Hello, I wanted to share whats been happening with Adobe's decision last year to only allow PearsonVue to administer Adobe cert exams.  First, many PearsonVue employees (I assume) havent been informed and continue to send customers to Certiport. Ive been on the phone with an exasperated Certiport support 3 times now, having them explain that they keep sending customers their way when there's nothing they can do.  This is serious because customers can't easily resolve issues regarding their tests. Once I was even told to contact Adobe...who has nothing to do with the tests.  The second issue is these tests are badly done. I am, no joke, $1000 in trying to get certifications. I need them to teach/tutor. The Illustrator test has failed 3 times, the Photoshop 3 times. InDesign did fine the first time. The technical issues are not on my end. I finally uninstalled CC just to be sure. Firewall permissions are granted. The last Illustrator exam had a message pop u

Recently I have encountered issue with saving Adobe file to my one drive and is kinda irritating.  Used to be alright when I save my adobe file to one drive till Dec 2024 I started to have issue saving . Can anyone advise?

I know why it is that spotify automatically stops when your microphone has been transmitting for more than 30 seconds. I know it is there to hinder pirating spotify and other stuff. however, it is a bit annoying when i try to share my screen with one other friend, while having spotify playing a bit of music for me in the background. you see, even though nothing from spotify can be heard by the other person, it will still stop spotify after 30 seconds, because showing a screen or window on spotify with sound counts as using a microphone, therefore it stops spotify. It is especially annoying when you are in a private talk with a friend, have both paid for spotify premium and are now using the feature where you can listen to spotify together, but one person has microphone issues and push-to-talk / voice activation doesn't work right, so they have to put their microphone on constand transmitting, which in turn pauses spotify for them, or when they share a game window, sometimes even with m

Thank you Adobe. After many years of supporting your products since photoshop 7 days even the introduction of lightroom, I think it's time for me to move on to another software. The recent price increases especially in the recent months has push me enough to find alternatives to the Adobe Create Suite.  Yes your products are great, but prices does not justify it enough for creatives or hobbiest. It's time to cancel my subscription. Thank you again for your wonderful products.

Have any of y'all had any luck with a battery-generated backup system? We're in a very rural area and have a lot of power blips and outages. In all fairness, our local electric co-op is lightning-fast on fixing issues, but that doesn't help me recover files that seem to just disappear.Here is one little tip - name the file ANYTHING when you create a PS document, and it will save you from the dreaded "it has to have a name before auto-save works." Thanks in advance for any help. Hello,  I am unable to get off this screen. I have dome all the necessary troubleshooting steps like clearing cache, using a new broswer, using Incognito, etc, and I am still getting the same error message.  Is there any help that can be provided?  

Wife and I both have Win11 and a recent update removed our file sharing abilityIt seems that Microsoft decided to change security settings with the update(our computers both have wired connections to a Comcast/Xfinity XB8-T modem).So I had to go into settings on both computers to get file sharing to work againChange to Private Network so other computer may be detected... then In File ManagerRight click Network select Properties, click advanced settings, select All networksand turn password protected sharing to OFF on both computers to see & share files

MY ADOBE ACCOUNT GOT HACKED!!!! Now all my information is on the Black Web for anyone to use.  Be careful. Scan the emails and passwords. They used my email info and pw.
