I'm trying to integrate Adobe Acrobat Sign with Salesforce, but I'm getting the following error:access_denied : Please contact Adobe Acrobat Sign support to make sure your account is ready to use Adobe Acrobat Sign for Salesforce. Your account tier may not be at the proper level to proceed. The user (sharu.j@cube84.com) is an Adobe Acrobat Sign enterprise user, but the error persists. We’ve confirmed the user has an active license. Could this be related to API access or Salesforce integration not being enabled on our Adobe Sign account? Appreciate any help or guidance.

Hey all, We use Adobe Acrobat Reader at our company for all staff. Currently testing with version 2025.001.20435. Great app. Except now we have the issue of not being able to save and overwrite an existing document if it's on the network share. It will prompt to save as, and then if you try and save over the original document it will say "The document could not be saved. Cannot save to this filename. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder". We have Windows DFS SMB shares. I have found in multiple posts that the solution is to disable 'Protection Mode' I can confirm that this allows us to overwrite and save the document as expected. This is against best practice as set out by Adobe. I'd rather see if there is a better solution for this. So asking Adobe support and community members if you have come across a better to deal with this? Appreciate your time/help.  

I am having an issue in Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous version 2024.001.20604  64 bit. I am adding bookmarks to a document (inherit zoom is the default bookmark zoom level) and want the bookmarks to point to specific places in the document. the newly created bookmark is inherit zoom when checked in the properties, but as soon as i navigate to where i want the bookmark to be located and right click to set destination, the next time i check the properties, now the bookmark zoom level has changed. and if i painstakenly switch it back to inherit zoom, when i navigate away and then click on the bookmark, somehow by default, it sends me to the top of the page, not the exact spot where i asked it to be. please help.

I have a form that requires digital signatures.  Once it has been routed, additional PDF pages need to be added.  However, the insert pages from file option is grayed out.  Any help would be appreciated.

I have found numerous instances of people having the problem that the user trying to fill out a PDF form must click the dropdown box twice to make a selection.   I am using Acrobat Pro with a current license and I too am experiencing this issue and have never seen a resolution.  Here is my experience with this situation. Upon first opening a fillable form, all the fields appear as originally intended.  Here is an image of my form.But when the user clicks on a dropdown box, the options appear momentarily and then disappear leaving the dropdown box with a change in appearance ...  ... but when clicking the dropdown a second time, the options list remains so the user can make a selection ... ... once the selection is chosen, the field return to the correct appearance intended.Is there a resolution for this issue?  From various searches I have seen that this problem has been going on for a few years now.  What is the problem?  Why

Hi,I had subscribed to Acrobat Pro for some time and was using it seamlessly across device types (laptop, mobile). I realised I don't need the advanced features in that subscription so I switched to the Acrobat PDF Pack.However, now on the Mobile Reader app, the PDF Pack subscription does not show. I've tried the "restore purchase" option as well as the 'sign in' option that shows next to Adobe PDF Pack under Subscriptions but nothing works. I'm using an iPhone. Pls help as to what I can do to resolve this. Thanks.

Hello, I just updated my macbooks software to MacOS Sequoia Version 15.4, and everytime I go to open a digital textbook for school it is giving me an error message. Is there anything I can do to bypass this? 

I'm applying a Bates Number to files and selecting to use the beginning and ending number as the file name.  I'm also choosing to save it to the same folder at start.  I get this notification for EVERY file.  I've tried changing permissions in Program Files folders.  All of them.  Any thoughts/solutions?  Thanks!

Hi,This has been asked many times, but I can't seem to see anything I haven't yet been through with the end user.This user needs to be able to combine Multiple files into one Doc, This for the most part works with no issue, However there seem to be an increasing amount of files throwing up an error.The Licence is correct as they are on an abode acrobat pro, The application is fully up-to-date and is working on the web app.The file types are .docx and so should not be a problem.Overall on the machine nothing is out of date. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. 

I keep getting the message: "Something went wrong. Please try again" when I try to process a PDF document. I have had the problem before, but now it is worse than ever. Usually it works after a couple of retries, but not this time. I am very frustrated because I am in acute need of the function and am paying a a monthly fee to use it.  I have tried restarting my computerI have tried changing the PDF file (all files are in english)I have tried signing out og signing back in to my Adobe profileI have checked my internet connection  Is this a server problem? As part of a bigger product I need to programatically sign some PDFs using Adobe Acrobat. Does anyone know if it's possible to make a PDF with Gotham fillable fields embedded? For some reason even though I've purchased the font and our documents generate through a physical mail provider LOB, getting an unembedded font error. Doesn't seem to happen on static docs, just those with fillable fields? Thanks in advance 

I created an Adobe form that was working great, knowing I was waiting on our newest operational policies. Now, when I add the pages for the new policies, my fields have all disappeared! Please help!

This one has me stumped.  I have four checkboxes named A, B, C and D.  I also have a text field that is formatted for numbers.  Two of the four check boxes will alway be checked.  If I check the A checkbox and C checkbox OR the A checkbox and the D checkbox, I want the number 0 to appear in the Numbers text field.  If I check the B checkbox and the C checkbox, I want the number 500 to appear in the Numbers text field.  If I check the B checkbox and the D checkbox, I want the number 800 to appear in the Numbers text field.  Thanks for any help with this.

Hello, Using Adobe Acrobate Pro version 2024.002.20991. I'm trying to turn off the converting scanned document to editable text and images that runs on every page as you scroll through a document. I'm able to turn this off for individual documents after it has already started. Is there a way to default this to not run?  

My Adobe Pro plan been suspended, yet I still receive Card Purchase Limit Exceeded Fee notifications that deduct money from my bank (Capitec) account. Why is Adobe still looking to take money from my account even after suspending my account? And why can't I remove my card/payment method details?

Hi,I have a PC which is outdated (Win10) and want to shift to a new one. I installed Adobe Acrobat from 2015 via the supplied link from my account.Now the Problem:It tells me that I reached a limit and have to unsubscribe or logout from my old PC. I would like to do that but Acrobat is installed and working without beeing singned in. So I cann unsubscribe nor deactivate anything.Do I miss anything? How can I solve this?Cheers

Hello everyone, I'm experiencing an issue I couldn't solve for mothns.We recently deployed an Citrix Multisession non-persistant env with Windows Server 2022 as OS.We installed Adobe Acrobat with the availble Windows Server 2019 64x Download because 2022 is non existent. We currently run VDA 2402 LTSR on all systems and for citrix standards nowadays it works perfectly and smooth In the deployed env for some people it isn't possible to start Adobe Acrobat. It opens up for 3-5 seconds, freezes and crashes after that. It opens fine on the golden Image and there are no signs of problems there.I have an crash report but it only tells me that my Acrobat.dll is broke. I tried reinstalling Adobe, repairing and reinstalling my VC++ and other Versions of Adobe, but nothing solved my problem here. I have here the Crash Report but its in german, so I hope someone can read it. I'm actually running out of possible solutions and using Edge isn't an option here. So has anyone expirenced

Hi,  We are currently experimenting with coauthoring in PDF files in Teams and have enabled the Adobe Acrobat app in Microsoft Teams, but it is not working as we had hoped unfortunately.If we attach a PDF in a "New Post" or upload a PDF in the Files tab in a Channel, the Adobe Acrobat app doesn't open the PDF.Instead the PDF opens in the Teams PDF read only viewer and we haven't found a way to change this. If we select the Adobe Acrobat app in a "New Post" and upload the PDF through the app, it does open in the Adobe Acrobat app and coauthoring is enabled.However as time goes on, the post "drowns" in other posts and we have to scroll up to find it to be able to coauthor.The PDF file does appear in the Files tab, but it opens with the Teams PDF read only viewer. The alternative method is by pinning a specific PDF file as a Tab in the channel using the Adobe Acrobat app, but this is not a suitable solution with many PDF files. We would love to hear other users ex

Hi, I have been using the same Mac for years. I was always able to select Gill Sans Light as a font in both Microsoft Word and on Acrobat.  I upgraded the OS to Catalina 10.15.4. Now I see Gills Sans Light as normal in Microsoft Word but I can't see it as option in the dropdown font menu in Acrobat. I see other members of the Gill Sans family but not Gill Sans Light.  Even more annoyingly, when I highlight some text that is already in Gill San Light it shows in the font bar as Gill Sans Light but there is no option to select Gill Sans Light from the dropdown, meaning I can't edit in my preffered font. I also have a huge catalouge of PDF documents in Gills Sans Light that I need to update! Please help!

Hello, how are you? I hope you are ok. I would like to make an fillable pdf so that the person can write something in my pdf. My question is: This is going to be done by an external person(not for myself), logically through your program but I will not give him all the sheets, only the only sheets that I want to make them editable (so that he can´t copy the whole pdf, you know copyright things). My question is: if he gives me those fillable sheets, is there a way for me to add the rest of the pdf sheets to those edited sheets to create a new pdf but the fillable sheets are still fillable? Thank you very much! Basically, I want to create a new pdf with adobe, with my original sheets (that I have not given to him) and with the fillable sheets that he has made.

Seit ein paar Wochen fehlen mir einige Tools in Adobe Acrobat Pro. Eine Neuinstallation oder die Erteilung aller möglichen Rechte hat nicht geholfen. Folgende Tools werden mir zwar angezeigt, sind aber abgegraut: - Rich Media hinzufügen- PDF-Datei schwärzen- Dateien vergleichen- PDF-Standards anweden- Druckproduktion verwenden- Geführte Aktionen verwenden- Suchindex hinzufügen Wenn ich bei meinem Mac unter Acrobat > Info über Adobe-Plug-ins schaue, sehe ich, dass manche Plugins wohl auch nicht geladen wurden. Ich sehe aber niergends eine Option, um diese herunterzuladen. Habt ihr eine Idee, was ich tun kann?
