Questions

How does one use the Adobe forums to list all posts in chronological order?  In the After Effects forum,  I seem to be limited to the most recent six posts. Clicking the 'MORE' button only displays another 6 posts for a total of 12.   I can see a few more threads initially in different forums (such as this one and the Photoshop forum) but in no instance can I get a list of more than one page.How do I simply scroll through ALL posts in chronological order until I find one of interest?  I want to see all posts without necessarily having to search for some specific issue or category.  All other forums work this way.

My forum email address is different to that of my primary email address listed on my adobe account and I can't change it. Help!

The forums keep logging me out. I can just switch apps for a moment and I'm logged out of the forum and have to sign in again. If I close my browser the same thing happens nearly every time. This did not use to happen at all when you had keep signed in selected. It's really annoying and it happens on mobile devices too.

I was writing a question on the Acrobat forum, and I started to get a periodic red message at the bottom saying that it couldn't auto-save, that I was possibly signed out, and offering a link to refresh the page. (I don't remember the exact wording.) I was not signed out, so I don't know what the problem was. I refreshed another tab I had open on the forum, and it showed me still signed in.When I finished writing and clicked Post, I got the same error. But the message only stays visible for a couple seconds, and I didn't respond fast enough to click on the refresh-the-page link. So I clicked Post again just to force the message to reappear so I could click on the link. (I chose that method rather than my browser's refresh in the hopes that it would be smarter about saving what was in the form.) Most of my content went away (proving that auto-save was indeed failing), but I restored it from where I had copied it elsewhere and submitted successfully.But the surprise was that I got three

I log into adobe with my adobe ID and password to change my password. I go into account details and change password where it asks for current password and new password and the new password retyped. however i annoyingly get incorrect current password. i just logged into adobe with my Adobe ID and password that you now say is incorrect. I've tried multiple times and even copy and pasted form same source into both login field and current password field (so identical) and still no joy. Logs into account okay, but cannot change password because current password is incorrect.Stupid.

Hello, all,I'd like to make a suggestion for a feature request for the Jive platform that Adobe is using for Forums:  The ability to choose which actions within threads will trigger the alert of new activity in subscribed topics.For example, whenever I see the grey oval at the top right turn orange with a number indicating how many threads have new activity, it's fair to say I'm a bit excited to go and check what that new activity is.  Is it a reply?  Did someone mark an answer helpful, or correct?  Did someone "like" a reply?<soapbox>After clicking the orange oval to see what the new activity is, it's usually one of the aforementioned actions.  However, I'm really disappointed when all I see are anywhere from one to ten instances of "Preran marked {insert name here}'s answer as correct".  I get the need to mark correct answers, even if the OP may or may not feel that it's the correct answer, but I'm annoyed (yet, again) by being alerted to the fact

Hello forum experts,I still do not get email notifications in my local mail application from posts in the forums. I have posted before, people suggested things, I tried them but not luck. Hi, I started a thread in this Forum a few days ago titled 14 Day Trial Ended After 7 Days, or something like that, and now I don't see it at all. Was it deleted? Why?

I am having this problem with two computers (home and work) and with three different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Opera).Web pages at forums.adobe.com seem to take a very long time to load, in one case I timed it at 129 seconds. Even when they appear to load and links are available to click on, the browser seems to indicate that the page is still loading for another minute or two (in Chrome this is a spinning circle icon in the tab at the of the window) while I am able to read and use the partially loaded web page.Does anyone else see this? What can I do about this?

Hi!Every time I try to enter the forum without VPN, I get a strict notification: Forbidden. You don't have permission to access /thread/##### on this server.I installed Opera with a built-in VPN, but this is very uncomfortable and, it seems to me, wrong. Hi, a moderator delete the picture from my post?

Is it just Mohave (OSX 10.14) and Safari that is constantly logging out of the forums? I'm also seeing the problem on mobile devices. My preferences are clearly marked to stay logged in, yet almost every time I return to the website I have to log in again.
