I just went from ~250 or something to 4.  And I lost like 80 points!How the heck am I supposed to get my second meatball?!I was #3 top contributor in the Illy forum but was replaced with some cyborg version of me "JesseHam Jah5zl"Anyone else having this happen?  Is it because I made fun of the point system too many times?  Is the admin getting pissed?

I am trying to use our company logo for email signature purpose.. The logo is a ai. file it looks good on the email signature but when I want to print it out it looks horrible. I have tried all methods as far as saving for web or exporting (png. tif. bmp, gif etc...) Our company uses Mac and PC and it looks horrible when printed out. Any suggestions.Should I open it up in Photoshop. I am using CS4Thanks

Having all products display in the searched area and not the specific product (in my case ColdFusion) means my search time to find the answer has increased exponentially with no results. It makes the usefullness of these forums obsolete. This is probably your worst move yet, Adobe - don't take steps backwards.  Even when I go to the Coldfusion forums - it still searches all products. This bites.  .Adobe Please help your customers use your products by searching the correct product.Thanks, Wendy

I am setting up a new MacBook Pro. Copied old Dreamweaver 4 from iBook to new MacBook Pro but it won't open. When I put the install disk for the new CS in and try to install the new Dreamweaver, it is grayed out, says it is already installed. I have done a search and deleted everything with Dreamweaver I could find, but it still tells me it is already installed. How do I get past this?

In In-Design, when i have several layers with text on top I sometimes get a faint white line around the box when I save as a PDF doc. Not all sides of the box though. What, if anything can I do to get rid of these boxes. Many thanks.

I helped design my mother in-law's website. I designed it using a mac with an older version of DW, she is on a PC with a newer version of DW. I was showing her how to update images and text. When we went to save the screen would only show us the code and then would freeze the options of viewing it as design. Any ideas why this is happening? How do I fix this? Thanks!

My Dreamweaver crashed and no sites are now showing.  I have about 30 sites in there usually I have dug around in my files in User/me/library/application support/adobe/dreamweaver 9/configuration/SiteCache/  and all the sites are in there, a folder and then a /dws file too.   but why are they not showing when I launch Dreamweaver? any ideas? as I really would hate to have to enter them all over again 

I am using DWCS4...I have all my CSS within each page....IN IE (ver8) I notice a flashing between pages...I have done some research on this but am not sure how to fix this...Can anyone give me help on this? We had an old copy of RoboDemo 5 and tried to activate it. It would not activate called Adobe and they informed us that the activation servers were down and the product was no longer able to be activated. I was told that they would send us a version of Captivate. After 6 weeks of calling they finally gave me the link to download Captivate. Now the serial number that they sent me is already registered to someone else. They are telling me that they will not support the software. Can someone help?

Since I started the Zeno Bokor is not a good Host. thread that is now locked and has worked its way off the front page of the Forum forum, I keep getting Reported Abuse emails. No one has the time to fix this mess but they have plenty of time to send out these stupid emails even after a couple of months has gone by. Maybe we need to start reporting abuse on random posts though out the forum. I can not believe the pain I am going though to upgrade from 8 to 9.  The serial number does not work and tech support keeps asking me to do the same thing over and over again.  DOWN THE TRIAL VERSION and it should work... you need to TALK to Customer Service  around and aound I go...  I am on phone call number 4 averaging about 2 hours per call.  Any suggestions on how I can resolve this...I am back on hold and starting all overonce again...... Does anyone have a phone number or contract info that can help solve what I think is a very simple problem????

Good Afternoon All,Recently upgraded to OS 10.5.6 in order to upgrade our CS3 to CS4.I've tried 3 times to install CS4.I get to the point where I type in the Serial number. I get a check (correct SN) and then the installer dissapears from my screen and winks out of the Dock. No warning. No Prompts. Nothing. Getting very frustrated. I have minimum system requirements. Running G5 2GB - 104 Free GB on HD.Any help is appreciated.Thanks.Gene

Hi, I am new to Dreamweaver and this forum.  I am trying to update info on a website.  The document was updated yet the only version I can get onto the website is the old version.  How do I get the new version on the website.  I am using CS3 Version 9.

I've been using Safari 4.0.2 (Mac OS X) to reply to messages in the Acrobat and InDesign forums. Suddenly, two days ago, I've lost that ability. (I can still reply in Firefox 3.5.1, so I can post this here.When I click Reply in Safari, the Post Reply screen appears, and everything is selectable EXCEPT the field for the reply is a small unselectable rectangle. It doesn't show the options for setting font, style, or any of that, and there is no way to type into the field.I have done nothing to my configuration in the past couple days. Was there a change in Forum Software versions a couple days ago that might have caused this? Any suggestions?

I link to a Flash Video on my index.html page which plays fine when tested but won't show up after it's uploaded with the two .swf files.  Any thoughts?
