I purchased atm 4.1 a long time back.It ran swell on my 32 bit. Funny thing though, I was able to install it once on my Win 7 Pro 64 system but after a format and re-install of my system it won't go back on. I've tryed the property fix and changed it to simulate XP 32 but no dice it still won't install. Anyone else have this happen and fixed it? Is it a Microsoft area? If so can you clue me in or any help you can extend would be appreciated. That program was the bomb when it came to managing my many, many fonts. I guess Adobe discontinued it as I can't find anything on updating the drivers to Win 64 bit.

EPS files using the Sonata font read correctly when inserted into MS Word files, and the EPS files can be read directly from the Mavericks Desktop with no problem. InDesign, however, says that the Sonata font is missing; FontBook can't open it either. Rather the file simply doesn't appear in lists of available fonts in either InDesign or FontBook.Is the font file corrupt? If so, why does it work fine when viewed through Word or through the Desktop?I am bewildered, and would appreciate any advice...

I've had the worst time trying to find someone in support who could help me.Last year, I purchased Janson Text Std from Adobe and I printed the order confirmation form (with confirmation number). The motherboard on my laptop recently crashed and apparently my fonts weren't saved with Carbonite as I thought. I'm trying to recover the fonts I've purchased. For some reason, this font wasn't saved to my account even though I did purchase it through Adobe. I've tried contacting Adobe support to obtain a new download link to the Janson Text Std, but no one can help me. The latest support person suggested I post my question here. Can anyone with Adobe help me? It's an expensive font ($99+) and I'd like to keep using it.Thank you!

Hi,I am currently working with a client on a design that involves some text. I am using Adobe CC 2016. I am new to professional design and want to avoid violating any EULA's. The printer that my client is working with is asking for an Ai file of my design so my questions are as follows:1. Am I legally allowed to convert the text to outlines so that the printer will not have access to the source file of the font?2. Am I still bound to the font's EULA once the font has been hypothetically converted to outlines?

Thinking about upgrading to Creative Cloud.What about fonts? Can you add your Font Folio fonts to your cloud assets? or link them to your library.What about other fonts you've purchased (ie from fonts.com)?

How do I store fonts in Creative Cloud so that they are recognized by both my Mac and PC.  The Mac does not have the problem, but the PC gives the message that I don't own the font, but I did purchase the font and I have downloaded to my computer.

Good Morning:My department is having an issue regarding the font ITC Officina Sans and Officina Sans Adobe.  Our computers have 2 versions of Officina Sans - 1 says ITC the other says Adobe.   One of my coworkers used the Adobe Officina and I use the ITC so when I opened an Illustrator file of hers my computer doesn't recognize her font. I tried downloading both separate fonts but it keeps saying that I am downloading a duplicate font and doesn't merge the 2 or update the fonts.How do I solve this? I need to have my Adobe programs recognize that both version of Officina are the same across all of our computers.THank you

I purchased Adobe Font Folio a couple of years ago and had it installed on my computer. That computer died, and now my new computer does not have a disc drive. I tried to register the product with Adobe using my serial number (I still have the box and everything), but doing so did not give me any further options (see photo below).Please tell me how I can access the fonts that I purchased from Adobe! This is super frustrating!

Hi, I'm trying to work out why the characters below are displaying differently in InDesign (current version). They are the same font, weight, size etc but the first one was supplied to me and the second one is what happens when I type it manually using the style guide. It must be obvious, but I'm going type blind looking at it!

I purchased several open type fonts with many alternates for various letters (clearly visible in the character map of my font reader) but I seem unable to access these alternates in Photoshop CC. The menu item is grayed out.in the character panel. No matter what I do, I can't seem to access them.  Thank you so much!

Maybe this can't be answered. Trying to get a font through the localization process and I continue to find missing glyphs for the CJK that I haven't created. Thankfully, less each iteration.Is there a reference list for the most commonly used CJK font glyphs?I have included Hiragana, Katakana, and 72 of the CJK Unified Ideographs. I hesitate to delve into the other 20992 CJK UI without having some list or guidance.Thanks in advance if anyone can point me in the right direction.Steve

I'm not clear on whether I need to license fonts from Adobe any more. I find lots of sites that feature Adobe fonts as free downloads. Here are some examples:    List of URLs deleted by System Administrator.If you download these and open them in a text editor, the Adobe copyright is plain as day. It doesn't seem that Adobe pursues these sites or discourages this practice. So is it now fine to download and use these free versions?

Any ideas where to download? I specifically need Hermes Regular and Hermes Thin. Help!Thank you,

My computer just uprgade and install Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, are all "CC 2015" original. I'd like to use a few of the web fonts for my working.I have save my fonts a lot from DaFont, others but if DaFont, others, etc then I can download it? Can or not? I have some PDFs that use the Zapf Dingbats font to place an X in checkbox fields to show that they are selected.     They display perfectly when viewed in an application like Adobe Reader, NitroPDF, PrimoPDF, and pretty much any other applications used to display PDFs.  However, when I attempt to upload a document with the ZapfDingbats font to my web document viewer ... all I am able to see is empty squares.     Is there any way to install the ZapfDingbats font that will allow my document viewer to show the X instead of the box?Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.
