Hello, how are you? I hope you are well. I have created a form and when I insert a text field, checkbox, it does not appear transparent, it appears as purple. It is true that when you write, the purple is removed and becomes transparent but I want it to remain transparent but I can not get it to be completely transparent. Is it possible? The Adobe Request E-Signature is not working for some of the users who are also part of the adobe enterprise package.I did all the necessary stesp to resolve the issue but all invain.I am kindly seeking for your support on this matter.Here is the screenshot of the error message: 

Short of using End Task or Rebooting my computer, PDF files remain locked from deletion, renaming or relocating. Been months now, with endless searches all leading to nothing more than others having the same problems. 

I frequently have large numbers of documents that I combine into one document to be ready for a board meeting. I average between 50 and 70 documents (Word, pdf, Excel, etc.). The documents are in various places -- some on a network drive and some on my One Drive. Since the documents have to go in a certain order, I spend a large chunk of time putting these in order before they're combined. Almost every time I do this, Adobe crashes. I have recently gotten a new laptop with a better processor to see if that would help and it's negligible. At this point, I'm making parts with 15-20 documents and then combining the parts just so that I'm getting at least some of the work saved. Is this really the only recourse? I would say that I've only really struggled with this over the last 5 years. Prior to this (I've done it for 11+ years), I don't recall that it was an almost-every-time occurrence. Previously there use to be a plugin called reate Bookmark Report, but it is no longer compatible with the current version of Adobe Acrobat Pro. In the legal field we use bookmarks a lot and it would be very beneficial to be able to print out a bookmark report to submit to the court, instead of thousands of bates-stamped pages. Any suggestions?

We can not use Adobe Acrobat application to open PDF file, it shows a reason: A running instance of Acrobat has caused an error.We also uninstall and re-download the application, but it does not work.Please help to check and advise if any problem, thank you.

I had a free trial with Adobe, and from that time, even after I cancelled my trial, the letter l and capital i of my PDF files appeared thickened. I uninstalled Adobe and installed it again, created a new account, started a new trial, etc., but nothing has worked. When I download new documents, it still happens. I uploaded a small picture to exemplify it. Any suggestions, please? Thanks!

Has there been any advancement by this billion dollar company to remove that horrific highlight inside text boxes on fillable forms? I've had to return to this program multiple times over the last six years and every time I do, the highlight box is still there. All my forms have to match that colour and it's doing my head in.  Are there other fillable form programs out there that can get this right?  Thanks guys

"Saving a PDF file when printing is not supported. Instead, choose File > Save." I can usually change a PDF page size from 13x7.5 to 8.5x11 using the Save as PDF feature from the print option. Since Adobe has taken away this feature, is there a different way to convert PDF page sizes to a different size in Adobe? As an example, Legal size to Letter size. Thank you

I am running Adobe Acrobat Pro version 2025.001.20432 on Mac. I primarily use this account for the Compare files functionality which has worked great historically. Today, however, when I opened All tools I noticed the "Compare files" is grayed out along with several others (Add rich media, Redact a PDF, Apply PDF standards, Use print production, Use guided action, and Add search index are also grayed out). All other tools are accessible as usual. I have verified that I am logged into my Adobe account and have no files open in the software. Any idea why these tools are suddenly inaccessible?

I have an Acrobat Pro subscription on two laptops.  I cannot get either computer to print a 1-page PDF file.  What could be the problem?Rosemary

Hi   When I try to save any PDF File to a PDF/A File, I get the error message:     Preflight Could not copy file C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\plug_ins\Preflight\OutputIntent\CoatedFOGRA39.pdf,  C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\Preflight Acrobat Continuous\OutputIntent\CoatedFOGRA39.pdf : Falscher Parameter   I run the repair function, reinstalled Adobe Acroba Pro > no success   Then I copied all OutputIntent files from the path above to the mentioned user-folder path manually and now the following Errormessage appears when I try to save the file as PDF/A:     Nach Standard konvertieren: Es ist kein Output Intent definiert. Um eine PDF-Datei nach PDF/A zu konvertieren, ist ein OutputIntent erforderlich. Bitte definieren Sie einenOutput Intent in den Preflight-Voreinstellungen.   So, I defined an OutpuntIntent (see prnscrn) and I still get the same ErrorMessage concerning OutputIntent.     Ideas? &nbsp

Hello! I am trying to create a sales tracker for a commisson based job. I'm wanting to be able to have a date field that when I choose a date, it will take the information from a previous page in the form and insert into a table. For example, if I choose January 5th in the date field, I would like it to copy the sales and tips fields from a previous page into new fields underneath the date on a different page. Is there a simple way to do this? Thanks in advance for your help!

I've come across this accessibility checker issue within Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Where the underline for a link is showing up like its a figure. I had the document automatically tagged, I already tagged all unmarked links as links, gave every thing else Alt text, and I cant seem to figure out why it's doing this. Any advice?

Hi There,  I noticed that Adobe Acrobat doesn’t support ARABIC language after I edit a PDF files, Is it a bug in the app? or there is alternative solution for it? example of currant issue: the source was Arabic characters as Image then convert it as Word file then here is the result!Thanks  

Please see image above. Right after todays update, I now have to squint to see the titles of the form fields.

In "Edit PDF", if you click on a text box in a scanned PDF, that text gets converted to vectors. I want to be able to do that for my entire 100 page+ document, but I don't want to have to wait for Acrobat to scan each page individually and me to click on each text box and go to the next page. Is there a way to convert the entire (scanned) PDF to editable text and images without having to go through each page indiviually?

Hello, I’ve recently moved to a new Surface, and I’m encountering an issue when trying to sign documents. In the past, I was able to sign directly in the signature field using my digital pen, but now, whenever I select the signature box, it’s prompting me to create a new digital signature.I simply want to be able to select the signature field and sign directly with my pen, as I did on my previous Surface. I’m currently working with clients and need their signatures as well, so using the “Fill & Sign” option isn’t convenient for this process. I just want to select the signature field and be able to sign it using my digital pen.  I would greatly appreciate any insight or assistance in resolving this issue.

I tried selecting folders in the Creative Cloud app and adobe.com/files but there's no option to download them. 

I am editing a form that already existed (on a Mac), I had to add 2 new form fields. With one of them, whenever I try to name it or add a tooltip, Acrobat crashes (this happened like 20 times). I eventually gave up and moved on to tagging the form fields using the Accessibility tool, this time when I tried to tag the one new form field I had added, it started crashing again (and keeps doing so). It's very frustrating and I am not sure what to do. I already tried creating a copy of the file, reverting to "old" Acrobat, and updating my software, none of these things worked.

I can't open any of the edits I made using the "Replace Selected Text" tool. I have Adobe Acrobat Pro. I can see the red line over the edited text and the logo at the end of each edit, but I can't figure out how to open any of them. Please help.
