I added a border by selecting the image and then selecting modify border and editing the pixel amount. I then hit shift + delete and edited the color. I closed the project and saved because it was a layer within a larger project. The border is too wide but when I open it back up and try to modify it will not change.

I am currently looking to start up a media club at the high school, where I teach media studies, and would like to go down the path of AYV. I worked as a mentor in an AYV partner a while ago and would love to start something up in my school. I would love to get some advice from people who are currently AYV partners, or who have set up Media Clubs.Because of other commitments with the school, I am thinking of running it 2 afternoons a week, with term based projects. That means for seniors they would be looking at 3 projects a year, and juniors with 4. I have expertise in Premiere and Photoshop; I am currently teaching myself After Effects and know the basics of Audition and Illustrator. I have access already to video cameras and editing equipment, a green screen and some audio recording equipment.In particular, I am interested in how people went about advertising and getting interest. As the title says. These are primarily support forums, so overwhelmingly any time I like a post, it's because I found it to be helpful. But I assume Adobe had Very Good Reasons for implementing these two seemingly-redundant buttons, so whenever it does occur to me to use them, I worry that I'm using them wrong. Since I dislike both worrying and doing things wrong, as a result I pretty much never use either of them.

Not sure how to fix it. Once you click ok it closes the program and all the pdf's I was viewing. Anyone have any ideas?

There's a glut of information online these days.  I have a Lynda.com subscription but there's so much to choose from I'm overwhelmed.   YouTube is not my go to resource mainly because there is no peer review process so for every good tutorial, there are at least 15 useless ones.  Life's too short.I was wondering which tutorials people have found the most helpful.   For example, is there a particular instructor or a video series you preferred over others?  Nancy O.
