I don't know who Jive is, but they've sure got me confused. I can't for the life of me even find a discussion I created and want to reply to. Why can't these guys make these forums logical like EVERY OTHER FORUM IN THE WORLD. I can't believe Adobe can be that obtuse. Maybe this is a test or something to see how much corporate stupidity we can tolerate before finding other ways to do the work we like best. If I go to my profile all I can see that looks like my stuff is something called Actions which pertains to everything I don't want to know in any random order. What a waste of time!Sorry for the rant.

I was going through bank statements and highlighting expense with differnt colors.  Then I scrolled quickly though the document.  When I went back to the top, the highlighing is tranposed (left column highlighting has shifted to right column and vice versa) and highlighing no longer lines up over correct text.  I don't know what I did and I don't know how undo my error.  Please help.

HOW DO YOU POST A QUESTION, WHY IS SOMETHING LIKE THAT SO HARD TO DO. I NEED TO SPEND A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF TIME TO FIND OUT HOW TO ASK A QUESTION. AND STILL I CANT FIND THAT OUT. NO INFO ANYWHERE. THATS JUST BAD DESIGN. SO FRUSTRATING

Possibly related to this update, i.e. this started happening when I first logged in  yesterday morning (10th March), but whenever I login in order to post, everything switches to Spanish from English (i.e. everything is normal until I have to login to post). Mr Google Translate does a fair job and translates the main discussions page, but when I then open an individual thread all the UI elements switch to Spanish (as you can see from this screenshot taken while typing this response).  All email notifications I receive are also now in Spanish.     This happens in all the forums that I tend to monitor (LrC, Lightroom, LrMobile), it happens with different browsers and it happens on different computers. I assume somehow a language preference has been set for my profile, but I cannot see it in order to reset it. I'd be very grateful if someone could investigate and fix it. Thanks. Recently, I changed my email address. I then started receiving every post to the acrobat forum.  I went to my notifications page, and somehow all had been turned on (I didn't).  I unchecked all except one (conversations I start), but they still roll in. Now I'm getting multiple emails telling me I can't get in without a verification code.  Well, here I am, and no need for a code. How do I turn off the bubble machine?

Hi All, I am trying to embed youtube videos using Embed component. While selecting youtube from embeddable tab, I can see video id but width and height option is not visible. I want to set width and height from the dialogue as can be seen in Adobe documentation - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-core-components/using/components/embed.html?lang=en#html. As per the document, enable option should be activated from design dialog, but in my design dialog, I can see only option to enable mute and other options are not visible. Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue? Thanks in Advance. Regards,Amit

I added an animation to my object in Adobe Aero. I wanted to test out the QR code so I scanned it on a new device and I placed my AR object on a desk. I have the option to scale the object and move it around but when I tap on it, it does not perform the animation. It seems as if it's in an editing mode and I'm not sure how I can place the image in the space and tap on it to play the animation. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I keep getting this notification when trying to import images from my Canon 90D.  I just imported yesterday so not sure why its not working today? Please advise. 

Hi, I'm trying to post a reply in a forum, but there is an alert stating "Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and submit the message when you are satisfied." I clicked 'post' again but nothing happens. Please help!

A problem that many people have reported since 2020 is that the "More" button which allows you to edit a post after making it, has devolved into an empty box.     This used to work as of a couple of years ago.   If we need to fix a typo or add detail to a post, how are we supposed to do it now?   And where are we supposed to post questions like this?

Is it possible to merge an old Adobe CC forum account with my new account (mainly for use on this forum)? Long story short: I worked at an agency for many years, that had us all on a company Adobe CC plan, so I posted in this forum for many years using that Adobe account (using my agency email account). Then, when I left that company, I signed up for my own Adobe CC account (with my personal email), and have recently been using that new account here in the forums (I've only posted a few times with my new account).  Is it possible to transfer all of my forum data from my old CC account to my new CC account, or somehow connect the 2 accounts for forum use? It's a bummer that I'm starting from scratch with my new CC account on the forums, since I have so many posts under my old account. Or would it be as simple as changing the "primary" email for my old account, to match my new CC email? How do I remove myself from this community support page? Adobe is flooding my email inbox with every single post and comment being made by everybody. I called Adobe 1-800-585-0774 and the person hung up on me when I stated what i wanted to do. I called Adobe 1-800833-6687 and the person talked in circles because they didn't know how to do it. I will use those numbers in the future for Adobe product technical fails instead of this support page. Ironically, I have to get an email about this which I will probably never see because I am deleting pages of adobe emails daily from my inbox. I did go to an account settings page but the attempted changes to stop emails keeps getting reversed by adobe to receiving emails. What I'd really like to do is remove myself totally from this online support nonsense. Do I need to end my subscription and then start a new subscription with a new email address? 

It used to be a case of going on to  your own profile and being able to filter for posts you started but now that seems like it's impossible? I have to scroll through all my entire comments to find some old helpful posts I had years ago Is there a way to do it easier than this? this seems like a weird way of changing things.

I have a file From and email that I saved to my drive. I am trying to open and it keeps asking for a password. I tried all my passwords but none work! Why is it asking? What do I do?

I got kicked out of my account and after finally logining in back through my Gmail, I lost all my recent notes. Also, why is logining in so hard now? I had to restart my whole Ipad with countless error messages. 

I want to post a message but I'm told there is HTML content in my message. There isn't.
