Hello, i have question.I want create internet form with Name, gender, question with check some boxes, upload images from user etc. This form is for users and i want this informations somehow centralize to one database. I want in database make filter for information or search in. How i can do it? Is possible create this form in Wordpress and he send it to some central database (is this database offline or online)? Or Adobe have tools for it? I now search for path, way and tools.Pleas give me some clou. Thanks and sorry for my bad english.

Hello,The app is generated successfully using PhoneGap and loaded onto an iPad running iOS 9.1 and the hyperlinks do indeed work.  However, there is no back navigation button once the link is chosen and a new page is launched.  This is either when a PDF baggage file is opened or a link to an outside source such as youtube is chosen.  I have tried changing the link options to display in Same Frame, etc.  Have also modified some of the settings in the config.xml file in the app but without success so far.  Any assistance would be appreciated.  I'm on a chat with Adobe as I'm writing this and they are researching the matter.

Is there a way to make the hyperlinks viewable without having to hyperlink each file again?  I have over 2000 missing files (although they are still in the project)

Being able to apply tag expressions to topic content is my #1 wish for future versions of RoboHelp. Our help project is relying heavily on the new Dynamic Content Filter feature of RH 2015, and while it is definitely a great addition, it would be so much more flexible and useful if only tag expressions could be applied to content. Let's say we need documentation for a simple electronic device, e.g. a USB flash drive. The following options are available:- Interface -USB 2.0USB 3.0- Storage -32 GB64 GB128 GBAll combinations are possible (USB 2.0 drive with 32/64/128 GB, USB 3.0 drive with 32/64/128 GB). We set up a HTML5 project with a Dynamic Content Filter, create two groups with the criterias, all seems to be fine.But what do you do if there's some section in your topic that applies to all USB 3.0 devices (32/64/128) and USB 2.0 devices with 128 GB? I implemented the new Dynamic Content Filter feature in a set of merged help projects. The output is Responsive HTML5.Our scenario is when SuperUser logs into the UI and launches the help, they get all the help content, but when any other user logs in, they will see all the content except what I've tagged as SuperUser_Only.I initially tested the output and filtering by displaying the filter icon and verified the filtering behaved how I expected. I was disappointed the "Select by default" option didn't work how I expected, but that wasn't a deal breaker.Since we want to deploy the filter with URLs and not show users the filter option, I figured out the URLs (thank you William van Weelden) and did basic testing with those. By basic testing I mean I copy/pasted one URL in the browser and pressed ENTER, viewed the results, then copy/pasted the other URL in the browser and pressed ENTER, and viewed the results. I am trying to meet a customer request to provide dynamicfiltered content that will be used in a specific way. The customer would likefour buttons representing information categories to be available on a cover page. By clicking on a button,dynamic filtering would filter out topics that are notconditionally tagged for that specific category. They do not want the user to use the filteringtool. Instead, they would like to click on a button or image that invokes thefilter. Is there a way to accomplish this, such as through the useof creating a script?Thanks.               

Hi all,I am using the Adobe Technical Communication Suite 4 and cannot get RoboHelp 10 to generate a WebHelp product with search capabilities.I have created a RoboHelp 10 WebHelp project and imported FrameMaker 11 files.Everything seems okay, but when I search in Internet Explorer 10, nothing happens.  I can even be on the same page as a term and enter the term in the box,but then nothing happenns. I also tried:  Opera, Firefox, Chrome and Safari browsers and still no results in the WebHelp search results.Actually, I get one word by default and that word is:  "null".Any idea on what is causing this?  I have a deliverable due soon, and I need to get this search capability working.Thanks in advance for your suggestions.I am using the latest patch too - RoboHelp 10.0.0.287Regards,Jim

I was told to update my robohelp - checked, still couldn't save and check-in tried to rollback - the chalk.jpg was deleted instead-- can save but not really check-inmanually added a chalk.jpg file again - got back where I started.desperately need help!!!!Thanks in advance.

I'm not a Robohelp user myself, so please bear with me.  I've got a user who has a fresh install of Robohelp on her PC.  There is a website that she has created using Robohelp, but she doesn't have any kind of project file anymore.  The generated website does exist, though, and seems to be working fine.  Is there a way to import that site and its structure into a project so that she can resume working on it?Thanks!

I recently upgraded from RoboHelp 11 to RoboHelp 2015. When I now hover over the links within a keyword they sort of shake and create a movement. So, not when I hover over the keyword itself, but when a keyword contains multiple links to different pages, those links themselves visually shake. It can be quite hard on the eyes.Has anyone else experienced this? Would love any ideas as to how I might be able to mitigate this little glitch. Thank you!

Webhelp project was published using Robohelp 2015 as responsive html5 using the charcoal grey theme. When previewing the file before generation the Previous and Next buttons/icons were showing for all views (desktop, tablet, and phone). After generating the output though, the buttons are not being displayed.Does anyone have any idea why this is happening, and how to resolve it?Thanks in advance.

We are currently using Robohelp 10 integrated with TFS 2012. Our window/dialog level help topics match the name of the window and this is how the help at that level is called.  We would like to switch to Map IDs instead. Has anyone else made this switch and is it better for the programmers to feed me the IDs or for me to generate it in Robohelp and give it to them?

Hello ! It seems that MS Word is required to be able to produce PDF with the 'Printed Documentation' function... How should I overcome this, as I have no intention to purchase it just to properly use RH ...   Thanks !Pierre-Henri

I am using RoboHelp 11. How do I put page numbers in the master page?

I'm working in Robohelp 8 and I have an existing Robohelp that I'm modifying.I have been provided a WORD document that's approximately 72 pages.  There is a table of contents that have bookmarks.I tried to setup a link to each topic that were bookmarked but it does not seem to work.   The previous link that I setup in my Robohelp project, seems to take on the next link that select within that WORD document.Can this be done?Please advise.thanksSharon.[Asking in the correct forum helps... Hi everyone,Not sure if this is a relatively common scenario. I didn't find a great deal after googling unless it was going from Robohelp to HelpStudio. Anyhow, I have just inherited a project which was created using the aforementioned HelpStudio (also known as Document! X). I would really prefer to avoid purchasing licenses for this tool and use Robohelp instead. Anyone dealt with this before that could advise me?Thanks in advance!

Will frameMaker 11 be compatible with Windows 10

When I create a document in Googles Doc and download as a PDF....I then select booklet for printing and the print size is so small you cannot read it.....I can't make the font size any larger or it won't fit on page.  I am using Calibri 14...I started with Calibri 11 and thought changing the font size would help....but it doesn't seem to matter....it gets a bit larger but not enough to be legible.

I have a page that scrolls when I preview it.  But, when I use View Primary Layout, there is no scrollbar.  Is this a known problem?

RoboHelp 11  Generating a Multiscreen HTML5 ,  When I generate my set of job aids I am getting a Stack Overflow at line 1 error when I click on any topic in the TOC.  I am working and generating locally.  I  read the other discussions about stack overflow errors but it looked as if the problems were with working on a shared drive.  MY project is not very large about 100+ pages.  Any help would be appreciated, thanks

How can I create page numbers for my printed documents in a Master Page setup ? I am using RoboHelp 11 .

I generated the Responsive HTML5 output and tested in on the iPhone and iPad and the topics look great. Is there supposed to be a TOC on smaller devices? Clicking any .htm file in my output folder displays the TOC on my laptop. The same isn't true for the smaller screens, just the topic displays. Can I create a link to the TOC for each topic? Thanks.
