Hi Guys, I found this link that would be helpful as I couldn't figure out how to send emails via Acrobat - with the update came issues. From what I discovered it all has to do with the Mail Program in the OS. My credit card Adobe has on file expired months ago. And I just told chat support to cancel my account. Now that Adobe doesn't have any way of charging me, what will happen to the cancellation fee? Naturally I'm strongly against this as I only wanted to use Photoshop for a month but ended up being tiedup for a whole year due to Adobe's sneaky dark-pattern signup process. By the way I live in Sweden and not the U.S., so wouldn't it be difficult for Adobe to involve the authorities or whatever?

Ok, so you aren't using any Adobe software at all. I assumed you were at least printing from Acrobat Reader since you've posted here. But I can tell you that printing to PDF will NEVER make links whether you use Microsoft's PDF Printer, if you pay for Adobe's PDF Printer, or any other PDF printer. There are many ways to create PDF that do preserve links, but this is not one of them.

Today I discovered the Black Friday offer for NEW customers only!!I talked with the support team to get same deal and the said its only for NEW customers...HELLO??? I'm and OLD customer!! I should get better deals than the new customers...  I hate these kind of things and I directly cancelled my suscription to Adobe (even having a cancellation fee of 211 euros).  All people feeling like me should do same.   

I have used genuine Adobe software all my professional life and therefore the following is very distressing. Purchasing Lightroom 6 in January 2018 from an online seller I checked with Adobe to make sure it was authentic and everything was deemed okay.  Recently, I have replaced my SSD and decided to do a clean install rather than clone my old drive.  It now appears the seller was using a Volume license which was never meant to be sold to an individual and despite two years of being online Adobe licensing has now only caught up to that fact. My licence is revoked….. if I had cloned the drive it would be okay but not a new install. Endeavoured to resolve with the chat line and by telephone... besides being threatened, belittled and pushed towards a paid service [one which was higher than the current offer no less] the help services of Adobe are none existence… I have become a pariah despite owning several other Adobe software [Photoshop, Elements etc].&nbsp

Hi,First of all sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place. I find it difficult to navigate the forums, not to mention about contacting the support.My issue is that I keep on receiving emails from info.adobesystems with various offers, free invitations, prizes etc which look like phishing/spam. But the email itself looks legit, all logos and footer branded with Adobe + enabled by adobe badge. Can anyone please let me know if I should trust those emails or not. Is this phishing?Thank you!

It might help lightroom stop functioning like some bad beta software that constantly hangs, crashes, won't shut down completely, has to have its task ended in Task Manager, requires a system reboot after it corrupts OS functioning, etc. Yes it's great when it works, but that percentage of time diminishes release by release.

Wie dreist ist Adobe eigentlich? Wie frech kann man sein, bei einem SCHÜLER Abo Plan jedes Jahr ohne vorankündigung den Preis zu verdoppeln. Ich nutze die Adobe Produkte rekativ gerne aber DAS ist einfach asozial. Wie um alles in der Welt soll sich ein Schüler 720€/Jahr leisten können? ICH bin dazu schlicht und einfach nicht in der Lage.Dazu kommt, dass mir die Möglichkeit verwährt wird trotz monatlicher Zahlung auch monatlich zu kündigen. Mit welcher Begrünung wird schamlos Jahr für Jahr der Preis verdoppelt? Wieso wird man als junger kreativer Mensch nicht darüber aufgeklärt?  Adobe Produkte geben mir die Möglichkeit mich kreativ zu entfalten und ohne diese Möglichkeiten kann ich nicht glücklich sein. Is there a list of songs that were played before and during the large presentations? I heard some great music that week  and would like to know the artists.

I have a client, (dance school) who has 3 shows a year that I video & create DVDs to sell to parents. The school wants to do away with the DVDs & have the parents pay for & down load the video from the internet. When a parent down loads a video the client wants the parent not to be able to share the video with another parent without paying. One show is approx 3 hrs. the other 2 shows are approx 1 1/2 hrs long. I edit with Adobe Premire Pro. I have a Smug Mug & Drop Box acc. Please advise me on what to do. Thank you in advance. I began experimenting with Adobe Fresco not too long ago and I thought I would to a little show and tell.   The first image below, was simply to get to know Fresco.  I wanted to explore Live Brushes and Masking.  I also was able to import a picture of my Whippet (Roo).  It was really fun learning Fresco and experimenting with the various tools and brushes. NOTE: This is not my normal style... but just an attempt to learn the various tools.     For my second go, I decided to create something that is similar to what I would create in Illustrator.  So... I am a home owner/renovator & would like to see Adobe put together a Blueprint app. All the free or cheap Home Design software is incredibly clunky to use & the worthwhile ones are very exspensive with little scope to trial them except within the developers timetable. An Adobe subscription would be much easier to cope with & I would not feel under pressure to trial it within a limited timeframe as I work fulltime & have much else to devote my spare time to.I would not expect such an app to do the clever 3D rendering as however plentiful the choice of stock materials they still only represent popular tastes not individuality. What I need is an app with all architectural drawing formats where item dimensions can be predetermined, but with the option to toggle them once they're on the canvas to further alter the dimensions & their positions. Onscreen distances & arrowhead lines should adapt automatically as items are toggled with the option to switch between Plan V

HiI have windows 10 based laptop and Im not that happy with photo app from microsoft. I have inquiry before I buy adobe products.Can I make photoshop CC or lightroom as the default image viewer and editor in windows, do they have the ability to view images not just for editing purposes, because I couldnt find any straight answer in google so I thought to ask hereThanks
