Two steps forward - one step back.  Thanks for returning the missing insert photos icon to the rich text editor, but the emoji icon is also missing.  (The icon is still available in the PM editor.) No biggie, and not as urgent a fix as the insert photos, but it would be nice to have it back.  😜

When I receive emails from Adobe Support Community to posts in communities I am following, there isn't any indication of which community they came from. It would help if something could be included in the email so I know.

all my pdf files are grey out and I can't upload them.  why? how can i correct this problem?

This is driving me mad.

Am I the only one having trouble viewing posted images. Some are small and unreadable. Some of them get even smaller after using the magnifier.

Is there a way to return the CC Desktop app to the menubar, like this, as opposed to a windowed version?A little while ago it was frozen so my files weren't syncing, so I had it open in a window - but now that I don't need it as a window anymore, is there a way to return it to how it used to open? I much much prefer not having the app icon on my dock.

Search problem.It is poorer than at the time of the old forum (Jive).For example, only 10 items can be displayed at one time (according to rumors, it seems to be possible to display up to 50 items),It seems that the maximum number of searches is 1,001.As for the number of displayed items, I think that it will be convenient if it becomes possible to handle with the “Show more” button as in Jive. It is a shame that you can only search for 1/100 of 1,000 searches, and there is a possibility that the answer is posted in the remaining 99/100. Another problem that is unique to Japanese is that when searching in Japanese, not only words but also each character is recognized as a search word.Could you provide feedback on this point as well?

When I now click the blue Reply button, I have no icon to insert images in the post.  Only the insert video icon is showing.  I am only able to post this screenshot by click and drag (then double-clicking the image to open up the sizing options).  A user was complaining that he could not find the insert photo icon that I had given him a screenshot for.  I thought he was not clicking the blue Reply button, but he insisted he was.  The only way he was able to post a screenshot was to create a new post.  Adobe, please add this to my bill for wasted time.

The new forum is absolutely awful. Not only are a lot of old and valuable posts lost, the scripting forums are gone, everything takes forever to load, no, now Adobe bothers me with an email about a recent post of mine that I should mark an answer as correct.Only, there is no button for that? At least none that I find.So, how do I mark an answer as correct?

Hi,This forum is almost unusable anyway since its installation but this morning, it is extremely slow and dysfunctional. I'm getting "Preview card List component Fail " errors all the time, threads may be displayed partially or not at all, etc. If this message reaches your screen, you can call this a miracle.

every single time i post something, i select "email when someone replies" and i never get an email, i forget i made the post, then2 weeks later, i happen to come here and see i have a reply. replies are not going to spam, i checked. when i reply to some one, the interface shows a one line field for me to type in, it does not expand, nor can i add any attachments to my reply.

Too many ordinary posts are getting red flagged for Spam and redirected to Abuse.   What's that all about?   Somebody just PM'd me about it.  What should we tell folks?  How can we effect spam flag removal so the original post appears in the intended board and in the user's Profile?

Pages don't load. Discussions with multiple replies shows just the OP. Some forums come up but with no topic titles.   Again this forum is FUBAR. It's not me or my computer.

I moved two posts today, or at least I thought I did:  one to Holding that I was going to report for abuse and one to a new thread in Photoshop Elements. Neither one appeared in the place to which it was supposed to be moved.

Hello, I regularly  share techincal guidance in the Adobe Acrobat support forums on a daily basis. There has been occasions in which my answers have solved an issue for an Adobe customer; quite a few users have brought to my attention that they are not able to mark the answer as correct. So they have to give a like or change the subject line by appending the word SOLVED.

The new forum has been live for a while now but why has not the issue with auto-log-out being adressed yet? This should have been adressed before the new forum even went live.   Everytime i visit any forum i need to sign in and it needs to be resolved asap.   I see it in: Opera 63.0.3368.94 (Chromium based) Microsoft Edge Dev Build 79.0.287.3 (Chromium based) Microsoft Edge 44.18362.387.0 Microsoft internet Explorer 11.357.18362.0    

I have to ask about certain functionality that seems missing or incorrect. At the top of the message board is a SORT dropdown, it is always set to "Relevant". I set it to "Latest", but the next time I visit that page (or even refresh the page), it goes back to "Relevant". Please make "Latest" sticky.There seems to be no way to quote the portion of the original message that you are referring to, other than manual copy and paste.There is no block-quote feature.When I want to reply to the original post, I can click on the blue Reply button (with white text), and I get a window that has icons for italic and bold and underline and so on. If I want to reply to one of the replies, and I click on the black text that says reply, there seems to be no way to use bold, italic, underline and so on.I cannot find any way to send private e-mails, even though you say above "feel free to contact me directly". I am using Chrome 76.0.3809.132 on Windows 10 Enterprise.  

Just want to do a search but the "Search field" is confusing:Why are there two fields?Why is there no "clear" button on at least one of them?Why don't ALL threads appear when there is nothing in the Search field?I have to navigate back to the forum  to view all threads. That seems illogical.

I had the weirdest thing happen. I was logged in and posted a reply to a post. Immediately I got three popups telling me I had replied to to a post I was following (!!!!). And then I noticed I had also been logged out of the forums. Except my post posted correctly (!!). So something is very messed up with whatever login system is being used.

I am confused about my community account here.  I seem to have been reset since the forums were updated.  I can still reach my previous account from emails about forum topics, but I am required to post as though I have only just joined now.  My previous account goes back to 2013, and I'd like to maintain the ability to look up those posts and conversations.  Is that possible?
