I have the new Flashplayer. The problem is the same in Mozilla, Chrome and IE. I have disabled the recording device on Realplayer. When I play a video it skips. Example: I pledge all-e-e-e-e-e-e-giance to the f-f-f-f-f-f-flag of the United States of A---------merica. I have uninstalled flash. I do not have Skype. I cannot find anyone at Adobe who understands the issue. Any help? Thank you.
iLLUSTRATORHow can I change the workspace area from the dark grey (default?) to white (or light grey) as well as the pallets, windows and docks?

Hi, I don't think it is necessarily a good idea for "community members" to be able to post discussions to FAQ pages on the forums:In the LiveCycle Designer FAQ page, the top three posts are general questions, best placed on the main forum page. Questions posted on the FAQ page may not be seen or get answered. In addition, the answers may not be correct or as complete as one would expect in an FAQ. I think the FAQ page should be left to someone with higher "status". Niall
Hi, staff. 2 comments:1) There's no way to update your email address on the forums. I have a new address, and though I've updated it on adobe.com, the settings for forums.adobe.com still have my old one, and there's no way to change it.2) It's extremely difficult to find the "Start a discussion" button, to make a new thread. I'm a member on over 30 forums, and I can tell you that your average, non-forum-savvy user is going to have a really hard time finding it. (I know that in YOUR heads, its location is probably plain as day, and maybe even very logical... but that means absolutely nothing the mind of someone who is seeing this site for the first time, and doesn't "speak the language" of page design. (Besides, even if they did, they'd think the button would be on the left, and much larger.))I myself fumble around for it every time I come here. The layout doesn't follow any other forum or message platform I've ever come across.
I would happily add Polls to discussions, so there would be no need to Reply, but it's restricted somewhy.Kevin said in a discussion http://forums.adobe.com/message/4469268:We have: the product improvement program, feature requests, and a beta test program. That is how we listen to our users. We do not bias or influence our users in any way. All we do is listen. So why there's no way to create polls and do some statistics in Adobe Forums?
Hi, I’m very very new with javascript for in pdf document. I need a small javascript in my pdf file for next issue: As soon as I open a pdf document, a timer must startup, after x-seconds an app.alert must appears with 2 option button. This 2 buttons are OK and Cancel. Click on OK must navigate too my website.3 in 1: -timer function, -app.alert windows, -go-to-URLWhat I have tried, no result for this script. The problem is I can’t combines more scripts in one script. I can find separate timer function, app.alert function and go-to-url function on this site. But I can't put these 3 different issues in one script.
Hi,I am completely and utterly fed up with the customer service department. I need someone more substantial to contact and to share my complaints with. I was promised a free upgrade to CS6 from 5.5 before the time period on which the free upgrades actually started. Customer service keeps telling me I'm ineligible. However, I saved the conversation and have the proof that I was promised the upgrade, so it doesn't mean a thing that I bought it prior to the eligible date. Either the customer service agent that promised me the free upgrade lied to me or was not knowledgeable. Either way that is unacceptible and the fact that the customer service keeps acting like it's my problem is ridiculous. What kind of business allows their customer service to make promises and then doesn't follow through. If Adobe didn't have a monopoly on design software they wouldn't so readily treat customers as disposable objects.
For my login ID I used an email address that has now changed. When I logged on to change my profile, new email was not accepted. I know for sure noone else has this email address (work email address). What is the workaround?Who do I contact to fix this? Thanks,Laurence

I've been attempting to submit a bug report regarding Flash Professional CS6 and CS5 on Adobe's official bug reporting page:https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishformI've made three attempts in the past 4 days, and each one has been returned to me as "undeliverable":Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:flash_feedback@namailhost.corp.adobe.com The recipient's e-mail address was not found in the recipient's e-mail system...I've successfully submitted reports regarding Fireworks and Dreamweaver, so the error is not on my end. Does anyone know what's going on here?As there is no "Flash Professional" option in the list of product names, I've been choosing "Flash Authoring", which I've seen mentioned elsewhere as a suitable choice for general issues with Flash Professional.
It has been properly deactivated from my Mac. I bought it in 2009 and have just upgraded to CS6.Thanks
While the forum skin is being redone, I have two requests that I hope to get integrated. I will post them in two different topics, so they can be easier addressed and discussed.Recently, several of the forums where I regularly participate receive large number of posts every day. It seems currently the forum lists 30 discussions by default.Sometimes topics that have been posted or updated during the past 24 hours are three pages back! For each topic to view we have to click the Next button twice, as there is no direct link to page 3. Each topic we reply to is moved back to the top of the forum, so the oldest unanswered topic will always remain on page 3.This wastes a lot of unnecessary time. So my request: can we have an option to increase the number of topics listed per page? By user, of course, not generally for everyone.
I just spent over 5 hours shooting for a charitable event and now I need to know how to present it to the organization, or just post or just email or what to do...I am over my head. HELP HELP HELP....
Aside from the other format changes in the individual forums, here is a screen capture of what I see on the main Adobe Forums page. I am perfectly willing to admit the problem is in part due to a problem in Safari. However I question just how much testing was done before the latest change. (No, it doesn't look like this when using FireFox.)For what it's worth (not necessarily a great deal) the w3c validator lists 68 wrrors and 46 warnings. More testing please.MacPro22 in Apple Cinema DisplayOS X 10.7.4Safari 5.1.7 (7534.57.2)
I'm revisiting this topic because I feel very strongly that Adobe Employees and Community Professionals must have separate identifying colors. As it stands now, you're confusing forum users and this confusion is leading to bad feelings. Poor Murray CP just got slammed for not doing enough to help a frustrated product user. I don't think this would have happened if his identifying colors weren't the same as the AE who replied earlier in the discussion.http://forums.adobe.com/message/4451281#4451281Please fix this ASAP!Nancy O.
OK, many of us have complained about the font size on the Main Forum pages, and also how the Bold does not differentiate, as well, as it could, with New, or (Updated) Threads. Well, after a morning (June 03, 2012) in the Premiere Forums, I ventured to the Encore Forum, and noticed that the type in the Main Page had gotten smaller yet! I have a zoom-level about 2 steps up in Chrome, and have had it set that way, for a few weeks, since the new skins hit. The old Bold for New & (Updated) Threads is now gone. They were still in place in the Premiere Forums. Here is an example:When I came here (Forum Comments) to post, I noticed the exact same thing here!Maybe too many of us complained about the tiny type, and someone decided to punish us, to show how "good we had it?"What's up, and why only in some Adobe Forums?Hunt[Edit] It also looks like my Forum editor is adding a Bold, or faux-bold, when none has been called for. Things get curiouser and curiouser.[Edit 2] Just went back to the Pre
I'm debating whether to get it. I dislike having to resort to reference books with incomplete essential fonts that are either too expensive to buy or not needed at the moment. Is this set good for a graphic design student who is about to graduate? I have a mixed variety of fonts from books, cds etc.. is this really esential?Does it contain anything consided, free, or system fonts? last time i checked it was $150 or $100? correct?thanks
I haven't tried CS6. I'm sure it's great based on what i've seen alone. But as a user of adobe products for a number of years, i have to noticed there are still a lot of stagnant, awkward, stiff, irriating, slowing down elements found in the navigation and user interface on cs3-cs5, that i'm sure could have been eliminated or improved on at least from 2005 or 2007 onwards. I find some of these things inexcusable and unprogressive from bad traits that defined 1980's and 1990's general computer navigation and so on. CS5.5 has lessned this a bid bit and is more fluid in bits and pieces but for those using cs3-cs5 and in general, i find some things just horrid. As a graphic designer no one is supposed to admit the flaws or irrations of these programs. We must hail them as god, never critisize, and always adjust to new things which i think is a bit fascististic and sillyThe way the tools, options are laid out can be improved to be quicker, and easier to find and use. Using your voice as a co
How does one get an avatar approved so it displays with his username? I uploaded a simple illustration of a letter (nothing explicit or offensive) and it's been "pending" for a few weeks. What does the Community Professional stamp by some's name mean? Who assigns it? Why does it matter?
Why does Adobe insist on barfing thousands of files on the hard drive when many aren't needed by most users. I'm not saying specific ones aren't needed period. I just don't have a need for them. Someone that doesn't speak my language may not need mine. Why are we forced to fill the drive up with this and what is the method for NOT installing them?
On my iPhone4 the navigation at the top of the page clashes with profile navigation stuff:I use that link back to "discussions" a lot but I can't on my iPhone.Martin
