How can I upgrade my Adobe Stock yearly plan from 25 Credits per month to 40 or 750 per month? There is no button or anything to adjust that, right?

I have a student telling me that he licensed this image through Adobe Stock. Initially I told him he can't just pull images from google but it's turned into this whole web of lies and he's changed the story about 6 times. It's currently licensed on Wikimedia under a creative commons license but he insists that he licensed it from Adobe Stock. He cannot, however, find the license for it in his history and says that the license disappeared when he ended his subscription.Do licensed images that you get on a subscription disappear from history once the subscription ends or do they remain in history?Also If they do disappear, do rights to use them end once you quit paying the subscription fee? For instance, if I download the 10 free images in the introductory offer and save them to my computer can I still use them if I decide to cancel the subscription before I'm billed? That's really more for myself so I can decide if I want to use Adobe Stock or just stick to the Fotolia side of things.Th

Ich habe in die Bibliothek 121 Bilder hintelegt, welche ich gerne runterladen möchte.Wie kann ich alle Bilder auf einmal runterladen, oder muss ich jedes Foto einzeln runter laden?Wäre ja sehr mühsam2. Möchte ich ein Abo abschließen. Verstehe aber die Unterschiede nicht.29,90 im Monat wären ok, aber muss ich dann noch zusätzlich für die Fotos bezahlen oder nicht?Finde leider keine genaue Beschreibung online dazu. Im new to coding currently in a Fullstack Bootcamp. We use VS Code. I like some of the vector images however when i download them they are in .AI format when i download as jpeg the have the stock lipsom info embedded in the photo. how do I fix these 2 issues?

I did not sign up for an annual subscription and I can't seem to be able to cancel it without paying cancellation fee for something that I don't use!! I have tried reaching to customer services but they finish the chats without answering/resolving my issue. TOTAL SCAM that I did not sign up for! 

What does "you have 10 plan credits available" mean? I have just started my free trial of Adobe stock

I came across an image/series during a search that I think should be excluded from the safe search (which I have enabled) because it depicts either mostly nude adults and/or clothed adults viewing something borderline pornographic in VR space. I don't see what the point of them being barely clothed would be if not to be provocative and NSFW. Hallo, ich habe ein Abo inklusive 10 Stockmedien pro Monat abgeschlossen, aber die Credits werden nicht mehr aktualisiert. Im Juli müssten 10 neue Credits in gutgeschrieben werden, doch das passiert nicht, es werden nur 2 Restcredits vom Juni angezeigt. Woran liegt das?

I am using Premiere 23.1. I downloaded a bullet point list by enchanted studios 372948106 'Clean Multiline Bullet List Infographic' and it was too limited so I downloaded another bullet point list 509898518 'Bullet Point List with Logo Replacement' by the same developers. Both of these are exactly the same despite the advertised image. Also, neither of them allow aligning the text to the left which is shown in both of these examples.  How do I unlicense and report these developers from falsely advertising and selling a template that does not do what is shown in the examples?   

I downloaded a grid template that showed videos being used but after downloading the mogrt on Premiere it doesn't work that way. The grid only allows you to use still pictures. This is the 5th or 6th time I've licensed these templates that don't do what's displayed in the preview.  I'm spending a lot of money on these features each month and it's becoming useless. Even more ridiculous is how you have to find help to address these issues with Adobe.  People pay too much to go on an odyssey on Adobe to find help. 

i recently downloaded two templates and the interiors are basically the same. The previews are different. I want to return one of them How or who do I contact for support? the two templates are AdobeStock_442548404.indt and AdobeStock_576133924.indt

How do I make a complaint? I am sick of trying to communicate via the chat box. Umesh, Saba and Yamini....all just ended the chat without warning.....I have explained myself 3 TIMES and not one of them helped.What is going on with Adobe? I expected professionalism at the very least.

Hi. I purchased a stock image (File type AI/EPS and JPEG) and there are two of the same image. One has black background and one has white background. I am trying to make a transparent background for it in either AI or Photoshop. I cannot figure out how to do it. I worked on this for hours and watched tons of tutorials yet nothing is working. Außerdem möchten wir kein Unternehmenskonto mit Abo abschließen sondern lieber - wenn möglich als Team von 2-3 Mitarbeitern (zur Not aber auch mit einem Mitarbeiter) - kostenlose Bilder verwenden oder Bilder über Credit-Packs erwerben (wir benötigen nur wenig Bilder). While I was looking for photos to advertise an event that would feature an Indigenous perspective, I was shocked to see so many blatantly culturally appropriative images on Adobe Stock. How can Adobe allow people to upload white people wearing headdresses, wearing face paint, and masquerading in skimpy “costumes” on its site? It’s 2021, I thought we were way past such problematic behavior.  I would hope that Adobe would review and audit images and remove these culturally insensitive and appropriative photos. How can I get them to take this issue seriously?

I am using Premier Rush following is the problem:( 2.9.0 on windows)   1) When I try to download motion graphic template which are free it says " an error occurred during downloard from Adobe Stock server.".    2) My company has full subscription for adobe stock , I go and download the template (Licenced) , I then add in the Premier Pro, but I get a prompt, " Premier Feature Added" there is a Star at the top on the template. It wants me to upgrade to Premier Pro....     

Hi. Wondering what`s the correct way to credit images from Adobe Stock on our webpage? We have news stories, blogs and info pages usually. From what i can see they want to use the person/company. stock.adobe.com or what other stuff that is written in Adobe Stock for that image as photocredit. But what if we put together 2-3 stock photos to create a brand new image? Do we have to credit all the people that took the original ones or can we just write our company/stock.adobe.com or someting like that?
