Hello,Is there any way to change this account's name and hide email address and all other identifying information?Had needed possible help with Adobe products and thought that the batch of apples on this forum would be more for professionals, but you know.This account is tied to a niche product, and often "love and attention" from other demographics are considered ignorant to people living in that niche.Is it possible to change this accounts name and hide the email address, etc.?

I am a photographer and use CS4 and Lightroom daily.  In the years of using these products I have literally called with a question about the product only once or twice.  It was much to my dismay and disappointment to find out that because my version of Photoshop is not current, I now have to pay for customer support if I want to talk to a person.  I am very disappointed with this and feel that this is a huge slap in the face to loyal customers.

I have CS5 Design Premium which I received shortly after installing CS4 and becoming comfortable with 4. If I install CS5, will it overwright my CS4?

Hi,I just join this new company. My current reporting boss keen to have LMS system in the manufacturing site for training purposes.Currently, there are no LMS system exist in this operation. They have buy Adobe presenter to perform visual learning for the staff but still they confuse that actually to fully utilize this software, they need adobe connect pro (Correct me if i'm wrong). I read somewhere that if you changed your email address you had to get a new account, so your username etc was locked to your email address.  However according to this FAQ here it is very easy to do but I'm a bit nervous about relying on that.  I want to change my email address as my job is changing a bit and I want to split off the forum emails from my work email.  Has anyone had any success doing this?

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this but I couldn't find a more appropriate forum on the site.I've recently graduated from university with a Masters Degree in Web Design and Development gaining general skills in HTML/XHTML, MXML/ActionScript, PHP, CSS, MySQL,and XML through the use of both Dreamweaver and Flex.I'm now looking for a job for any type of salary, prefereably one which utilises Flex as that was my main area of expertise/interest but it seems there are very few such jobs available in England where I live with most work being mainly java/j2ee and ASP.net, neither of which I really have any experience in.I wanted to ask what you all think my next move should be to attempt to find a job? Branch into further coding languages to broaden my options or perhaps do freelance? I don't really have any example sites for any sort of portfolio so I'm thinking in the meantime I could create a few non working example sites to show my skills.Also how different is programming websites in

As of today, the subject column is about half of its normal width so each threadtakes several lines instead of 1 or 2.What happened?

I have had PSE4 & 7 on my computer for some time, so I uninstalled PSE4 today.  When I did I lost the icon associated with all abr, atn and asl and other files (including those that came with PSE).  By suggestion, I have already done the following: Ran a repair on Adobe Reader thru my "Add/Delete Software" option in Windows XP Control Panel which did nothing.  I uninstalled PSE7 and reinstalled (per suggestion of Adobe rep) which DID fix all the icons (to the best of my knowledge) EXCEPT for the .atn files.  I did the uninstall/reinstall again to no avail.  Any suggestions on how to get my icons back and did the uninstall of PSE4 cause this problem?  Thanks for any info!

My user account is completely blank. I have been a member since december 2009 and have not had any activity. On the forums where I normally post my name is mangled. Logging off and logging in does not correct it.What can be done about that? I suggest you reset the user accounts again.

Not sure if this is the fodder of this forum, but until pointed in another direction, I am posting my problem.Using Chrome (for about 1 year now) on XP-Pro PC. Suddenly yesterday (Aug 09), the display of the Adobe fora shrunk. I now see al bodyl text at about 4 pt. type. Everything is shrunken, and by about 1/2, or a little more. Other pages/fora display as always and the Adobe fora show up in IE properly sized. It is only Chrome and Adobe fora, where this display anomaly appear.I cannot rule out OE on my part, as things were just fine yesterday and as soon as I posted one reply, when the display came back to the thread - it was shrunken.The font sizes are as always, and this affects everything, including the toolbar, graphics, everything.I have looked in the Tools section of Chrome for something to affect display, but cannot find it. Again, this is ONLY with the Adobe fora, and ONLY in Chrome.Does anyone have any ideas, or places to check?All other displays, including all Adobe progra

I built a slideshow in flash lsave the swf file and then loaded it into my flash website on my desktop it works fine with next and previous buttons. when i test it in flash it scrolls nonstop. what can i do. I also loaded it into a dreamweaver site and it works fine there as well....Thanks and God BlessClay

Hello,In regards to both CS4 and CS5 Design Premium packages, are there any other programs that install a 64-bit edition?When CS4 was installed at our location, only Photoshop had a 64-bit version.All other programs had a 32-bit version only.The computers that we have are Windows 7 64-bit, and our staff members would like to use more than 3GB of memory on all the programs.Are there 64-bit versions of the rest of the CS4 programs available? Hello -If anyone could help - it would be greatly appreciated.I've been using Flash Media Encoder 3.1 to create LIVE videos.Video Settings:Logitech Pro 9000Format VP615 FPS800x450 input / outputBitrate 500 kbpsI wanted to edit some of these videos but am having trouble importing these .FLVs into  Premiere CS4The file does import but problems occur -1. The video is turned vertically instead of horizontally2. No video actually plays and remains a black screenI'm thinking it could possibly be the preset I'm bringing in with. On the Bridge Forum today I have noticed some very old posts disguised as new posts.  There is no response to these posts that I can see.One near bottom is 2 years old.Has any else noticed this problem?  Visited and reloaded site several times and same problem.
