Congratulations !As the result of your contributions to the community, you have earned a new rank.Your new rank is Spectator .This was an amusing email notification I received today.I always knew I was a Spectator since I have never posted to the Community after 20 years of being an Adobe enthusiast; seems Adobe just noticed. Mostly though my ranking is more apt as "Less Than Spectator" Status since I do not pay attention to Community pages accept when I try to contact Adobe and inevitably end up redirected to the Community Sandbox rather than Adobe staff support. The Community sandbox is where users expend their time sharing their experience and knowledge which is very cost effective for Adobe not having to pay wages to support reps when the Community can take over the company's role. Why would they? A cost effective strategy undoubtedly yet more useful that the virtual assistant that religiously believes everything but knows nothing and like an obedient prose

It would be very, very useful if the UI indicated whether or not I've already read a thread or responded to it. Elsewhere I've seen this handled by adding a checkmark to the end of the title to indicate that I've responded, and the thread title is blue and bolded if I haven't read it (or someone has responded since the last time I read it) and a lighter blue and not bolded if I have read it and no one has responded since the last time I looked.   I find myself rereading things a lot.

Adobe, please provide a safer way for your customers to contact you other than by forum; the scamming issue is getting out of control and is putting your customers at risk.   Scammer alert: Adobe_Erica_Ratiner messaged me as an “Adobe Team Member” telling me to email Adobecare@mail2expert.com and that they would help me with my problem. I emailed them and they are asking for my login information and said they will provide me with CS6 since my current software will not work. I then realized other people have been approached by these scammers asking for payment for the CS6 version.   

When I login through a AEM user in AEM author - aem/start.html page. I don't see the "Personalization" component on home page. But if I clear browser cache and reload the page then we see the component. Can someone help with why is this happening? I have given read permissions to all nodes in useradmin. I don't see any errors in console.

Adobe seems to have quite a firewall built up around the company. Is there a way to write a letter - paper or digital - that will get read by an actual human being? 

Getting below issue while accessing AEM tools on Internet explorer. On other browsers, it is working fine. I keep posting in places and then my posts disappear later. Are the forums still broken?

Good evening.It became a new forum, and there was a function to follow users in the old forum era, but it seems to have disappeared. Is there an alternative function?I used to follow the ACPs and MVPs who gave me answers to study, and looked at their answers to study.In the old forum (Jive), we were able to follow the user in this way.

When I am browsing the conversations in community forum, after scrolling down quite a way I read a post. Then, I do a page back and the page always goes to the top of that forum list. How can I get it to page back to where I was way down in the list of posts?This happens in both Chrome and Firefox.

I see now that that the nested replies are expanded by default, but this doesn't fix the issue that the latest posts are not at the end of the thread.   If a thread is multiple pages and the latest post is nested, you have to read every nested post to find which one of those is the most recent post in the thread.   There should not be a reply button for each post unless clicking it will result in the reply being put at the end of the thread and it shows the name of the user to which the reply is directed.

Hi When I receive a pdf document when I click on download it saves to my downloads folder. It used to open the pdf and I could then click on file and save as and pop it in the right file flder. I think I chose save file when I last downloaded a pdf hence the change but how do I change the settings back please?

Modal windows are supposed to self-adjust to fit any size screen and zoom level.  That's how my site's modals work. But not Khoros.  The modals in this system are a usability nightmare.  I have to constantly zoom out to access buttons inside modals.  Why must they take up so much real estate?   And while I'm on the subject of zooming, I've noticed that some tools go missing when the zoom level is > 100%.  Have your group test it. 

Hi All, As we know that if a Workflow is scheduled by someone's user id and if the operator's account get disabled, the workflow will be failed and below type of error message will show.Now its perfectly fine that if we reschedule that with some other's id which is active, the workflow will again work.Now the requirement is to get the UserNames who has scheduled a workflow, so that if we can get this before, there will not be a single execution failure, we can schedule the workflow with someone else's id before make that Operator disabled.Obviously if Adobe can understand that the Operator who scheduled the workflow is no more active now, hence shows error, there must be some table-attribute to get this "Scheduled By" login. Thanks for your help. 

On October 2nd (Wednesday), I made a purchase request at a convenience store, but the paper did not arrive even after one week. There is no reply even if you inquire by phone or chatbot or wait for an hour and a half. I received an e-mail titled "Guidance about payment", but in that, "I will deliver a special transfer form by mail to the designated billing address in about one week after ordering." Although it is listed, I have been waiting for it, but nothing has been sent.

ACP's Posting about this again and hoping to get some attention please? I have been posting on the forum a few years now, but yet the "badges" on my profile are not reflecing that at all. Appareently I have, it seems, answered only 13 questions and had 25 correct answers over all time. Can it be fixed? does it matter? On start up can see the instance getting started but on login seeing  java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Invalid token '' exception can someone please help

What's the deal with the redesign of the cloud app for mac?? I HATE it. I liked it before. Now you have to actually click through a few steps to simply launch an app, where as before I just clicked the cloud icon on my menu bar, simply scrolled through a nice tight efficient list of apps of my choosing and clicked it for launch. Then click the icon again to make the cloud app disappear (without closing it) - and that's even yet another step...you have to click the red button to close the window, yet another unnecessary step in my opinion.... little frustrations I know, but steps backward to move forward?? Is there a way to revert to the old style??

All of a sudden, I can't log into the Adobe support forums from my Samsung. It wants a username, after giving it that it pops up my avatar, while asking for the password.   But when I give it the password, it goes to the main forums list page ... with the "Sign in" box showing. Repeatedly. Until it finally gives the following error message ...   1c59c84e-7690-4d1e-828b-200084330639   What the ... ?   Neil
