe aero could now already would be not so good. Update was on Friday. Adobe aero team, are you watching the messages over the weekend? I now have some extra weekend work, to make my experiences work for Monday.

Does any one know how to make a glowing effect or bloom? I uploaded a 3D model with max emission in a PBR material and the object does not generate that bloom effect that surrounds the object. Is there any post processing option that could allow this?Thanks

Hello, all: The Hide function seems to have a max delay of 60 seconds. Is there another way to have an object disappear at a point beyong the 60s mark? Thanks, Patrick

On several of my Aero projects with 3D assets made with Adobe apps, I have transparent-gray shapes in my AR QR scenes. Where did they come from and how to delete them.

Hello tehre, i have signed up for the Geeolocation Pre Release, i am VERY VERY Keen to try as i have a Client that is in turn VERY keen to explore, is there anything that can be done to get either access to the version that is being shown on certain YouTube channels, or some sort of indication when i can get access ?  As i say i have an absolutely fantsatic real world example of what this can be used for and very very keen to explore wth a Client, many thanks. Colin

how to import  3D model with transparent surface into adobe aero? I import 3d object with FBX file

Hi, Is it possible to import a .real in a new file.Or can I export in such a way that behaviours en triggers are going with the file? I have 5 'experiences with triggers, behaviours etc. And I would like to combine them in one file. Is that possible? 

Hi allJust saw that usdz was removed from Aero. I understand that this is because it doesn't include all of the options that Aero can add in a comp but completely removing any way to get anything we work on outside of Aero also poses the issue of being unable to add what we put together into our own set up (Image target that has an embedded video, Web AR, etc.). Does anyone know if there is a way to convert .real to something else that's usable outside of the app clip? Or is that not a direction that Adobe plans on going in? 

I have an art show up currently. Each piece has a we code that unlocks an experience in the space. Many different phones can't access the experiences through the app it prompts you to download. We've then had people download the full app. In cases where neither works we had two spare phones on site for the experience. All of a sudden yesterday they both stopped working. We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling apps. We've tried restarting phones. We've tried updating phones. None of that works. Is there a setting in the phone? These are all anchored to the art images if that changes anything. 

I'm new to Aero, love the interface and its potential. I am creating my 1st 3D object to use in Aero. I run a 2023 Mac Mini M2 OSX 13.2.1 and a 2018 Macbook Pro OSX 13.3.1.PSD file attached. My process:1) Vector dwg in Illustrator2) Copy and paste as Smart Object in Photoshop3) 3D > New 3D Extrusion from Selected LayerMissing Step: Mapping a PNG to the 3D Extrusion4) File > Export > Export for AeroIt all works, except - a) the Aero import is black with no materials andb) I would like to map a png to the object. I have tried all of the Tutorials for Mapping Art, in Illustrator and Photoshop - is it because I am using a png?Appreciate any suggestions. 

Currently using Aero to try and set up a virtual tour that can give short descriptions of where things are located and a short description of what they do. I have created a 3d object that I hope to be able to place on different technology around the office. Is there a way to then be able to click that object like you would to start an action like the spin or bounce, but instead the click leads to a URL that is connected to a SharePoint site, youtube video, or document with more information?  Thanks for any help!

There seems to be no way to get any help from adobe, much less a question answered about their program.  Curious to if anyone knows the timeline to when Adobe Aero will be more compatible for android phones.  Right now there are 4 phones available vs the larger list of Apple.I just need to be able to give clients an idea of when their AR designs will be usable on Android as now you need a newer phone..most models dont work.  Wasnt sure if someone from Adobe would respond in these message boards.  First time using.  Love the program but gotta know specifics for client purposes.

Are you able to animate the layer distance of layered Photoshop files? I don't see this function anywhere.  Thank you!

Hi, Is it possible to change an object further in the timeline? I have an object which I move to a certain pin and then I want to rotate it.But to see how to rotate it, I want it to be at that pin in edit. But currently in edit, I can only see my object at the start position.Now, I make a rotate change and look in preview if it is correct. Which is terrible inaccurate/slow. Is there a better way to do this, am I missing something? Thanks in advance
