I am uploading exclusively AI images, and I always mark them as such (Select all -> Mark as Generative AI, and check that People are fictional). Before submitting, I also go through each image to check category/title/keywords, and these boxes are checked. Now, my acceptance is slow and more around 50/50, but I keep checking on my images.  Once they are accepted I do a quick look-around and notice that sometimes, accepted images are NOT marked as AI. I delete those, as I am yet to find an option to mark them as AI post acceptance. I guess it makes sense to not be able to do this, as it was accepted as a real photo (it would be worse if the other way worked, pass it off as AI and then uncheck that).  But still - I have seen the boxes checked, I made sure to check them, and yet this still happens. If I could even see it in the review stages, I could fix it, but nope, only after they are accepted. And if I reup them, I risk them not getting accepted again...&nbs

Please help! I save photos to my favorites by clicking the heart. It SAYS it's saved, and when i go to my library, i can see them in the thumbnail for the folder they get saved to. However when i open up that folder to actually get to the photo, nothing i favorite is showing there, even if the "display all" filter is set. The only photos that are showing in the library are the licensed ones that i downloaded. I don't want to have to download every single thing i like before i decide if i want to use it. Where are they?

Hi! Product 1552032512 says it's a vector, but when you download it's just an image inside a AI archive that you can't edit or change in any way.  I've noticed that this has become a common practice on this site now.... is this against the rules, or not? Reminds me of the people uploading AI images without tagging them as such, which I believe is actually against the rules (right?). Can something be done about it?  Greetings!

We paid a lot for this and want to push branding hard this year. How much to copyright? Can you get this to LegalZoom and get it copyrighted?" To which I replied"This is the Versace logo. Where did you get this? Dear Adobe Community,I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding a recent issue I have encountered while using Adobe Express, specifically relating to the use of assets from a contributor whose account has now been deactivated by Adobe Stock.Approximately 2 to 3 days after downloading and utilizing these assets in my designs, I attempted to revise my work, only to find that I could no longer access the downloaded files due to the contributor's account being banned. This unexpected action has not only hindered my workflow but has also resulted in significant losses for both myself and the affected contributor.In my efforts to seek assistance, I have reached out to Adobe support through various channels, including multiple chat agents and emails, yet I have received no responses or resolutions to date. I have contacted them many times to contact them but they are not telling me what to do. I understand that there is a problem with my account but they are not helping me.

Hello, I noticed that the default plan shown with the free trial is only the $29.99 plan, while there are other larger plans like the 750 assets plan for $199.99 which offer a much lower price per image. Why are these bigger plans not shown to customers from the beginning, before starting the free trial? Wouldn’t it be better and more transparent if all plans were visible on the first page?

Twice in the last two days, I nave attempted to submit new images as a contributor, when the system indicated that it could not save my keywords, titles, etc.  No matter what I changed, it would not allow me to save.  After trying everything else, I attempted to just delete the files, after which I was going to reupload them, but the system prevented me from doing this as well.  Has anyone else run into this problem, and is there a reason or a solution for this happening.  The files I submitted yesterday ultimately let me complete them, but the same thing happened again this evening, and I cannot porceed with submitting them at this time.  Hopefully, somebody else has the answer for why this is happening.  Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi - first time posting I have created a banner and incorporated a stock vector for our 50th year.  We are a small member association company with just 1 full time and a number of part time staff.  We'd like to get some pin badges to give away for our 50th year.  It would be no more than 1000 but most likely 500.  These would be to give away at an event. Will I need an extended license for this because I'd like to have our logo and the 50 (stock vector) underneath.

Hi,I have bought 5 licenses of CC Pro Plus. Main purpose use to download stock. Before working fine till 2 weeks ago i got the messages like attach sreenshot.I tried to contact agent but problems not solved. I paid for 5 licenses with unlimited images but still cant downloads 200 files daily?I dont think so. Please take alook. Agents still cant help with general messages.I dont think click to button and download faster than normal and get blocked?

Hello, recently licensed and downloaded this stock vector graphic - made sure I was downloading vector version, opened it up in Illustrator, but it appears to be an image. I've double checked to make sure it's not behind a clipping mask, but it's just a straight up image (see screenshot). The quality is also very obviously pixelated and not sharp/clear like vector should be.  I tried clearing my cache, re-downloading 4 different times, downloading directly from license history - no luck. I've never had this problem before and am kind of stuck. Attaching original download for reference as well.Any insight is greatly appreciated!   

There is an overwhelming amount of sexualised imagery on Adobe Stock, (in using neutral search terms) and there is no safe search filter or way to report images. As a designer, I often find it difficult to locate appropriate content without being bombarded by images that feel overly suggestive or objectifying. (It occurs nearly every time I use the site for work) It would be great to see this all removed and improvements put in place to prevent this from re-occurring.

Hello Adobe community and support team, I have been a long-time subscriber of the older Photoshop + Lightroom plan, and recently I became interested in joining Adobe Stock as a contributor.However, when I try to register, the system says there are multiple Adobe accounts associated with my personal details.I have already submitted requests to delete the extra accounts via the official form and email, but I have never received a human response — only automated confirmation messages. The problem remains, and I am still unable to proceed with my contributor registration.

Glassmorphism designs are quite difficult to create using Adobe Illustrator as vectors, but it's much easier to design them in Figma or Adobe XD. The problem is, when exporting these designs as vectors from Figma or XD, the only option is SVG. And once you open that SVG file in Illustrator, all the glassmorphism effects get lost. So, the question is—do the contributors who upload glassmorphism designs or icons actually create them directly in Illustrator?

Hallo ich hab mich bei meiner E-mail adresse Verschrieben. Ich habe beim Anmelden auh gleichzeitig ein Abo abgeschlossen.Es sollte eigentlich ein Link kommen damit ich dem Konto ein Passwort vergeben kann, da es aber die Falsche e-mail adresse war konnte ich natürlich keinen Link bekommen. Ich komme auch nicht in das Konto um das Abo zu kündigen da ich ja kein Passwort habe. Mit einem Experten Chaten kann ich auch nicht, da ich mit dem Konto angemeldet sein muß. Hat einer einen Tip wie ich bei Adobe jemanden erreichen kann?? GrußSteven
