Right i been wondering for a while now, say i bought a copy of Adobe CS5 Design Suite for a Macintosh platform, but i own both a Macintosh and PC could i use the same copy of Adobe CS5 Design Suite disc and install it on a PC and/or use the same product key on a PC downloaded version from the Adobe site?I don't understand why, Adobe can't just make one disc so that is can be used on both PC/ MAC platforms, the disc size is available and so is the software to install the same program for both platforms?

And i'd like to clarify if it is posible to reinstal it if my computer is totally replaced?I mean - i bought it and installed it on my current PC. Some time later (6-12 months) i decide to upgrade a PC and replace it.Will i still have a right to install Photoshop Elements on my new PC and what should i do to activate it on new PC?Regards,Dmitryp.s. Using FF 3.6.10, this is what I'm seeing (it's happened before). Things are cut off on the right hand side. Not sure about any other browsers.

I can't print any PDF Documents any more. I checked and have the current version. I have tried to print on two different printers and it still doesn't work. I can print using other programs like MS Word and Excel. Do I need to reinstall?

I just changed my Adobe-ID from my (very) old e-mail address to my current one. So far, so good.But if I look at my profile in the Adobe support forum, it still shows my old e-mail address.Is there a time lag in between changing the ID and the update to the forum profile,or has the e-mail address of the forum profile to be changed through other means?

There is no search box in the AS3 forum like in the AS1 and 2 forum.Please check it out asap.

Since my recent download of Adobe Reader 9.1.3, none of my adobe documents [hundreds] can be printed.  I've followed all your proposed "helps" to no avail, and when I attempt to uninstall adobe reader, I get a message saying something about a missing patch.   At least tell me everything about all of your "patches" so I can uninstall this mess.  This is the only program I have ever been unable to uninstall.   So I cannot even rid myself of this defective program.  What do you suggest?  Nothing works so far.

I have a new email address. When I went to my account to make the change the old address was not accepted, I tried several combinations of user name and password but no success. Eventually I created a new account but all records of serial numbers etc have vanished> How can I get this information back?

I'm supposed to attach a screenshot of the Email Notifications tab after step five, which would prove to you that I have indeed checked the radio buttons to "NO", but I can't do that because you have disable attachments. Hi, I am using Captivate 4 on a Win7 computer.  My problem is this.  I have setup a 10 question quiz at the end of my module.  On the results page (slide 37), I have a Review Quiz button, a Retake Quiz button, and a Continue button.  The user can retake the quiz if she/he likes, but, regardless of whether the user passes or fails the quiz, they are to hit the "Continue" button which should jump to one of two slides (slide 38 for "Congratulations" or slide 39 for "Sorry, you did not pass") and then it is to automatically continue to the next slide that says "Thank you" (slide 40) and then the Captivate module is to close automatically.  That's what is supposed to happen, and some of it does.  However, here's what does happen.  If the user passes the quiz and clicks the "Continue" button, everything works perfectly.  But, if the user fails the quiz and clicks the "Continue" button - nothing happens. I did all steps, and there's simply no way to mark the subscription I want to remove. Please see the screenshot Jochem said to attach (below). When I go to Your Stuff | Profile and choose Email Notifications, the user I'm following is not listed, even though the filter is set to "All Items." Even if I chose "User" from the filter drop-down list, it does not display the user I'm following. If it did, I'm sure I could easily remove the notification. This seems to be a bug. Could someone confirm by signing up to follow a particular user and then verifying whether or not it displays under Email Notifications?

So, recently I've been checking m.flash.com on myMotorola Droid for an update, I already have Android 2.2, finally it says in bold "Upgrade to FlashPlayer10.1", even the"get Adobe Flash Player" button shows up now.  This to me is indication that it should be available, so I click the button, only to end up at the pahe that says it's coming "late summer", which I've already seen before.  Well, summer's almost over and Flash Player 10.1 doesn't show up in the marketplace on the phone, yet it shows up as a featured download at www.android.com/marketplace. I'm confused here.....I understand that the update may already be available on other phones, but why in the world update the page for the phone itsself if the phone still can't download it?!  What's the deal here?  Any idea when this is gonna be ready/fixed?

Hello.I did try to get a trial of Flash CS5 with Firefox 3.6.8 from adobe.com yesterday, but downloading page didn't open.May be it's a temporary bug of abobe.com?
