In the last months many photos are rejected on adobe which are accepted on shutterstock and getty without any problems, and in the past I had very few rejections on adobe. Now more than half are rejected because of "Quality problems"I don't understand what I'm doing wrong, can you take a look?
Hiya, hoping somone can help.I uploaded these three variations from a panoramic image, I broke it into 3 as the original's width exceeded the permitted dimensions. Two so far have been rejected and the other is still in review. In my own opinion the quality exceeds other images that I've had accepted so was hoping someone could give some thoughts on what I may be missing here? One thing that concerns me is that the previews in the review page for these three images are pixilated whereas all the others are fine, so wondering if the reviewers are even seeing the images properly. Thanks in advance.Phillip
I got rejected because of quality issues, please explain me where the problem is from the attached photo. thank you.
These photos are rejected for quality issues. Please help me what are the problems here.
This has been going on for months: as the image generators I use become more sophisticated and I become more familiar with their use, I dare say I am submitting better quality images than I used to: yet more are being rejected. Is this my individual case or has anyone else experienced this?I have a feeling - I cannot prove it of course - that they are just making excuses and actually want to discourage the submission of AI-generated images. In recent months, images that used to be accepted have been rejected with quality objections. Now, the latest objection was to my images of Native Americans, "Similar content in our collection".I wonder if, in the past, when images of people bathing in the sea, for example, were accepted, they did not have similar images? I have a feeling that the judging is not fair: at least tell the truth, say openly that you don't need AI-generated images anymore! [Moderator cured the topics. Dear Adobe, I just have 47 out of 48 pictures rejected - for which i worked for over an hour and a half to get the proper descriptions in and tags - set aside that i am proud to have taken them all. The only one that got approved is one out of the 2 almost identical pictures of white peacocks (of which both have identical lighting and settings).Again here - perhaps aside the intellectual property items - a lot of them got rejected on the reason of quality. Which i think is not fair.As an example i am attaching 2 pictures of the rooftops of Bangkok (DWM_3558.jpg and DWM_3558.jpg) - others can follow. Can you please let me know what the quality issues are with this?If there is a capacity issue to govern the influx of new stock content - please let that not affect the quality gates and the gatekeepers to simply start rejecting everything - as this is really not nice.

Hi everyone,I need a little help. My Adobe Stock Contributor account has over $25 in earnings, and it’s been more than 45 days since my first sale (April 14). I also have no pending payouts. However, the “Request Payout” button is still not clickable. I’ve tried different browsers, refreshed the page, and cleared the cache, but nothing works. Is anyone else experiencing this, or does anyone know what I should do?Thanks in advance!Muhammad Mehrab Nabil

can you all give me advice about photo i got rejected
Dear Adobe Contributor Support, I hope you are well. I would like to inform you that I have recently uploaded around 250-350 vector (EPS) files to Adobe Stock. Among them, I have realized that approximately 100-200 of these files were created using Generative AI tools, but I mistakenly did not check the “This content was created using Generative AI tools” checkbox during upload. This was an unintentional mistake, and I sincerely apologize for the oversight. I would like to ensure full transparency and compliance with Adobe Stock's Contributor Guidelines. Please advise me on the best course of action—whether I should delete those files and re-upload them with the correct AI declaration, or if there's any other step you would recommend. Thank you very much for your support and understanding. I appreciate your help in resolving this matter. Best regards,Lingkan Mondal<removed-kglad>
Asking community for help to understand the quality issues of some of the rejected photos. Thank you in advance!
Original rejected due to quality issues. Corrected and resubmitted. Rejected as being "too similar." ~49,500 plus image women in bathtubs, but nothing similar to this that I could find. Originally rejected due to quality issues. I sat on it for a couple of months because the "too similar" issue was implemented. Accepted, despite ~450,000 assets of chocolate, many similar to this (and I've had two others much like it accepted as well). This is starting to remind me of the carnival where you throw hoops and try to land them around bottles. Whether you take aim or not, some hit, but the majority miss. Something is broken.
I am still confused about the criteria for images that fall under Composition or subject without substantive changes. Please give me suggestions for the images I include.
Some of my old artworks were not accepted due to quality issues. this is one of them , These artworks were drawn and painted after a long work. What is the quality issue in this artwork? Note The reason I only share the drawing stages of my artwork here is so that you can see the effort put into it. [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
