Im having problems signing in and using Adobe Support Community with my primary account. Is anyone else getting this same error when tring to post here?

oooooops disaster day today. I lost all my browser settings as I had to clear its cache and then re-install. All my login information has been wiped out and I can't sign in to change the forum password.   Don't Adobe provide a way of resetting the password to an account via the alternative recovery email address I provided, other than through the original default email address associated with the account, which no longer exists?   I added the alternative email address sometime ago and although Adobe sends an email to that address it says 'sign in with the email address which is no longer in use'.......humm.   So if someone in the back-room can kindly send the password to the emall address which starts:   [PII removed by moderator]   I can most probably still use the orginal email adresss to sign into the forum, even though it no longer exists   Cheers!!   Os

Could a moderator please explain why ALL my replies to other peoples questions need approval by a moderator? I really find this offensive. If a moderator can not reply or remove this offensive practice could they please remove my Adobe ID. Please notify me one way or the other. Philip.

Hi all, I've been at these forums for over 7 years now. I've never once received or gotten anywhere close to any kind of disciplinary action or warnings. I have over 100 likes and 20 solutions. Suffice to say it should be obvious that I'm not a bot, scammer, new account, or someone that would intentionally post inappropriate pictures. I do scripting and coding. For nearly every thread, I have to provide a lot of technical information so that the community here can help out and answer questions or issues I need help with, which in nearly all cases means I need to provide an uploaded screenshot to show others what's happening or what's going wrong. Every time I do this, I have to wait to be manually approved. Sometimes this takes hours and I feel that it's redundant given my credentials. If my account were a week old or I had barely any activity? Sure. But there should be some threshold I should reach where this is no longer necessary -- or in the least, I should be notified th

I feel like this is a stupid question, but I posted on the forums about a photoshop bug and I can't seem to find my post on it. My profile says I've made two posts, but nothing shows up under the "Latest Contributions" dropdown. What am I doing wrong here..? I'm very confused.

How can I delete my post to the forum.My question has been answered and I no longer want my pictures to be public.

Anyone know how to block people on this or cancel conversations so they do not show?  

Real pet peeve of mine as someone who uses the forum primarily for scripting. Every single time I post a code block and I need to edit this post in any way, the forum injects <br> tags above and beneath the code block. If my original response was something to the effect of:<span>Some text with a tyop in it</span> <br> <code>var code = "goes here"</code> <br> <span>More text</span>Upon editing the post, the result becomes:<span>Some text with a typo in it</span> <br> <br> <code>var code = "goes here"</code> <br> <br> <span>More text</span> Then upon editing it again, the result becomes:<span>Some text with a typo in it</span> <br> <br> <br> <code>var code = "goes here"</code> <br> <br> <br> <span>More text because maybe I need to clarify or elaborate something, or correct a typo in my code</span>Thi

I'm posting this on 10 years phone in Chrome browser and i can select topics but on newer pc where i use Firefox i can't.Are you working for Google?Remove request to select topics or change the way to select them. 

I have a form with 103 items, when I had about 50 - I had not problem with selecting the item in the drop down and it filling in the remaning information for the selection. Now the selection does not populate when I select the item. Assistance appreciated.E

Hi All,I have given the certification exam on 20 June 21, 2021, and I have passed the exam. But it's not showing my name First alphabets and last name First alphabets in the Capitalize form. Hey, the subject drop-down when creating a post is not a great experience. It blocks the entire interface the moment you start typing. It has no close button, clicking anywhere else does nothing, and even the "no posts similar..." message blocks the editor menu. How did you get this wrong?

Hi Team, We are facing below issue in only in firefox browser. Please share your thoughts. We have an application called [URL removed] it has a favroites page, when i am accessing [URL removed] directly it is navigating to login after authentication it is navigating to home page instead of the favorites page but it not happening in other browsers. when i have analzed the issue is referrer policy is missing when it is navigating.    Please help if you are facing similar kind of issues in firefox.   Thanks for help in advance.
